Lovely place. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. On the 1st floor you’ll find the Italian restaurant La Stalla, which is a very good option if you don’t want to leave the hotel for dinner. You can book a table at the front desk.

At the time of check-in, the recepcionist asked me to fill a paper form with my personal details plus my credit card number, expiration date, and CVV. I declined to fill my credit card information on a paper, as I don’t know what the use/disposition of that form will be. They mentioned they needed the credit card details “for the insurance”. Since I had already prepaid the entire stay through Booking, I offered them to pre-authorize my credit card with an ammount of their choice (like a car rental agency would do), but they said it was not possible. They ended up accepting the form without the credit card information, but my check-in experience was awful. Please, take this into consideration if you want to protect your credit card data.

The cleanliness is good and hotel breakfast is nice.

-It’s hard to find the hotel staff all along the time of stay (during the office hour), mostly the staff is not there. Even we phone the hotel, no one hears every time. - Hotel location is not good, you have to climb up the slope with your luggage - The room safe is not working: we asked the staff to help us, however, it cannot be fixed. The hotel staff said she cannot give us another safe, but we can choose to refuse housekeeping so that no one will enter our room. Is this a solution??

Staff is very helpful. Really helped us with directions and recommendations. Breakfast is good as it's in the hotel restaurant (La Stalla). We got a big room as we were upgraded. The Mountain railway cards are very helpful as it gave us free rides to the mountains

Location is a bit far from the train station. Google maps led us to a flight of stairs going to the hotel while carrying our heavy luggage but there's a long way around to avoid the stairs. There's a lift in the hotel but it's very small (not the hotel's fault).

Very polite and helful staff Very very clean and spaciouse rooms with bathtube. Big comfy bed - I slept like a log. We visit hotel in April 23rd-24th, and it was realy warm in rooms. Breakfast was delicious with swiss cheeses and variety of choises.

The rooms I my opiniom should be in more Swiss style. Egyptian theme doesn't quite suit to hotel localisation among mountains. But honestly it's individual opinion and matter of individual taste.

- The breakfast was really good, I liked a lot the cheeses and the fresh bread plus the honey from local producers and the wide choice of tea. The prosciutto and salami were also very tasty. - The room was spacious, clean and had a lot of natural light plus a great mountain view. Comfortable bed and pillows, I slept very well. - Despite the fact that someone else parked on our reserved spot, we were allowed to park overnight in the garage and solved the issue the next morning.

- The breakfast could include more vegetable options (for example some tomatoes, peppers), but otherwise it really met my needs. - I could feel smoking-like smell on the 6th floor hallway. - It is a bit strange that there is an extra tax of 50 CHF for using the kitchenette.

I like the unique design of the room and the bathroom was fantastic! Breakfast area was also super cosy as the hotel used their dinner place for it. Go to their dinner place to try the food as their pizzas are really yummy

Be prepared to take bus up from the train station instead of walking as the slopes are quite steep. Seems like this for all the hotels as there are none located near the station.

I were able to upgrade our standard double room with very little money and were very comfortable with our baby as in the superior room there is a small kitchen with a kettle and coffee machine, wonderful mountain view, bathroom with heating floor :) The cot provided was very nice and comfy for our child.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was comfortable and spacious, and staff were friendly and helpful. The Engadin card with free access to cable cars and public transport was included in our stay, which offers great value! Location is near the centre, less than 5mins walk from a bus stop.

We would have appreciated having a kettle and basic tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The room was well appointed. May have been updated recently with modern furnishings. Nice sized balcony with a table and 2 chairs. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator, sink and Nespresso machine. The lighting was very nice, recessed ceiling and lighting from behind the bed headboard. Very modern and clean. Bathroom had large soaker tub and shower again fully updated.

I did not have breakfast while here but there is a restaurant I think. Directions to the location could have been a bit clearer but I was able to find it with little trouble from the train station by asking at tourist information booth.

Great location and warm reception with lots of help planning our five day stay that came complete with a free pass for bus rail funicular and cable in the whole st Moritz valley

Seeing as it was called the Arte Hotel it was disappointing not to see any local art in the reception area or in the rooms. Furniture was dated but was super clean
