They let us drop our bags off at the lobby while we waited for the check-in time. Towels and soap were provided, and there was AC. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Asked for a double bed but was given two beds separately. Thankfully, the beds could be zipped together. The WiFi is a bit unreliable. I have to wait a couple of minutes to connect to the WiFi every time I open up my laptop. And once it broke my connection for a while.

Room was good and clean; location also good. Considering Switzerland is always expensive, I truly believe you get what you pay here.

We had an unfortunate situation with the staff who was at the reception around 2h am. We asked if we could order pizza, he said yes, and then he asked if we could pay with cash because the card machine was disconnected at that time. We said we only had card. He then rolled his eyes, grabbed some kind of file archiver and threw that on his desk with an unnecessary strength. He proceeded to grab the card machine and he charged us for the pizza - which did not take him more than 30 seconds to do so. I don´t get his disappointment of us wanting to eat pizza and pay with card. He could have said "our kitchen is closed" or "we really just take cash" but instead he decided to proceed with a rude behavior.

The front desk staff is very nice and the hotel kindly answered my multiple text messages before we arrived (due to concerns we had arriving at a late hour). Our room was small but very clean and bed was comfortable. They have a convenient shuttle to/from airport although it’s only free from the airport.

I remember having to use mirror in the hallway bc something about the bathroom mirror wasn’t great. I forget now but whatever frustration wasn’t a big deal for one night but might have been for a longer stay. I can’t remember now if the mirror was missing or perhaps wasn’t lighted so sat on floor by hallway mirror to put on my makeup which wasn’t ideal.

Room was clean ,friendly staff, view from the window was looking down the main road , iv stayed in the hotel a number of times always get a room on the same side a room looking out towards the airport would be nice for a change the next time I stay at the hotel, iv stayed at some of the other hotels across the road but would much prefer the bb hotel , friendlier and more relaxed ,

Staff were polite and helpful. Room was enough for 4 people. Clean and quiet. Only stayed one night so was enough for our stay. Booked airport shuttle bus through hotel but was overbooked so had to stand luckily hotel about 10 mins from airport. Did manage to get there on time. Was very close to airport so good facilities for that.

Hotel shuttle bus could be organised a bit better as was overbooked as it was a mini bus and serves all the hotels nearby.

First off, we were able to interact with two of the male receptionists - one during arrival, the other one upon check-out. Both were very friendly and accommodating to all our requests and questions. The room was very spacious for three people, the bathroom was good as well (it had facilities for the disabled, if needed, as it was even located on the ground floor). However, the tables were quite small. Otherwise, everything about our assigned room was very good. It also had a nearby Migros and McDonald's so grabbing last-minute meals/food was no problem! The common area for breakfast/meals was very clean and very nice-looking as well. We did not have time to include the breakfast buffet as time was a little bit running out. Value for money as well considering the room, facilities and location.

Location-wise, it was a bit of a distance from the airport. The bus that plies the route goes once every hour only and an hour in a vacation is quite a lot already. But the bus stop is very conveniently located a hundred or so meters away from the hotel. It was also a bit of a walk to the nearest train station than expected. Lugging suitcases in that distance isn't advisable but still doable. The hotel shuttle is not free and only does transfers every hour.

Convenient to get to the airport - a bus every half hour stops right outside the hotel and it is a 15 minute ride. The room was surprisingly quiet given how close it is to the airport. Beds are typical Swiss hotels beds - not bad. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning does not get the room very cool - I am not sure you can really control its temperature. Stayed at around 23 degrees C even though we set it at 18. Bathroom had poor water flow for cold water in the bathroom sink. The shower doesn't have a door or curtain so some of the tiny bathroom gets wet.

It was close to the bus stop and about a 12 minute walk to the train station that would take us to the main station! And super close to the airport about a 15 minute bus ride if I'm not mistaken. The place was nice and close to food stops and even some grocery stores. The breakfast they offer there was also really good!

The shower was small and it doesn't have a door so water was constantly spilling out onto the floor.
