Location was really nice and well connected. Next to the tram station. Was clean,spacious, well furnished and equipped. The cot for baby was really nice. Everything was very well organised.

Everything was great, these are tiny areas of improvement: 1. Peak summer temperature reaches 30 degrees. They very nice to provide a fan which helped ventilation but an Air Conditioner would have made the stay more comfortable though it may be needed for only 1/2 months of the year. 2. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in (the foam was good but around the neck area, people with cervical issue could face difficulty in sleeping). But still good for 8/10 people. 3. Hard copy of manuals of microwave and dishwasher could be kept for tourists not very tech savvy or not used to these equipment. 4. Response time from the management could be bit faster (it was great before we arrived but a little slow during our stay).

A truly fantastic stay at this accommodation! The self check-in process was incredibly simple and convenient, making arrival stress-free. The team in charge of communication was incredibly helpful and responsive, promptly addressing all the questions, such as later check-in time. The flat was spotless and impeccably clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, which was a big plus. The view from the property was amazing, overseeing the neighborhood and with an amazing scene of the mountains. Additionally, the location was perfect - close to shops and absolutely all transport links. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. P.S. Additional piece of advice for everyone visiting Zurich in a tourist capacity - examine the option of a Zurich pass for easy public transport options and some free sightseeing opportunities.

The apartment was wonderful! It was clean, very well equipped and quiet. The location was excellent- tram/bus was less than a minute away (either to go to the city center or the main train station), and the apartment was very quiet. It was large enough to accommodate a family of 4 (2 small kids) and the check in process was very smooth/hassle free. It was unexpectedly raining a lot in Zurich during our stay and they made umbrellas available for us to use.

Clean Spacious, location - the space was exceptionally clean we thought, the location was quite good only about three / four tram stops from the opera house, and then maybe another three stops to central station. We did bother the staff a little bit with silly questions and they were very good at answering picked up the telephone quickly and were helpful.

I’m thinking hard about something to criticize, the only thing I can think of is please add a spaghetti fork to the kitchen supplies and maybe a little more generosity with sugar, salt and pepper. That is all I can think of…

Appartment for four people on the 4floor. Very confortable and clean, all necessery and new equipment .The place is spaceous, and modern, completely meet our expectations. Good location, very close (less than 100 metars) to the tram station, close to Coop market, lockal bakery and cafe place. Modern and safe check-in, the host is very responsive, promptly clear all my questions (thank you). I am reccomending this stay, definitelly will come again if I am going to Zurich

The elevator is too small (barely feets 2 people with backpacks), but is fast, so no big problem. Sofa bed is a bit hard for sleeping even if comfortable pillows and a quilt mitigates.The other bed is super.

Very peaceful and beautiful apartment, good access to public services, near to lake.

Confusing Early Check-In Policy at City Stay I inquired about their early check-in policy. I contacted City Stay team via email several times before my arrival, and each time, the response indicated early check-in might not be available. However, upon arrival at the hotel, the system offered me the option for early check-in with an additional fee, and when I accepted to pay the charge, I accessed the room immediately! It would be helpful for City Stay to provide clearer information about early check-in availability through email communication. This would allow guests to plan accordingly and avoid any confusion upon arrival.

Location is great, just 15 minutes walk to Opera House, plus a tram station is almost right in front of it. Speaking of location, don't miss the botanical gardens of University of Zurich, just 5 mins walk. It is a hidden gem, I've added a picture of the place. While planning our stay, I realized most hotels are really small and I was looking for a place that was at least comfortably large. This place exceeded our expectations in terms size and abundance of drawers and closets. The blinds make it totally dark, which is how we like to sleep. The neighborhood is quiet, flat is clean and the bathroom was big and had all the space my wife needed for the load of personal care items we have with us. The staff was very helpful.

It would have been great if the TV was Netflix compatible (it operates on Silverlight browser which Netflix doesn't support) or if I could manage Chrome Cast. Amazon Prime Video couldn't play either.

The property is in a nice location close to the lake and right beside a tram stop. It’s only 10 minutes into Zurich city centre. The apartment has everything you could need for self catering. The apartment and building were spotless. Very comfortable stay.

We were travelling with young children and had a stroller. There are elevators in the building but they only fit 2 people and you just climb a few stairs to get to the elevators so they can’t be used for strollers. There is no space on the ground floor to store the strollers either. The trams pass by every 6 minutes until 10pm so you can feel the vibrations in the building from the tram lines.

First andmost importantly - the location is fantastic! the closness to public transportation is pricless Also the closness to two supermarket. We arrived after working hours, and after doing online check in, it was really easy and convenient. The apartment was spotless!!! very clean, well equipped and had a lovley view. I loved it so much! we got to see the snow ?

The collaborated washing machine costs money- thats really not needed. I lacked a toaster in the kithcen

Location was great, the apartment was big and minutes away from the tram stop. Decent size for family of four and has good kitchen so you can cook things if you like. Tram stop was right next door so commute to the old town was very easy and convenient. Grocery stores are nearby with many cafes and restaurants.

No AC which I guess is not apartment's fault as Zurich does not allow ACs in apartment. I think mentioning that clearly in the Ad would have been nice. Checkin experience can be better. We didn't know that we had to call the remote reception to get the key. Simple instructions to do so will help future guest. We spend about 10-15 mins figuring out how to get keys. Luckily there was a cleaner lady who told us what to do.
