Superb modern clean rooms in a perfect location with a nice restaurant for evening meals
Very limited parking. If you can’t reserve a space the nearest public one is roughly £40 per 24 hrs. Breakfast was poor, coffee machine only did tiny cups, no toaster Nothing hot apart from a choice of a boiled, fried or scrambled egg.

Lovely place. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. On the 1st floor you’ll find the Italian restaurant La Stalla, which is a very good option if you don’t want to leave the hotel for dinner. You can book a table at the front desk.
At the time of check-in, the recepcionist asked me to fill a paper form with my personal details plus my credit card number, expiration date, and CVV. I declined to fill my credit card information on a paper, as I don’t know what the use/disposition of that form will be. They mentioned they needed the credit card details “for the insurance”. Since I had already prepaid the entire stay through Booking, I offered them to pre-authorize my credit card with an ammount of their choice (like a car rental agency would do), but they said it was not possible. They ended up accepting the form without the credit card information, but my check-in experience was awful. Please, take this into consideration if you want to protect your credit card data.

By far the best breakfast we had out of all the hotels we stayed at traveling through Switzerland. The private bathroom was also the largest with windows to help circulate air from the bedroom balcony that kept the room temp comfortable without a/c
The small elevator made it hard to use with two people with only a backpack and one carry on bag. But this is pretty common in most European hotels.

We were greeted by the most helpful friendliest receptionist, Francesca. She was an absolute treasure and credit to the hotel. Our room was great with the only real criticism being that the carpet could be due for a good shampoo. The buffet breakfast was excellent and we dined in the restaurant on 2 occasions where the Debbie and food was exceptional. Just loved our stay here.
Unfortunately a safe was not available during our stay. Apparently the hotel had an issue with their security keys.

Central location, friendly staff, very accomodating. Received instructions prior of different ways to get to the hotel including which bus to take from the station. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was so kind and helpful, we received an upgrade. Dinner in the restaurant just downstairs was amazing, very cute and cozy Swiss style restaurant. We were off early in the morning so the staff kindly organised a breakfast bag for us to take on our journey. The coffee machine was a welcome amenity early in the morning. The room was spotless, very comfortable, modern and had all the amenities you could need. Would 100% recommend this hotel for your stay! Thank you to the Arte team.
Nothing.

The location of the hotel was close to the Cresta Bobsled Run, within walking distance to the centre and was also close to public transportation to enable you to easily travel to other nearby cities. The room was very clean, decent decor, quiet and was a good size. The receptionist was also very helpful, friendly and we were warmly welcomed. Definitely recommend this cozy alternative for those seeking to be away from the exaggerated "glitz and glam" that one tends to find in St. Moritz.

We stayed 2 nights at the Arte where we were checked in by a particularly friendly and helpful young man. The hotel is an older, smaller building that has been refurbished. The room was very comfortable and well equipped… modern bathroom, and kitchen alcove with great coffee machine. Bed was comfortable but doona only with no top sheet ( common habit in Europe) meant being hot. The hotel is in a good location and the breakfast provided a good range of choices. Restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. St Moritz is an expensive town and in light of that the Arte Hotel represented reasonable value for money
The reception area always had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, in spite of a non smoking policy.

Fantastic value, well appointed rooms, walk in baths (very unusual), coffee machine. Breakfast was great quality, and no issue asking for hot items such as an omelette. The restaurant was great value considering it was St Moritz (we were catching Glacier Express to Brig). We arrived early and no issue with accessing the rooms (and friendly staff who speak multipe languages). Lift to all floors.
For older travellers I recommend a taxi, the bus stop is approx 600 yards from the hotel (up a faily steep hill).

Room deco was interesting. Aussies staying in the Aussie room! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The location (once you got up the hill) was convenient to restaurants but quite the hike up the hill from the station. Highly recommend the bus.
It was very very hot. Even with the windows open the floor heating, which would be delightful in the winter, was too hot for our heat wave in June.

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the room was spacious with a lovely balcony, making our stay more enjoyable.
The carpets in the hotel are too old and seem dirty. The breakfast was okay, but on the second day of our stay, we were given cold boiled eggs straight from the fridge
