This hotel is a hidden gem - such amazing valee for money and the staff are incredibly helpful. The super nice guy who works on the front desk was an absolute legend and made sure that I did not overpay for any of the hotel services - and as a traveler on a budget this was incredibly good. If you are on a diplomate mission in Geneva, I strongly recommend this hotel, I just hope you don't stay there so I can still get a room at bargain prices! 10 stars, everything was amazing, the minibar was well stocked and varied, the towels were immaculately clean and the staff were super friendly. I could not ask for anything more!!! Will definitely stay again :)

Nothing. It was awesome!

The hotel is charming and there's always staff around to help. It's great value for money. Yes it's vintage looking, but everything works, and the stay it's priced lower than the new shinier places. Having newer furniture wouldn't have changed our experience for the better, plus it's good for the planet!

No kettle + tea&coffee in the room was a bummer. They did allow us to have coffee downstairs in the morning without paying for breakfast, but I had to ask them for it, it would have been nicer if they offered that by default. Plus I would have preferred not to have to go downstairs and talk to reception before my first cup of coffee.

I loved absolutely everything about the hotel , not one bad remark, je n'ai rien de mal à dire. Also the service at reception was unbelievable ! At reception I was warmly greeted , the chick at the reception was very helpful and informative… And she was outrageously beautiful too !!

The welcome when I got to the hotel with my mother was so nice, and really set the tone for the entire stay. The cleaning staff and everyone you bumped into were all super friendly and helpful. The room was great and comfortable. Will return soon.

Nothing at all really. All was great. I just haven't received confirmation of my Chf 300 deposit being returned yet though. I'm sure it will come soon as well.

Convenient location, very clean, breakfast good, wi-fi excellent

The bathroom was very small and could have been designed for easier use. But as a single person, it was acceptable.

Room was small but had everything needed for a comfortable stay. When a fuse blew on a bedside lamp the staff fixed it very quickly. Breakfast was good. A peaceful location - I could see hawks circling nearby apartment blocks in the evening - but very near public transport - a tram stop almost outside the door, and the Eaux-Vives Leman Express station with direct trains into the main station and along both sides of Lake Geneva, and with easy links to Annecy etc, was just 5 minutes walk away. Easy walk down to the Jet d'Eau and the lakeside. Good value - many hotels in Geneva are much more expensive!

Maybe a few more TV channels, but one doesn't really come to Geneva to watch TV!

A beautiful and elegant hotel in an excellent location. Recently renovated, everything looks bright and new. Pristine clean rooms and amazing decorations. Hotel staff is amazing - attentive, customer-oriented and make you feel welcome! Highly recommended. Would definitely come back very soon!

Room sizes are small, but it keeps you out in beautiful Geneva!

Good hotel, with nice breakfast buffet. Old style decorations, but the hotel is a little bit outdated. They will give you a free local transportation ticket, for tram and bus.

Good old days hotel, the elevator is so small and the rooms have outated facilities.

We always stay there when we are in Geneva. Friendly staff 24hr service. Good wifi. Excellent location and as comfortable as you need to be. Very good value for Geneva. Very small parking space, otherwise a very close public carpark (beware low entrance).

The hotel is a bit tired and the light goes out in the lift as you go in which is a bit disconcerting! Rooms are a bit small.

The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. Our stay also came with free pass for all public transport in Geneva for the duration of the stay which we didn't expect. The rooms are older but clean and comfortable. Location is excellent, very good value for this price.
