The staff were very friendly and services were superb throughout. The room was very nice and clean. We liked the smell of wood in our room. Conditorei Hanselmann was very next door. Shops and galleries were in walking distance. Breakfast had both hot and cold buffet choices and we really liked their scrambled eggs and fresh mini croissants. They operated a complimentary shuttle van to / from the train station. We also had an easy walk from the train station. You go one floor down from tracks and walk towards the lake and turn right/ westward. In about 50 yards there’s an elevator to a bridge to a big parking structure which has a long escalator up to a main street and in another 50 yards or so you arrive at hotel easily avoiding climbing up the steep street. They offered a free spa use. We went for dry saunas which are separated for men and women. Then we were told there’s co-ed area for steam sauna and ultra red heat sauna. No bathing suits were allowed but we could take our towels. My wife and I were to meet there only to realize majority did not wear any 😊😊. Had a nice but short sauna. An interesting experience to remember 👍. They also provided complimentary drinks in the mini-refrigerator: two beers; two cokes; two orange juices; two of what tasted like vitamin c drink. The bed was very very comfortable with high quality pillows and comforters.

This is a beautifully done hotel, very comfortable room and great facilities. The restaurant was excellent.

I always walk from train stations to my hotels in Europe. This one was tough as it was all uphill. Had I known that ahead of time and not been so stubborn I would have used their shuttle service. I'm almost 80 and travel for long period of time with a heavy suitcase. Clearly I was too stubborn to not walk, but next time, I'll be a bit more aware of available options. If I had known about the climb ahead of time, I probably would have planned not to walk. By time I was 1/2 way, I certainly did not want to walk down the fairly steep roads - :)

This hotel is perfect service. I love the white table cloth at the breakfast. Feels like the Royals table 😜 Everything is good. Cute room. They have the mini bar that refills everyday. They also gave the card for traveling by bus or by train to go around St. Moritz, including going up to Piz Nair for free. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Dressed very well. very good breakfast. The location is in the heart of st Moritz. Exactly at the bus stop of Shulhausplatz. They have the pick up and transfer car to the St Moritz station. Eventhough we didn't know about this. But some other hotels also have this pick up service, since it's going uphills from the station, not far but uphill. And the nice staffs of Monopole hotel took us to our hotel, since Monopole hotel is also just a few steps from Crystal. Very good gesture of hospitality in St. Moritz. And one more thing : they have fitness centre and Sauna for free use.

Nothing. I love everything. Maybe just the super expensive hotel for me 😜😝 St. Moritz is famous for the rich to come for holiday with their private jet. I just taste a bit of luxurious feeling.

Location of the hotel is perfect with everything nearby. Room was small but beautiful and clean. Bathroom had all the amenities. Breakfast was good with quite a few options, although we couldn't eat a few of the things because of Muslim specific dietary restrictions (halal options) but still there was enough for us to have a proper breakfast. Also they have shuttle service to and from train station which is very convenient.

Nothing specific. However checkout time of 11:00 is very early. My wife was recovering from fever and our train was at 1:15 so i asked if it would be possible to do a little late checkout so she can rest a bit, however that request was rejected.

This is the second year that I stay at the Hotel Crystal. My expectations were over -exceeded again. The location is just perfect: right in the city centre and in front of the funicular to Corviglia-Piz Nair. The staff is very friendly and welcoming: they welcome you with a warm smile and they are there to make your stay as much enjoyable as possible. The amenities (gym, sauna, ski/MTB room) are well organised and well equipped. The breakfast, with its diversity and quality of ingredients, is the best meal you can have during your stay in St. Moritz. The rooms are spacious, clean and very cozy.

Central location, we walked to the hotel from train station (it's doable with our backpacks). However when we checked out, the hotel offered us a lift to the station which was unexpected! The receptionist even gave each of us a bottle of mineral water for free to send us off because it was a very hot day! Room is good size, very traditional and cute, very well looked after and clean. Although being central, all we could hear was the faint cow bells on the hill. The breakfast offers more than we could eat varieties, with traditional Swiss muesli, yogurt, cold meat and cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and many other pastries. Beautifully laid out tables with high quality crockery and cutlery and silverware. Table service tea and coffee, excellent coffee by the way. What touches me more is the service staff insisted on changing my cup whenever they bring me a new pot of tea/coffee. The staff seem very experienced and proud of what they do and always happy to do more with their own initiative. The receptionist who checked us in asked if we wanted to visit Corviglia (the station is only a few minutes walk from the hotel) and she prepared us free passes to use the funicular. The staff who happened to come upstairs as I was approaching the elevator noticed I was going down, so he quickly turned back and pressed the down button even before I reached the elevator. All these little details are the true Swiss hospitality that makes it stands out!! Unforgettable!!

Me and my husband we have stayed 3 nights in this wonderful hotel and we are very satisfied! The staff take care of the car by parking it and we had a discount in the parking lot of Sankt Moritz. Also, the Hotel provide the guests the cards for a free access in several stations and public transport in the city and surroundings, so we never had to pay anything for the excursions! Very convenient and an excellent service. The stuff also gave us an upgrade and the room was very clean, the Housekeeping refreshed the room anytime we went out for dinner - big thank you for it! The girls at the receptions are super kind and nice, Chiara and the croatian girl (i dont remember the name) satisfied all our request. Concierge excellent, good breakfast, and the restaurant Grissini: high-quality food and extra mile service from the italian waiter from Turin (Unfortunately i dont remember the name). The Hotel has a super central position in Sankt Moritz, 2 minutes walking from the station with the lifts for Corviglia, few minutes walking from the shopping street and the station. Everything was great for us and we hope to return to the Crystal Hotel.

We loved our stay at the Crystal hotel superior. We book the suite, so room was spacious. I really loved the staff and their readiness to help. Hotel was super clean and the room service clean the room twice a day. And the fact that hotel provides tickets for funicular and cable cars was a plus.

The location was great and stuffs were amazing. It’s in the middle of the city and I front of the bus stop. Breakfast was great.

Due to hot weather we had to leave window opened at night and it was very noisy because bus stop and people talking outside. This shouldn’t be an issue if you’re not there during hot summer time.

Centrally located in the middle of the town, super clean; friendly and helpful reception, the rooms were nicely decorated with super comfy beds. Bathroom with toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, also super clean and functional. Great breakfast, nice roof terrace. Also, shuttle service to the station is available.

Everything was perfect, just keep in mind that in case you're by car, parking needs to be arranged. But this is clearly communicated, so it is not an issue.
