Some furniture and fittings were not maintained well

Everything is nice about this place. Perfect for family, friends and solo.

The location is a problem as the map directs you to the backside of the property. Considering it’s on top of a hill and away from Kandy city, you have to know the exact location. So what helped me was to use the location of the hotel next to this one called Mount Blue. Make sure you don’t straight out fall for the offers the hotel gives you with regard to where you should go and what you should see. The rates are not exactly nominal. Use the pickme app. It gets really dark and scary after sundown as the roads are winding and have almost no street lights. So whether you are alone, with friends or family, make sure you get to the hotel a little before sundown. If you get bored with the food at the hotel, you can always order through pickme or Uber eats.

The staff was amazing! I haven't met friendlier staff than them in any other place. They treated me and my mother with utmost care. And, when we asked for breakfast for one person they provided us with 2 portions without charging extra. The view was STUNNING. We loved staying in the balcony and having tea coffee and breakfast. One of my main things about booking the place was the view.

The rooms could be a little bit more elevated. But the hotel is a bit old so understandable.

Hello Guys !! I have Uploaded morning and evening view from my room. Its really Good hotel. Bit far from the Kandy town. No access to Public transport. You need to go there by your own vehicle. Coz there isn't Any near by grocery shops. I have made a reservation from booking.com with the breakfast and the front officer ask me to pay separately for the breakfast. He didn't take my reservation properly. Manager was really good guy. Room service was Good. But the room condition is not so good. If you wanna enjoy and relax with the climate and the view this is the best place. Recommend to you. Worth for money.

It’s a breathtaking view from the room. the dinner and breakfast were delicious and served on the top floor by the balcony.

When I arrived it was over booked (which was not my issue). But then later they arranged a new room even with an upgrade (which included a bathtub). So it’s better to let them know when exactly you are coming and ask them to keep the room just for you if you are going there on a weekend.

Amazing view and nice room with aircon

It on the top of the hill, about 10-15 min tuktuk ride from the lake. It wasn’t the problem for us, but bear in mind, that the property is not in walking distance from the city center!

The location is excellent. Superb views of the sunrise and the kandy river flowing.

The dining service can be better managed. We pre-ordered our dinner everyday by 7-7:30 since the restaurant was open only till 9, however the services were very delayed and extremely slow and we ended up getting the dinner only at 8:30. We stayed for two nights and both the nights we faced the same issue.

Excellent view from room Helpful and polite staff/management

Rooms need better mantainence. Bathroom door didn't lock from inside. Fan was very old. Located on a narrow road, accessible by car but we found difficult to reach, but management is very helpful and assisted us.

We went there for a family trip. The view we had was exceptional and the rooms were clean and well organized. And we had a nice time there. The staff was very welcoming and helpful as well. The breakfast was an English style breakfast with fresh fruits and was delightful. And I would say this is one of the best value for money resorts I’ve been to.
