The location is amazing. The town avoids the crowds and noise of the more frequented tourist areas. The hotel is close to the railroad and bus station but not so close to hear the trains. The view of the snow capped mountains from the rooms balcony was very relaxing. There is a food store across from the train station. The towns eating spots including, an amazing Italian restaurant, are all within a short walt. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed the comfortable beds. Everything was correctly described in the hotels description so there were no surprises. The check-in was fast and all of the people were very friendly. We enjoyed the attached hotel restaurant. The salad bar and the gellato desserts were our favorites. We liked that we could go to Lauderbrunnen by train, sightsee, take a train up the hillside, hop on a gondolla to the top of the valley and then walk to another gondolla for the ride down the otherside of the mountain to Grendelwald Terminal. Sight see then take a train back to an uncrowed country town. The town has a lot to see close to the hotel. See pictures.

Motorcycling holday mid September with another couple - loved the secure parking. Absolutely wonderful hotel in spectacular scenery. Our room had an amazing view of the Jungfrau. Very close to the train station and if you stay at the hotel you get free travel. We used it to go into Interlaken each day though it was a nice walk - about 30 mins. Breakfast was very good and we had dinner one night which was lovely. Staff were so helpful from weather forecasts to "must do attractions". It is a great base for exploring the area. Hope to be one day.

Location is great, I absolutely loved the view of Jungfrau from the hotel rooms Free carparking is such a bonus. Breakfast is quite good, I loved the croissants there. The lady working at the breakfast time ( during our 3 nights stay ) was very lovely, she should have a payrise, it definitely elevated my experience during the stay.

The floor makes noises, so we could hear people walking from the floor above. It did not bother my sleep but it's definitely noticeable. Half board menu for dinner was very underwhelming, I would rather have chosen Ala Carte if I knew earlier.

Very convenient walk from train station. Quiet and peaceful. Karima at reception desk was extremely helpful and friendly our entire stay. We requested to extend our stay for a third night and she made it possible to keep us in our original room. She helped us with a running route suggestion for my husband and also the best train to Zurich Flughafen.

Would have liked to have some plant-based options at breakfast like hot oatmeal or plant milk for cereal. A mini fridge in our room would be helpful.

Great location between Interlaken and the mountains. The village has good facilities as well. Public transport is excellent (and was free for the time of the stay). The hotel was easy to find and of an excellent standard. Room was clean and bed very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The breakfast was great and plenty of choice.

A minor point was that there wasn't a very big bar area so no real opportunity to talk with other guests.

A simple hotel with marvelous views (the view of Jungfrau when the weather cleared). The hotel was a 4 minute walk from the train station which made is incredibly easy to explore the region of Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, and Grindelwald. This location was more quiet and relaxing than staying in Interlaken. Incredibly good spread during breakfast. The rooms had exquisite views of the mountains and surrounding land of quiet, peaceful Wilderswil. We spotted a double rainbow from our balcony. Would most definitely recommend this place.

First of all we loved the location of the hotel. We got a room with a balcony. amazing views of Jungfrau. Calm, quiet and having a local vibe. Breakfast was good. Special mention to Karima evening The receptionist was fantastic. She helped us a lot in providing guidance on what to visit. Me and my wife appreciate her help throughout our stay. The check in and check out process was easy as well. Also special mention to people in the dining area was very welcoming during our breakfast times. Overall, we had a good experience at Jungfrau Hotel. Easy access to wilders Wil train station. The convenience store is nearby as well.

The price is slightly high. I guess we arrived in peak season. But a touch expensive for our liking.

Everything. We booked on a budget and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Location on train line with easy access to Interlaken Ost, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Jungfraujock. We got a window and balcony with a great view of Mönch, Jungfrau and Jungfraujock. Restaurant was excellent, included breakfast was excellent. They gave us a pass for free local trains and buses. The front desk loaned me a screwdriver so I could tighten loose wheels on our luggage.

Breakfast is great! It is a little quiet and beautiful town and it's a walkable distance from the train station. But you need to take a bus (bus105) from Interlaken west station to Wilderswil. If you go to Jungfrau, it's super convenient by train and nearer.

The washroom is too small and I can't really enjoy my shower. A little smell in the room but I am not sure what the smell is. Small room but you paid what you get. .

Location was perfect for where we planned to travel. Breakfast was nice but could do with more choices and also toasting appliance would have made breakfast better as diring our stay there wasno option to make toast but the pastries was good. I think with a little more choice for breakfast, it would be excellent.

An iron in room so that i could iron my clothes and extra pillows for bed. Other than that it was good. Staff were all nice and pleasant.
