The property looks newer in the photos but I guess when you stay you get why, it’s so old - they are not allowed to alter the inside or the outside - historic site Very close to everything and the restaurants and cafes were so close - good food in the area

Just a couple of disappointing things The shower leaked everywhere every time we showered, we had to be careful not to shower for to long because the hot water could run out - they do inform you when you arrive - the toilet was loose on the floor, so every time we use it it moved !! Interesting We requested an early check in 1pm which they agreed they charge us 300 crown then informed us we would be notified when the room would be ready - the notification came through at around 2pm so we paid for an extra 2hours but still had to wait - very disappointed

Superb location and spacious. An easy walking distance to all attractions, shopping and transportation. A few small grocery stores nearby and an amazing fresh fruit stand near the metro station.

No AC in the room, just a few fans. Sleeping in the rooms was comfortable temperature wise but leaving the windows open exposed us to 6 am noises from the trash pick up and street sweeper trucks on both sides of the building on an otherwise quiet, pedestrian only street. Could have used a few more pillows.

We stayed here because of the location - right in the center of Gamla Stan! Not only was it fun to stay in such an old building, it was an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and all the sites in Old Town. Public transportation options weren't far away either. The apartment itself was easy to access with email messages from management providing door codes and other useful information about our stay. I packed very light for this trip, so the provided washing machine was a bonus. No dryer, but a drying rack was provided. All the essentials were here to make our stay very comfortable. I would choose this location again!

Pack your earplugs - being in the center of Gamla Stan means this is not a quiet location. People are walking the streets below both early and late. The church bells were lovely but woke me up every time. I seriously did use earplugs, and with the quality kind in my ears, I slept much better. We thought the amazing location made the noise worth it.

The apartment was bigger than I expected and the decor was nice. The floorborards were wonky, the walls and ceiling not straight, which was awesome as it showed off the building's history, being such an old apartment. Right in the middle of old town was brilliant and made our holiday that much easier.

For such a lovely apartmentment, it lacked the attention to detail that would have made it perfect, with some modern flatpack furniture and intriguing bathroom fixes.

Amazing location, great apartment, comfortable, cable/google TV was a plus, noise was not really an issue, very cozy. None of the "downsides" are deal breakers if you are a bit resourceful. It's a great glimpse into what living in Stockholm back in the day would be like.

Be more clear about how you need to get up through steep stairs to the apartments (not awesome with a baby pram), during the winter, apartment can get cold and a bit tricky to regulate the temperature. None of these are really deal-breakers for what you get in return.

Phenomenal location in the heart of Gamla Stan. It was clean, easy to access and had everything we needed. The fans were helpful since it was warm when we were there. Kitchen had stove and oven that worked fine with enough cooking materials and dishes for a simple meal. The street can be loud but the loudness ended at 11 each night.

I knew this going in, but it’s an old property up two flights of stairs and it has a few low ceilings. I’m not that tall and hit my head several times a day on the low doorways. Bathroom is also quite small.

Really close to everything. 15 minutes walk from central station and a similar time to go to slussen to catch the ferry to museums and zoo etc. Literally a minute’s walk to a road with restaurants and shops. The flat was really convenient with the key codes and inside it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We were really happy with the flat and wish we could have enjoyed it for longer.

2nd floor without a lift and we have a toddler in a buggy… but we coped! One of the lights didn’t work and also the blind in the lounge was really fiddly.

Excellent position in Gamla Stan. Very warm inside in winter. Had the equipment we needed for 3 days (e.g. washing machine), but don't know if you could cook here. One double bed and one sofa bed, easy to unfold. Big shower. Easy checkin with number code.

It's not the fault of the owner of course, but it would've been better if the bedrooms had been built towards the tiny, quiet street and the kitchen towards the loud main street with bars etc. Not vice versa. You can hear yelling drunk people pretty well. However, with my ear plugs, it wasn't a problem in the end.

The location is great! Right in the heart of Gami Stan (Old Town) walking distance to everything, although sometimes a long walk. It is the oldest house in Stockholm and has a lot of character. It was very spacious and on the ground floor. You cannot take a taxi directly to the apartment, but they will get you within a couple of blocks.

It is in old town and can be noisy at different times of the day and night. The shower is a challenge, so if one had any mobility issues it would not be good. Hot water is limited, but they warn you of this, so it was not a real problem.

Location, and the old vibe. Also comfortable beds are a big Plus! On the sign you could say that ' The amount of hot water is limited ' (explaining that the boiler has a finite capacity of hot water that takes several hours to re-heat once used '. 'Restricted is a bad word and puts people off.

There could be some complimentary tea and coffee in the kitchen - otherwise the kettle & coffee machine are just useless.. You should also fix the TV and the door entrance to the building. Lack of working TV makes a really bad impression.
