Beautiful, new, and modern hotel close to Zurich to visit/ work in the city or to catch a flight at the nearby airport. Excellent comfort and cleanliness; everything is well-designed and works perfectly. Very well soundproofed; you won't hear flights, traffic, or your neighbor at all. It's located in an industrial area, served by a big Migros grocery store and Fleischli Bakery, which is a big plus! Very convenient the train connection to Zurich center too. I absolutely loved it! I know how crazily expensive a hotel with a similar design can be in the center of Zurich, and this was a perfect solution for me. I would recommend it to anyone who loves being in a modern, clean environment and who doesn't mind not being in the city center.

The temperature regulation system in the room was hard to understand and set up correctly; it was rather cold throughout the day/ afternoon and too hot during the night. Maybe a brief instruction would help.

The hotel was very clean! Very Modern! Mutoni at the front office was AMAZING!!! she made my stay feel like home. She was very supportive and warm! 5 star rating FOR SURE!!! I liked that I got an early check-in at no extra charge because my flight arrived at 7 and it would have been a bummer to wait till 3pm to check in to my room. this flexibility was highly appreciated!! The bathroom was clean and room service was always available. Beds were comfy and the hotel is literally as advertised on the website. What you see is what you get. It is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel but you pay 6 francs from hotel to the airport which is not bad. Highly recommend for short business trip in and out of the country. If youre in Switzerland for vacay or exploration, maybe not as it is not near the city centre

I had to drag my heavy suitcases from the room down stairs by myself. It would have been useful to have someone to assist. I didnt appreciate that when support staff knocks twice or thrice, they let themselves in. Therefore had to lock using the safety latch. Hotel is situated in a bit of a village residential airport area hence not many restaurant options nearby if you want to explore unless you go to the airport where they have a mall/shopping complex.

Excellent breakfast but North Americans prefer full cups of regular coffee not just half cups of specialties like expressions, cappuccino, etc

Your website is not clear re transportation from Airport to hotel. Tell people where to go at the airport to find the buses and how to identify the right bus/lane for travel to your site. I was quite confused until a couple of locals heard me talking to a bus driver (who didn’t know anything even tho it was the right bus for InterCity) and helped me out telling me which bus was the right one and which stop I needed. A message on your website “proceed to bus/trams outside Terminal 2 and go to Lane N for bus number XYZ would be a big help to tired travellers.”

The hotel is well located, a 10/15 shuttle drive to the airport and a 20/25 train ride to Zurich downtown. The shuttle arrived as planned, book in advance - free from airport and 8 swiss francs from the hotel. There is a 10 min walk to the Rumlang train station. The hotel reception staff was VERY corteous and helpful, especially Viktor. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked just fine.

There is no room service after 10pm, and restaurants and markets nearby may be closed - plan your dinner if you will arrive late, and hungry, and too tired to travel. I brought a sandwich 🙂

Close to the airport, no problem storing luggage when the room wasn't ready. Easy to find the shuttle at the airport and easy to book the shuttle back, it was on time. Staff was helpful with a minor issue that resulted in changing rooms. Didn't get the breakfast but I was welcome to help me to some coffee.

There was a Nespresso machine in the room but the two pods I got tasted like old off-brand coffee (unmarked). There wasn't an outlet where the coffee machine was located and I had to move it to an awkward place to power it on. The kettle also had a round plug that didn't fit the outlet.

Very helpful staff, welcoming, always trying to assist. We stayed in a family room which is basically 2 connected rooms , this is very convenience since the kids are in short distance from you , but have their own amenities. The room was supper clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, the sauna was great and refreshing, clean and well maintained. The breakfast is rich , and you can easily find your favorite food to start the morning with. Hotel provide a free shuttle service on pick up , but it would be also nice to provide a ride back to the airport for free (or at least at the price of public transportation , these days the price is 8fr per person for 8 min ride) The hotel is easily accessible , form / to the airport you can use provided shuttle or bus which stops in front the hotel, and in order to get to Zurich city center , just take the train (10m walking) and ride 4 stops (15m) Definitely good and not expansive option on your short Zurich trip

Shuttle might be cheaper

We had a staff named Daniel give us a free early check-in which was much appreciated and really helped us, because it meant we were able to get ready from the hotel and spend more time exploring Zurich rather having to come back in the afternoon and change. We didn't have an iron in our room, but I was able to call reception and they brought an iron and ironing board to our room which was much appreciated. We then had another staff Dragon who gave us a lovely discount on our breakfast which was lovely of him to do. The breakfast was lovely, the hot chocolate was amazing! We very much enjoyed our stay, it was easy getting a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and we were able to book our shuttle back to the airport easily. When I come back to Zurich I would have no problem staying here again! Thank you to the staff for making our short stay very much enjoyable!

Great hotel for overnight stay while traveling to/from Zurich Airport. Offers shuttle service to hotel (free) and back to airport at a fee (which is much cheaper than a taxi which was CH40!). Shuttle runs twice/hour from airport to hotel. Drive is about 15 minutes. Hotel is newly renovated. Room was spacious and modern, nicely furnished; there was no airport noise; room had everything we needed for overnight stay. Generous breakfast buffet was included in our stay. Hotel has a bar and restaurant for dinners; expect prices to be typical for Switzerland which means on the higher end. We ate at the airport before going to the hotel as we have a favorite restaurant there.

You book your shuttle to return to the airport once you arrive at the hotel. Our time slot was already booked out and therefore we took a taxi which costed a ridiculous CHF40! Plan accordingly.....

Hotel is located on the backside of airport. Free shuttle from airport to hotel, but then you reserve a space and pay 8 euro for the bus trip back to airport. Took about 15 minutes to get to hotel and the shuttle stops at another hotel along the way. Hotel breakfast was great. Room was wonderful with very comfortable bed and nicely appointed bathroom and closet area. Decorated wall has a big map of Zurich which was great for navigating my trip downtown. Hotel is short walk from train station into Zurich. On the day I was there the train's online system was not working which made getting a ticket difficult. Talking to a local at the train station gave us a workaround. The train station is also a bus stop. The bus was able to sell a universal ticket for the day that cost me the same as a train only cost. Took the bus to the tram and grabbed the tram into the main train station. It gave me a great view of real life Zurich and then was able to catch a quick train home. So glad I went with the day card and got to experience more of Zurich traveling from hotel to city center.

Hotel is cashless. Not that it created a problem, but don't expect to use cash anywhere because they will not accept it.

Close to the airport with some shops nearby. Convenient shuttle service. Loved the small fitness centre and sauna. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very average but a delightful waiter, Nacho (from Colombia) who was friendly and helpful.

Although we booked the airport shuttle to return to the airport on arrival at the hotel (and paid for it) when the shuttle arrived the next morning it was full and we plus two others were denied boarding. After some confusion (the shuttle driver claimed it was the hotel’s fault and the hotel said it was the shuttle company’s fault) a new shuttle arrived to take the four of us to the airport. The driver was grumpy and not helpful.
