Friendly staff at reception. Jerry, breakfast restaurant manager made a huge impression. He is bubbly & super cheerful, a gem. We stayed here for our 1st & last night. a friendly efficient lady (forgot her name) helped us with our checkin on May 11. Ricardo too was really friendly & helped us with our 2nd stay. Both occasions we were prepared to store luggage as we arrived much earlier than checkin time. The hotel managed to arrange early check in for both. Terrific! We were able to freshen up & train in leisurely without luggage to sightsee at gallen & Zurich & return end of day to the most comfortable room. Location is perfect, an easy 5 min stroll with luggage via underpass to & from airport terminal. The circle is an interesting area. Plenty of retail shops. We picked up cheeses & chocolates right before departure flight from migros & laderach, all just steps away from hotel. Right below hotel there is a cool park, with easy hiking trails & private cable car. Such a surreal place right next to airport. Airport hotels aren’t just for biz travellers. Hyatt place with its short train connections to places makes it a peaceful option for leisure travellers too. The Circle itself is a cool destination.

The reception staff was delightful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We especially appreciated having an adjustable bed. The shower was great -- we loved having truly hot water and an adjustable spray head. The bathroom ventilation was great because it prevented steam from building up while we were showering. The TV channel selection was nice, we appreciated having a variety of English-speaking channels to select from. We had dinner in the restaurant and while we were disappointed that it was not more representative of Swiss cuisine, we appreciated the variety. Our food was prepared to our preference and delivered to us quickly. We also had breakfast the next morning and we were impressed by the sheer variety on offer.

An additional blanket in the room would have been appreciated, but the lack of one did not diminish our stay in any way.

Connected to the airport, many good restaurants, and shopping. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable.

We had trouble keeping the light on in the bathroom. It went out while one of us was in the shower.

We had a 20h layover in Zurich so we booked this hotel and used that day to visit the city. This was one of the best located hotel we've experienced, it's part of The Circle complex which is connected underground to the airport. It's about a 5 minutes walk to the hotel itself. In the airport is also the train station that takes you to Zurich center in 10-15 min, so you really don't need to stay in the city if staying just a day or two. The staff was always available and helpful. Room was clean and comfy.

My stay was amazing,the hotel is located 5 minutes walk from airport and also connected to train station going to city center from there is so convenient you can choose tram bus or train everything is available at the train station and there are many Restaurants around the hotel. My family loved the breakfast, Chef Adrian was amazing and so hospitable. I had an incident I left some valuables in my room locker and Mr. keyah helped me retrieve them from the locker and kept them safe for me till I returned back to collect them to Zurich. Over all it was a lovely stay.

There was nothing to dislike

The decor of this hotel really stands out: it is colourful, imaginative and appealing. The room was very well appointed with beautiful finishings. Exceptionally smooth linen on the super comfortable bed. My room even had a view over the park behind the hotel. I travel a lot and enjoy staying in comfortable hotels, and this one really was 10 out of 10! During my entire stay I never heard a plane taking off or landing even though the hotel is right next to the airport, so the sound-proofing is really top class. Very friendly staff and a lovely restaurant with a very interesting menu round off the first-class experience. My go-to option in Zurich from now on!

There are two Hyatt hotels at the Circle and the sign-posting coming from the airport should be clearer.

I had to pay extra to check in earlier. It is understandable, but the room I had to pay extra to check in earlier is also not at a good position. The room I was given was right facing the exit of highway, so all cars passed by can see clearly everything in the room. I’m obliged to close the curtain, and it is very dark

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay prior to returning home. It is a walk to the airport but there were ample carts available to handle our luggage. Our dinner was very good. We opted out of breakfast since we had an early flight. Coffee was available in the lobby for a charge. It was delicious. Our room was very spacious with two queen size beds pushed together. We had plenty of space to repack our luggage. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed.

Hard to beat the location right at the airport if you're just transferring. Nice to have easy access to the other services available in the Circle. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Room looked directly across to an office building with bright lights on. They could make it a bit clearer how to get to the hotel from the terminal and vice versa. Food in the restaurant was not a good value for the food/service/ambiance received. They were out of my #1-3 choices of beer, suggested I try #4 to see if I like it (I didn't). I still got charged.
