The Hotelito La Era is a traditional finca converted in 1960 to a restaurant with b&b rooms by the famous Lanzarote artist Cesar Manrique. It remains faithful to his imaginative, creative and tasteful work, and we felt privileged to stay here! The rooms are original farm outbuildings adapted to simple b&b use - no frills, but it all works. Breakfast is plentiful and efficiently served in the lovely restaurant, and we also took an evening meal here, and a lunch in the sunny courtyard. Everything is very authentically Canarian - and great VFM too! 100% recommended.

The double bed, being two separate beds made it a little uncomfortable but I cannot deny the full comfort of the place. Breakfast was lacking a few more portions to fill a morning stomach, however they were kind to provide a second coffee when requested.

I can't add any negatives to this site. It was lovely, the owners are very friendly and approachable. The location is excellent to visit the town and investigate in other restaurantes other the one than the one available on site.

Relaxed and comfortable stay. Well situated.cesar Manrique style. Really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to friends. But only if you are there to greet us at expected time.

what's the point of asking arrival time if Although accommodation was aware of arrival time, nobody around when we arrived. Rang very loud bell.......phoned and left message.......only when we asked at adjoining restaurant was any action taken and were able to check in Why ask arrival time if you're not around when we arrive. ? Over 30 minutes before we could check in.

Room was beautiful! Spotlessly clean and nice, simple historic furnishings. Courtyard was also beautiful. Staff were friendly. TV had Netflix, that was nice since there is not much to do at night in this town.

Breakfast was nice, yet almost the same every day, even though they made a point to say it would be different every day. Coffee was not good. It would be great if rooms had a kettle so we could make our own coffee since breakfast doesn't start until 8. While there are some restaurants down by the highway, options in town seem to be limited to fast food at this time. There was a lovely table and chairs right outside me room, but I think because the ashtray was there, other guests seemed to prefer that table for their smoking. That was a little annoying to wake up to cigar smoke.

Staff was really friendly and the hotel was beautiful. Room was clean and tidy. The owner was very friendly and he was very flexible with us as we checked in fairly late. Breakfast was simple but great. I am vegan and I had (without even asking) a toast with tomato and avocado. Perfect! Overall everything was great, I only regretted finding this place on our last day on Lanzarote.

They could have some vegan-vegetarian options on their breakfast, like some plant based milk. We could hear the couple next to us having sex, but it was also valentine's day LOL

Such a lovely place. The staff were so friendly and really made our stay! We didn’t know it was originally designed by the artist Caesar Manrique, so if you’re familiar with his style, you’ll know the attention to detail in his designs. The owners also run a little restaurant next door which we ate at. Comfy beds, nice location and all in all the best stay we had in Lanzarote. Highly recommended!

Great location that makes it easier to travel around the island. The B&B itself is a really cozy, authentic space (have a read about the history behind it) where you can relax after a day exploring Lanzarote. The staff are really friendly and welcoming - overall a really good stay!

We stayed at the Era Hotelito by accident due to the loss of the ship returning to Fuerteventura. What a surprise! The sweet and quiet atmosphere of the patio and the beautiful rooms make you feel like in a movie. Thank you Era Hotelito! We hope to see you again in Lanzarote soon! ♥️

The room was lovely - very spacious, and the place had a lot of character. The courtyard form breakfast was delightful and breakfast very good with nice waiter. Parking was easy and Antonio, the host was very helpful and friendly.

These sorts of rooms are always a little dark during the daytime.

Gorgeous, tranquil heritage casa in a small town of historical interest. The courtyard area and restaurant area was charming, felt like its own world.

Loved everything. Just a note to other travelers to expect peace and quiet, and to embrace the beautiful simplicity of the surroundings.
