Location is great if you are flying early in the morning. The rooms are well insulated from the noise, and well sized. It's lovely that they have a ready quick coffee/tea bar for those leaving before dawn.

They have the most uncomfortable pillows I ever had in a hotel. It was like sleeping on a limp bag of sand.

This will be a standard to follow when flying. Initially booked a hotel in Zurich city. But didn't want issues for our morning flight, so booked here. We eventually found out that there was no need to go outside of the airport to access the hotel. We found the right path. Check in was good. We are a family of 4 and booked 2 rooms. King and a twin. There was a bit of an issue with our children not getting a twin room, but that was quickly fixed. Some great lollies at the check in counter and another counter with water, sparkling water and some biscuits and fruit. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Very easy to get around and was easy to go to the airport the night before take off to confirm where would be checking in for our flight. Staff were polite and friendly. We had a great dinner at the restaurant. Great food and great staff. Will stay again.

This is a fantastic hotel at the airport with the wow factor. We booked last minute after changing where we were going to stay before our flight early the next morning. The hotel is within the airport complex and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the check in desk given the renovations at check in 1 for Swiss Air. The rooms were modern with sufficient room for two people. The bed was super comfortable with soft sheets and large. The restaurant below was good and our meals were delicious. They were a bit pricey though.

Better signage at the airport would have saved us time having to find the hotel. We knew it was right there, but ended up walking around longer than we needed to.

Amazing and beautiful hotel! My wife and I had a 15 hour layover at the Zurich Airport to catch the next flight home to the USA. We literally walked out of the airport and there was the hotel about 100 feet away. We booked a room within minutes and turned that layover into a wonderful night's rest. We commented several times how we did not hear even one plane the whole night even though we were right beside this very large and busy airport.... It was a completely quiet night! If you're in Zurich and need a place, I highly recommend the Radisson Blu!

Location right at airport, great for early morning flight out. Connected to terminal so didn't need to get transportation - able to walk with our luggage to check in.

Bathroom didn't have any shelf space but this was a minor thing. Floor was very "noisy" when walking on it - again, only a minor thing so overall, not too many things we didn't like.

First class from the moment we walked through the door to the moment departed. Arrived very early and asked to just drop our suitcases, receptionist said no problem but rooms have just become available from housekeeping so I'll just book you in if you like... That's service.

The complimentary slippers were a bit small 🤣🤣

A convenient soundproof place to spend a noisy New Year’s eve with my dog (as many dogowners )

Check in was long because those with dogs couldn’t use the DIY terminals, which also posed problems for those without dogs. The information per email ahead of time was incorrect regarding parking fee and regarding the restaurant. And I couldn’t find a stairway to use to the 1st floor and had to wait in line for the lifts.

Hotel is directly linked to the airport, though it is tricky finding the route to reach it - especially the first time. Basically it's a 10/15 minutes walk inside the airport and a corridor links the hotel to airport. Hotel helpline gave me confused directions and I ended up taking the bus from outside the airport to another Radisson few kilometers away - that was confusing and exhausting. They need to put more detailed and clear directions on their booking confirmation. Breakfast was quite good - large buffet with many varieties, freshly prepared eggs, breads, cereals, cakes, fruits etc. Room was clean and very comfortable. Loved it!

Unclear directions to reach the hotel was the only issue. Everything else is perfect. It served my purpose of being at Zurich airport, as I had an early morning flight the next day.

I suspect my card and personal details were lifted by some low life at Radisson or Radisson’s tech has been hacked. Within a few days of my stay a very plausible telephone fraud attempt was made on me while I was still travelling - including a failed card transaction and a call posing as my bank’s fraud department. I didn’t fall for it but they had my card info, mobile and address - info I’d entered onto Radisson’s system a few days earlier. So…. don’t enter personal info if you check in on line. Obviously I have no proof but strong suspicions.

Terminal 1 is undergoing refurbishment work. As a consequence, unless flying business class, there is a long walk to Swiss Air check in Terminal 2 adjacent to the SBB office. From the point of view of distance, the Hyatt at Circle may be a better bet. The lighting in the rooms at the Radison Blue need improving. The area in the area of the beds is poorly lite. The price via Booking.com was good.
