excellent beds and room. asked to move to a quieter room (Easter week meant there was a bit more noise in the plaza) which they readily obliged.everything was comfortable. location is excellent for exploring Valladolid city centre. espresso machine in reception area where you can help yourself. reception readily booked taxis when needed. buffet breakfast available which was nicely served.

a kettle in the room for tea would be good.

Very good location (although on a pedestrian area), close to center of the city (walking distance like 10 min). However, lots of bars and restaurants also nearby, and good ones! Super nice hotel in a historical builing but totally refurbished and modernised. Nice room, good size, very clean. Kind and helpfull reception staff. Super idea to offer a smaller breakfast than the usual one, consiting of a toast with hama or jam or a croissant, coffe and an orange juice (for 4,90 euro - I found it very good and sufficient for a morning start). It's good and rare that hotels in central location have a parking underground, but the access was peculiar, since you enter a prohibited area, pedestrian one.

The entrance to the garage is also strange, then you take the elevator; and downthere is quite narrow. But all in one we were happy to have a place for our car (shouldn't be too big though).

This place has a excellent location, once you get there by car and have park the car at the hotel underground parking, Other than that, breakfast excellent, attention was very very good and location is next to the cathedral within waling distance to historic site, the main walking tourist roads and Plaza Major. Will not hesitate to stay here again! BTW- the small balcony looking at the plaza was very very nice!

If driving by car, access to the hotel was challenging, hotel did the best they could , including a video to provide guidance but still challenging as there's driving on an area that cars are NOT allowed... (not hotel's fault).

Almost everything about this property was excellent apart from the air conditioning.

The air conditioning on our floor did not work, we mentioned it twice to the reception and they said they would sort it out. I think they were trying to sort it out because almost everyday there seemed to be a workman in the loft above our rooms. When we came to pay no reduction was offered to our rooms rate. The room temperature throughout our stay remained at 27-28.5 degrees,too warm!!

The room was quiet and cool, despite a busy Spanish night scene outside and temperatures in the 30s. Right next to cathedral and old town with lots of tapas places nearby. Explored the old streets, park, riverside, churches, and museums. Hotel is a tastefully restored old building.

Very good location just next to the cathedral and minutes away from main attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Good and fresh breakfast in the small café of the hotel.

A little bit noisy during the evening - which is normal in Spain an in this central location-nothing which can not be handeled by closing the windows ;)

The welcome was friendly and efficient. The young lady on reception found me a restaurant which had a website with the menus. At the restaurants they only offer QR-code menu access.

There was some noise from the 'Beer Garden' until quite late but it did die down and disappear by about 23:00. Also, some guests started 'banging' their doors, presumably going to breakfast at about 07:00. Perhaps the door-closures can be made a little less strong!

.Fantastic location, secure parking for my motorcycle, via the lift lift to the underground car park. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The area around the hotel is great for bars and restaurants. Good recommendations from the receptionist. Great hotel, great value for money.

It was 35 degrees when we arrived and the air conditioning wasn’t working in the room, they did move us to another room but it wasn’t much better but apart from that it was a good hotel

Very practical location, between two monuments. Downtown center. Nice staff and clean and comfortable bedroom. Value/ quality is great. Highly recommended.

No parking space available when asked. but there are lots of places to park and underground parking space, for free on the weekends and bank holidays!
