Great position so close to the square and restaurants and bars Walking distance to a park for our dog Hotel staff very friendly and informative about the area Public Underground parking nearby which hotel gave us a ticket to get out for free Not easy to find but able to drop off bags and then park Dog bed and treats left in room. Dogs allowed in bar but not restaurant Would recommend

Diana, the breakfast, all the housekeeping staff were so lovely and accommodating, the morning manager was so nice. everyone in the bar was so wonderful. My favorite thing would have to be the comfortable pillows on my bed. my least favorite was the noise in the hallway stairwell in the morning at 8am sharp. we stayed up very late enjoying the city, and we were woken every morning in room 123 by the door on that stairwell slamming and the talking from the employees. But I am certain they did not know this so we dont want to complain.

We were welcomed by the lovely gentleman on the reception on Saturday evening. Given advice on parking and one lovely lady member of staff took my partner to the garage. Such lovely people.

We arrived a bit late on the first Monday night in January, tired and hungry. We were welcomed by Roberto who was an absolute ray of sunshine on a cold grey night. Dining options in the city were obviously very limited given the date but Roberto went out of his way to advise us on where might be open and sights to see on a walk about the city. His warmest of welcomes really made our stay. The hotel just off the main square so ideally situated for exploring Valladolid. The staff on check out the next day were equally warm, friendly and helpful, they gave a great looking and comfortable hotel its real soul.

This hotel was absolutely lovely, with all the marble and brass and antique furniture in the entrance lobby. We booked a double room and it was more like a suite. The staff were very helpful and many spoke English. On arrival the receptionist gave us a map and talked us through the best route to follow to see the sights. We had a 3 course meal in the restaurant which was amazing.

Unfortunately the police had closed many roads around the hotel which meant we had to park in the underground car park which wasn't cheap but was very secure, normally we could have used the Hotel parking spaces.

Great location a few steps from the Plaza Major but in a quiet street. Parking instruction were good and we were met by a lovely lady who explained how to return to the main Square and underground parking; you are able to stop outside the hotel and unload the luggage! The room was spacious and comfortable and over looked the small street. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was all good and clean! Breakfast was a little chaotic with one staff covering cooked breakfast and bar, and the cooked eggs could have been better!! The hotel is also pet friendly....a very pleasant 2 night stay!

Staff was gracious in trying to solve any questions I love the elegant staircase, the efficient elevator. I was allowed to store my bag till mid afternoon. The kind woman on duty Friday afternoon helped with WiFi Big help!!

One staff member (on Friday) seemed to ignore me because of my lack of Spanish. Out of 10 days in Spain, the desk in this hotel was the biggest challenge with my little bit of Spanish (two years, long ago) I need to practice and become smooth in using a language app. Staff at desk on the weekend tried to accommodate me. I felt a level of concern that getting a taxi was going to be hard. (Later I found out that there was a Sunday race. I'm glad I asked ahead on Saturday. Could there be a posting at the desk in Spanish and English regarding big events.) It took me by surprise to struggle in a large, fine hotel.

A traditional hotel with all its charm and modern conveniences in the very center of Valladolid. Our room was cozy and comfortable and very clean. Nothing was missing. The courteous staff was welcoming and friendly. Roberto at the reception gave us useful information and a detailed itinerary that made us truly enjoy our short visit to beautiful Valladolid. Veronica, at the desk in the morning was helpful and very attentive as well. Definitely a positive experience, I recommend it!

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Large bedroom with comfortable beds and well equipped shower room. Good central location within walking distance of all major sights. Public but secure underground car park 2 minutes walk away. Would definitely return when next in the area.

It would have been nice to have been forewarned that the hotel restaurant closes on a Sunday night. We did however find a nice restaurant which wasn't.

The greeting at the receptions was suberb. We were greeted like royals and got also good advice for where we should go for the best possible experience of the town during our short visit. The hotel is like visiting historic times with antiques and just lovely architecture. Thanks for helping out in finding the best parking garage near the hotel.

The cleaning personnell don´t chech whether they leave hairs behind in the room or bathroom. It is a bit sloppy work. There is no place near the hotel for stopping with the car, for like 10 minutes, so that one can move ones lagguage from the car to the hotel room. Would be nice if the city could provide such possibilities to the hotel.
