The location is very good, close to the opera house in Zurich, the important tourist sights of the city, the Stadelhofen train station (approx. 15 min), the botanical garden (approx. 10 min.) and 5 minutes from the lake shore. The apartment is part of a building with several rooms that are managed professionally by discreet but extremely kind people (we had a small problem with the drainage of the shower cabine which was solved quickly and promptly). The room is very well equipped with a small kitchenette that has crockery, cutlery and a microwave oven,ecc.

The mattresses of the beds as well as the pillows were not very comfortable and the umbrella on the balcony needs to be repaired. Otherwise all good.

Private and quiet compared to a hotel, not so much traffic with peoples. I could make my own meals. Closed to supermarkets. Nice area. Easy check-in and check-out. Nice hosts.

The location is very convenient, as it is close to the tram or bus stop, the city center, and a supermarket (COOP) with reasonable prices. You can get the key with the room number from the safe box and find the box easily. The room had three single-size beds, and the room was clean. We did not hear the noise from neighbors. There were a microwave, a stove, and dishes. The room was not so large but adequate for a small group. Overall, I believe the room provides good value for money.

I could not find a cutting board or a sharp knife for cooking, so I wondered how other guests cooked. Someone may feel that bed mattresses are too soft.

The apartments were very convenient, very close to bus and tram, and also just a few blocks from the lake and park. The manager was very helpful. Our rooms were ready early and we had a reserved parking place nearby. We liked that they had utensils, plates, glasses, etc. for one person more than staying in the apartment!

The rooms were rather small. Good enough for a few days where we were mostly off sightseeing anyway!

The accommodation is clean. There is a small kitchen, and a bath and shower. It is well-located. Although, the staff's English is not the best, they are friendly and try and help. The rooms are a good size. The rooms, despite being near a busy area of Seefeld, are quiet. You can open the windows in a wide way to allow fresh air in. Good TV too. Good storage. Everything worked.

They could have a coffee machine in each room. Have more than one pillow for a guest. Have air-conditioning. The rooms do have blinds (to keep out the sun's rays), a net curtain, and a fan, but air-conditioning would be great. The style of the place could be updated, but it is not offensive.

The property was in a very good location - the supermarket and the tram stop were only a minute away and it was less than five minutes to the lake. It was probably about a twenty minute walk to the city centre. The apartments were clean and the beds comfortable, and it was move to open out into a balcony. The cooking facilities were basic but we were able to make a couple of simple meals.

I like the location. It iis near lake Zurich where all the activities happen. It is also in a quiet area. 400m to 500m, you are in the lake where people are just hanging and chilling. Near a supermarket and restaurants are within a few meters away

Elevator is a bit cramped up. If you have stuff like luggage, it is quite challenging. It will only fit 1 person. Nonetheless, the property itself is very good and nice

Well.. we booked the quiet room as possible however we got the street view not able to open window during night.. to noisy. It’s only one inconvenience for us.. with close windows we were fine. The apartment itself nice.. comfy.. soft nice beds.. good shower.. excellent kitchen.. we will be back absolutely.. location is great as well.

First may be good to have also wine glasses and also some better solution for parking. To find place for car eas awful. Lot were full and find free space in unknown city is not so easy

The staff was nice and helpful. Location is quite good: near the beach and less than an hour from the city center by foot. An electric kettle and other kitchenware are in the room, as well as a fridge.

Reception is not open on the weekends; however, you can still check in (by using a code sent to you) and check out (by dropping the keys into a designated box) so this is usually not an issue. No shower gel or champoo, or at least I haven't found it and had to use the soap.
