Spacious double room, new and extremely clean hotel, very good breakfast, excellent service from the staff at reception and during the breakfast, fast and stable wifi, great noise isolation (our room has a window to the road and we did not hear cars and even buses). Free parking, great towels. After check out we have got coffee to go, some croissants and fruits because of the problem with our special request.

We loved the decor in this quaint hotel. Very tasteful and modern. The lounge area with the table football, and they did a small all day menu. We had 2 beers and a tarte flambé on arrival that were delicious. The staff were super friendly to us which was lovely. Very welcoming and attentive. We also had free parking and in Zurich that is a luxury. We had come for a one night stay to watch Dermot Kennedy perform in the Hall venue nearby. (20 min walk, 3 mins in bus) Great location, next to tram lines and bus stops. Village atmosphere and lots of shops & restaurants plus train station nearby. Our room was spacious, bed comfy, shower was powerful. English channels on the tv. Yes it was warm, thankfully, but you can control the radiators? Overall super impressed by this lovely place.

Hotel was great, WiFi was really good and the room was very modern. Hotel has decent parking and the breakfast was really good. Really close to the train station so you can get into Zurich easily.

Nice ,big room . Super breakfast for a 3 Star hotel. The staff has sent message to explained very carefully when the reception is closed.it is easy to find a key to room. Direct and free parking in the yard. Very recommend!

Very close to bus (right out front) which takes you to train station (if you have luggage) OR 10min walk for getting around (without luggage) Lovely restaurants within 10min walk, also supermarket & pharmacy. Great breakfast: cereal, yoghurt, fruit, breads, cheeses, meats & boiled eggs. Beds very comfy & room very quiet, 2fans in room which were enough even though it was quite warm temperatures. Would thoroughly recommend if you are not wanting to stay in busy Zurich.

Breakfast was generous. We appreciated the various selections, including fresh fruit, juice, coffee, assorted breads, cheeses, eggs and deli meats. The lobby restaurant area is very charming. Best of all were the wonderful staff!

It would be great if they would install hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. We visited during very hot summer days, so air conditioning would have been nice. They did have a fan in the room, which helped. Our group stayed in a few rooms, two rooms had comfortable beds, one did not.

Nice hotel. We arrived around 10 PM and we grabbed the last possible place to park our car. Everything was clean. The breakfast was good with nice atmosphere around.

Ceiling was very low, just slightly above 2 m. Anyhow, for us it was not a big problem (we are less than 180 cm tall). Although we spent just one night in the hotel we don't think it is a big minus.

I have been a fairly frequent guest before, always chose this Hotel when going to the Hall for a concert, it's my fav place to be on these occasions. The value for the money is excellent, the staff is great, helpful and very attentive; the breakfast is delicious,

Soft pillows, but that is a problem in the hole German / Swiss German part of the world, and more honestly a personal problem, I hate soft pillows.

It is brand new or refurbished hotel - for sure the part where we have been. It is not perfect but on the good way to be - it deserve for good recommendation, even you see that some works are in progress. The best value is staff. The rest they can fix step by step. It is a personal matter. I have some alleric problem. I can't say that it was problem of brand new room, or some works around, or air circulation problems. We have room in basement.
