Fantastic hotel, steps away from Zurich Flughafen and train station. Ideal for overnight stopovers for onward journeys. It has a spacious and well decorated lobby area with comfortable seating and restaurants. Staff were welcoming and helpful too. I did, however, have an issue. 'Fixed' temperature control of rooms means I found the rooms too warm; couldn't sleep and ended up having cold showers at night and wondering outside hotel at 2am. Windows aren't openable. Requested a room change, thinking the thermostatic control was faulty but unfortunately same again. I even tried sleeping with the room door open but no luck. The temperature gauge did not budge below 21°C. Uncomfortable nights, dehydrated and left with a headache. 

Superb location with convenient connection to the airport and shopping. Spacious clean rooms, with sofa and desk comfortable for working and reading. Staff at the reception and lobby restaurant were friendly. Breakfast with many choices, more so than other hotels' continental breakfast. The park right next to the hotel was an add-on especially that we were staying for one night on our last day in Switzerland. Just walking up a flight of stairs or taking the funicular. we spent some quiet time walking and reading there. Sunset was beautiful up the park.

It would be even better if we could pay the same price for a room with a view towards the park.

The location was just perfect to end our 3 weeks journey in Europe. Walking distance to the Airport was extremely convenient after 2 days of complete rest. The Circle itself is a very well built and designed area with several Restaurants and entertainment areas. Our 14 years old son loved the Racing Unleashed (F1 Simulator Area), I personally enjoyed the morning and evening walk in the park just infront of the hotel with some plane spotting across the Airport - definitely A must try. Breakfast was exceptional with many options; special thanks to Jerry for making our stay a pleasant one. On Front Desk - Ricardo was extremely helpful and made all the efforts for us to facilitate our early check in request. We also would like to thank Tatiana from Hyatt Regency Front Desk, who helped us with the direction and trolley for 4 heavy suitcases as it was pouring and we were dropped off at Hyatt Regency and not Hyatt Place. So thanks to them all for the courtesy, care and hospitality.

If you are driving into Hyatt Place and not checking in from the Airport side, then it is not the easiest place to get through, specially if it is raining. Reception of Hyatt Regency is much more accessible by car. It is a 5 minutes walk from Hyatt Regency Reception to the Hyatt Place Reception. So with children and heavy luggage, best to get a trolley from Hyatt Regency if available.

The hotel was elegant, the room was perfect the breakfast was acceptable. The great point was the location, It was just 5 minutes walk to airport.

The reception guy( his name was Cesar) was so rude and behaved inapproriately. I asked him to explain sth to me, instead he mocked me! I was shoked and didn’t expect this kind of behavior from receptionist of this level of hotel. Besides, it was the first time that the hotel inquire higher price tha what it was mentioned in the booking reservation.

Our stay at this Hyatt was excellent. The common areas are clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The breakfast was good, and the employees were amiable and polite. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were tranquil, although you are next to the airport. The best part about this hotel is the location. We arrived in Zurich by train, and we were flying out the next day. So we selected this hotel because of its convenience. It is just steps away from the train station and the airport. There is no need to drive or take a bus or taxi. Everything is within walking distance. It is in a section of the airport that is called the Circle. The Circle is an outdoor place with hotels, high-end stores, restaurants, spas, offices, and a lovely outdoor park where if you like to run, it is fantastic. Everything is within walking distance. The morning of our flight, we checked the flight departure panels at the hotel lobby for updates on our flights and then just walked about 7 minutes to the airline counter. We will stay here again.

The hotel was excellent. The staff went above the call of duty to retrieve the items I had left in the safe, went rushing for an early flight. My things arrived safely home to me and I can never thank you enough.

Our stay here was a quick turnaround, arriving late in the evening and then seeing our daughter off at the Zurich Airport early the next morning. The staff was extremely helpful in providing information. The hotel lobby and restaurant areas were spacious. Most importantly, given our needs, it was an easy walk from the Hyatt Place to the airport, as they're both located in the airport circle. Later that morning, we boarded a train for Interlaken, which also was an easy walk as the train stops at Zurich airport. There also are plenty of places to grab a quick coffee or pretzel before you board! This is basically an airport hotel, i.e., no frills but had everything we needed.

The included breakfast probably was the most modest buffet of all the hotels we visited.

Do not believe the other reviews on location as the hotel has a direct, covered tunnel from the airport and it is in a safe and modern area. The exposed areas are very short and not a huge deal if you are not precious. There are lifts to the hotel so the comments on stairs are also wrong as these people must have missed the lifts on either side of the stairs. Those pictures of the forest walkway are totally misleading. You can take your trolly right up to the main entrance downstairs and catch the lift to reception. Lovely receptionist, Flor, and generally a nice, modern hotel with good access to shops etc. Perfect if you do not need to be in Zurich city as train tickets are expensive.

A bottle of waters as I do not like filling the jar from the toilet sink. People spit and blow their noses on the sink, so it is gross.

Location, location, location!!…saves travelling time especially on a short layover, a walk away from Kloten terminal. The Circle is an underground Airtropolis with 2 large supermarkets, lots of food choices including an international food court, a selection of shops for most things required. Travelling by tram was easy into the city costing €6 for a 2-hour validity ticket in the same direction. The relaxed environment at the bar-restaurant overlooking the green hill slope of a small park makes chilling with a cold one invigorating.

We stayed in the hotel for a short stay while waiting for our next flight at the airport. We asked for an early check-in. The receptionist (sorry I can't remember her name) was so helpful and accommodating of our request. We had a lovely lunch and a sleep at the hotel and felt really rested for our next flight. As our final destination was Australia our stay at the hotel made a massive positive difference to our trip. We would definitely stay with Hyatt again. Thank you very much.
