I stayed here in order to catch an early intercontinental flight from Zürich Airport without the hassle of getting up in the middle of the night to take the train from my home town. Despite proximity to runways, unusually quiet room. Very substantial breakfast and easy connection to the airport by bus from nearby (300m) train station. Alles ging wie geschmiert!

Like last time great location, excellent acces , cleanliness , WiFi etc

Unlike last time the reception had some very grumpy folks.. I saw one of them throwing kitchenware in anger at the staff and the manager was quite upset about the coffee machine being used too. There was an old man who was just moaning every time .. . While I choose to ignore it - it was contrastingly different to my previous stay which was fabulous and Tim and a few others were the reason I went again. I will go a third and final time soon and update // The above doesn’t matter too much but still doesn’t leave a great taste

My stay at Jet Hotel Zurich Airport was truly outstanding. From the moment I booked my reservation, the hotel staff demonstrated remarkable professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring that every aspect of my stay would be seamless. I have reduced mobility, which requires special accommodations, and I was delighted to find that everything was perfectly arranged for my comfort. What particularly impressed me was the proactive and continuous communication from the hotel. The staff sent multiple messages before my arrival, confirming all details and addressing any possible concerns I might have. They even called me at the exact time I had requested to ensure everything would go smoothly. This level of dedication and care is something I truly appreciate. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and assisted with the check-in process. The receptionist, who was exceptionally kind and professional, personally ensured that I was settled comfortably in my room. The room itself was elegant, well-equipped, and provided a truly relaxing atmosphere, while the bathroom was modern and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was another highlight, generously prepared and tailored to my dietary needs. Every small detail was considered, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of hospitality. I sincerely appreciate the exceptional service, warm hospitality, and genuine care shown by the entire team. Their dedication to guest satisfaction makes this hotel truly special. It is very close to the airport with wonderful down pillows and comforters, rooms are well appointed and clean. I did not give it a 10 because as you drive up its not the best curb appeal there are worn down looking apartments next door and the outside is not very welcoming. When you park there is a digital check in that we messed with for about 10 minutes to no avail. We pushed the help button and were told to come upstairs and check in. It was quite confusing even with Google translate. Once inside it is a lovely hotel with nice decor and comfy rooms after a red eye from California we slept very well. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices. We discovered if you walk a couple blocks you are in a very nice area where we had a wonderful dinner.

Hotels where we had previously stayed before flights from ZRH had priced themselves beyond what we deemed reasonable. We chose Jet Hotel in good measure because of its price (and despite the negative tone of some reviews we had read). We found the hotel to be clean and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful. Because of stormy weather we bought some reasonably priced beers and boxed soups from the cabinet next to the front desk. Since we had had a full lunch earlier the soup and beer worked as a light supper. There are several eateries a short walk from the hotel, and from earlier stays in Ruemlang we know of a very nice Italian place about a 10 minute walk away.

The shuttle to and from the airport runs on an early to late schedule. No problem with that, but 10 francs per person each way is pricey.

Pretty, new and clean room (loved the absence of carpet in the room!) The big windows and the little balcony gave a good feeling. I also liked the new bathroom. Friendly staffs. The bed was comfortable. Good breakfast. The Hotel was close to the airport and the train, but with very good windows so quiet. Shuttel from the airport every 30 min to the Hotel. The train station (with trains every 20 min to the city of Zürich) was only 5 min walking distance. Rümlang looked like a safe and quiet area. I liked the Hotel, I would consider it again in the future.

I had selected a big double bed, got a twin bed but with a mattresscover to give the impression it is one mattress, but it was not really fully working, the gap still was felt. At the breakfast the juices were only nectars.

First was : location. The hotel is located far 10 minutes by bus 510 from Zurich airport. Or 15 minutes by train far from Zurich main train station. No need for taxi. Second: very clean, decent hotel with very helpful,respectful employees. My room was big, with double bed, big bathroom, towels changed daily, with daily cleaning. Big windows with adjustable shades by the light switch. Nights room lights were blue ocean or regular color. TV had a lot of channels in French, German,English language. Third: breakfast. Good, early breakfast for vegan, vegetarian, continental buffet for the rest of us. Clean,big area and very busy since 6AM or 7AM on weekends.

Our room and the communal spaces were very modern, clean and orderly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The rooms had everything we needed. I liked that we could step outside onto a small balcony from our room. The staff recommended a vice nice restaurant within a 5 minute walk. The continental breakfast was ample and tasty, good coffee too! We used the bus to get to the hotel, then paid for the shuttle back to the airport (10 CHF / person) - both options were fine.

Nothing - exceeded my expectations for the price point and for an airport hotel

The availability of hot and cold drinks at all times in the breakfast lounge. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

The fact that the airport shuttle bus service to the hotel did not run according to the timetable and the hidden 10 CF cost payable for the return leg.

The property is at a super location, so convenient to take trains from. The front desk staff was so kindly giving us a great suggestion when we arrived earlier than checking in time and patiently explained how to take the trains, a big help for us!! The breakfast is very good.

No extra pillows, lack of chairs, the balcony is not accessible. The person works at breakfast area educated me rudely about what kind of glasses I should drink milk from that made me pretty confusing.
