It was a very comfortable, environment-oriented hotel. The personal staff was at the time of arrival, and when I came to the hotel at 9.30 pm, and the chicken was closed, he offered soup with some bread and fruit. It was a fantastic gesture, and I did not expect that. I have 10/10 points for this person in the reception (unfortunately, I don't have the name in mind). It's very close to the university hospital and the university, in case you have to attend conferences there. On the second day, I had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel, and it is very advisable, and the food was ver delicious

It was clean, and had a great bath that filled up quickly - the water was lovely and hot, and the water pressure was amazing. The staff were also very lovely, and offered us a free welcome drink when we arrived. Similarly, we were given free bottles of water upon checkout which was so helpful as the weather was warm.

The breakfast seemed a bit dwindling, even though we arrived in good time - it seems that it is first come, first served, so things such as the cheese and meat were nearly all gone. We assumed they’d be topped up as time went on, but this didn’t seem to be the case. We also couldn’t figure out how to work the coffee machine, so stuck with tea! Also, we didn’t realise that it would be two single beds to make a double, and there was a gap down the middle.

Nice, comfortable place, good people, nice bar. Excellent location. I would stay here again. There were a couple of nice stores around the corner (down the hill) including a quick takeout store (Avec?) that had good croissants. The tram was just nearby. And of course, the ETH Zurich.

Not a "luxury" experience (no fridge in room, my coffee cup wasn't cleaned until I left it on the floor by the bed, make your own eggs at breakfast... minor things that made me wonder why I wasn't paying a lower price. But this was Zurich...)

The location was fantastic. Close to the old town and on the side of the river for the airport when we left. Small boutique hotel. Amazing staff. Small coffee bar, bar for an afternoon drink and sit down and a great dinner our last night in Zurich. We didn’t have the pizza’s but they looked amazing and the restaurant was full in. Wednesday night. Testimony of a great place to eat.

Nothing really. The rooms were simple but had everything you needed and a great Nesspresso for coffee.

The location is good. It takes only 3-4 minutes walk to tram station and also it’s quite easy to walk to the landmark of Zurich. The hotel offered welcome drink which we can choose such as water, beer or coffee. On the check out date, they also gave us a bottle of water which is very nice of them. The room is well decorated with high ceiling that makes us feel comfy.

When you travel as a couple and one of you wants to use the bathroom at night, the light may disturb your partner.

Outside inner central Zurich but an easy tram ride into the main old town. Friendly staff. Reasonable dinners offered in restaurant. Almost too big.

Large bathroom but had no shelving to put accessories when showering. For people with issues climbing up and down steps there's a lift, but there are steps into restaurant and from/to lift which makes it difficult for anyone with leg disability. Zurich is pricey

very clean, perfect location at ten minutes walk from the center. staff super kind and super friendly.

no air conditioned. the “wall” between the bathroom and the bedroom is just made of glass, so you cannot switch on the light in the bathroom at night without disturbing who is sleeping, and the floor of the shower is very smooth and gets slippery. the owner is very rude, he bumped in me twice at breakfast and did it just like I was on his way, not the minimum impulse of saying sorry. breakfast is expensive but very good, worth the money.

Staff were really kind and helpful. Room size was big and comfortable. The location was great, and the area around it was beautiful. We were offered a car parking just next to the building.

Coming by car it was slightly difficult as the direction with google maps were not very clear, also due to some construction work that day the sign of the hotel was not so clear. No major issues during our stay and would stay again in this hotel as both the hotel and the city was very nice.

I booked this hotel in the last minute, and even though I stayed just 1 night, it was great and had everything what we needed. The staff was very nice and accommodating, the room had a bawl and a blanket for my dogs as well. The location is very good, just 15 mins walk from main train station, in a nice and quiet area with beautiful streets all around. I would recommend this hotel, and would also stay there again next time in Zurich.

Hotel is a little bit away from the Old town and river. I was there on a Saturday/Sunday and the few restaurants around the hotel and the hotel restaurant were all closed. Walk to old town restaurants is at least 15 mins away. Hotel is ideally suited for people visiting the University as this hotel is in the middle of all the University buildings. Though hotel itself was fine, would recommend choosing a hotel in Old Town if you are a tourist.
