Everything in the hotel was perfect. From the reception staff to the gym, everything is 5 star level
The location for solo travelers who go to Zurich for the 1st time is a bit far. Prepare yourself to pay at least 30 euros every way you go from central zurich to the hotel. If this is not a problem for you, enjoy! Besides the distance, i Would definitely come back to the hotel!

The hotel is amazing! Fantastic location and superb amenities. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, and the view stunning, especially if you get the front side of the hotel with views of the Alps in the distance. Amazing to wake up to and amazing to fall asleep to. The spa was fantastic (Vincent! He helped relieve what feels like years long lower back pain!) And the restaurant absolutely delicious! All in all a great stay, just wish it had been longer.
The price was a bit on the high side, especially for a family of 5. But you pay for what you get, and what we got was worth it.

20 min from airport, 30 min walking to city center, excellent infrastructure including sports activities, superquite and private territory, absolutely comfort, fantastic panoramic view, pleasant terrace in restaurant, nice design, a lot of flowers, positive Zuri vibes, quick wi-fi. A lot variety of dishes on breakfast even for kids, on the other hand, I only would like to add smoked salmon and avokado with fresh pressed and no cold smoothies for health food fans.
Not attentive cleaning dpt. who didn't work by protocol.

Enjoyed the upgrade of room, the friendliness of the staff and the location of the Hotel. Although I didn't have enough time to book a treatment, the Gym and Spa facilities are amazing.
Checkout was a little bumpy, waited 30 minutes for my bags. The day I left it was quite busy, so quite slow. Other than that, excellent experience.

The spa is really amazing. The location is great the views are really nice.
When we check out we request for have our car ready with our suitcases for noon. At 12h 20 the car was ready that put me late and annoyed. Staff not really alert dommage for a 5 star +.

stay was amazing staff fantastic they were so nice to our baby snd gave him lots of gifts ! spa was nice and also the facial and massage!!
the only problem was the food ( except the pastry) not 5 star value - do not order the pork chops .. the waiting time was ridicules .. but all in all - cant wait to my next visit👌
