The instructions are very simple when you get there (about your locker, room, passcode and everything). the location couldn’t be better. I choose the female room, it was quiet, organized and clean, plus we had a balcony. They have towels for free, which really helped me.

Unfortunately there was hair on my bed sheet. In the bathroom guests don’t do their part to clean the sink after using.

The location is excellent. The most located in the bustling business district, only a few minutes away from the cathedral attractions. In a way private space. Easy to check in. There are light plugs in the capsule space, which can be conveniently lived in. There is a balcony with a view of the river. Good price.

Wooden bed so there is noise during the night. The bathroom is with the toilet and had to shower in a small space.

+ The capsule is brand new, very spacious, has a mirror inside and multiple other spaces to accommodate your stuff (not claustrophobic at all!) + Towels, soap, hairdryer were provided in the bathroom + Location is very convenient + Clean

- The lockers are outside the room and this makes it hard to get clothes etc. There could be more benches at least where you can open your suitcase - At night seems like there is no staff at the property in case anything happens eg security (although wasnt needed)

We got double cabins and they were very comfortable, good pillows and blankets. It was super dark and quiet, so we had a calm night (you can turn on lights inside the capsule and put your stuff). People really respect that. The bathrooms were super clean and had enough cabins, just not space to put stuff, it could get wet. Lots of towels and hair dryer available. Best option to be able to visit the city without spending too much money. There is free drinking water and a paid coffee machine but drinks are like 2 euros, in comparison with 4-5 charged near the station. I requested to be at the ground floor because my dad is elderly and they changed the cabins right away.

The reception works only from 14h to 22h, which is strange, so you don't have any support during the morning or night, when people usually have to leave/arrive (not in the middle of the day). We had to hurry to be there before 22h to get the locker keys. There is no common area besides the beds, just a few seats. So you don't have any public space to make a phone call or just sit or talk (since the house rules are silent without shoes for the rooms). Also don't get a higher cabin, there is a stair on the wall with very tiny steps and hard to climb. I think it would be really bad.

Fantastic location right next to the old town and lake. Staff on the reception desk were friendly. I liked the clean, modern aesthetic of the hotel. The locker provided was large, and could be locked with a key card. The bed capsules were small but very well designed, and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

If I was being picky, the security didn't seem as good as it should be - the main entrance door was often propped open or unlocked, and you didn't need any key to get into the bedroom areas, so anyone could walk into any of the rooms. You could hear lots of noise from the other capsules, but ear plugs were provided.

Check-in is strictly at 2PM, since staff only shows up from that time. Good things are, before the check-in time, (1) you may leave your luggage even after checkout as long as a fellow tourist opens the door for you, (2) you may use their Wi-Fi, which is good because Switzerland doesn't recognize European SIMs, and (3) you can drink water, take a shower, and change clothes since the bathrooms are also accessible. By check-in, you will find the bed to be very comfy and cozy.

Introverts may not enjoy it as much since you will get to be around fellow tourists from room to room. Also a bit pricey for a dorm/hostel but, welcome to Switzerland!

It was in the very centre of the city. Absolutely safe. There was a bit of privacy with the kind of capsule thing, although this was rather a wooden box with a curtain rather than a capsule, something that for me was fine. I would also like to mention that I was in the upper bed which needs just a bit of climbing but I feel it offers a stronger sense of privacy.

There are no common spaces, so in case you are traveling solo it is difficult to meet people in the hostel. This place is clearly a space to just sleep and take a shower. Moreover I understand that the owners want to save space but it is a bit inconvenient to have the locker in a space which is not close to the bed but in the very end it was not that difficult to handle this.

The hotel was awarded the Best Design award for the interior space, so it was indeed a great design and well-planned hostel. the capsules were semi-private and cool. The location is great as walkable from the main station and at the bank of water. the room had space to change and sit out at the balcony was an added advantage aswell. the washroom and bathroom were well-maintained and clean. its a self-service hotel so all could be done self.

Didnt find much, guess it was perfect. The only improvement point was the cost of hot water was on the higher side, so hot water provision could be made would help.

Nice location, easy self check in late at night, and surprisingly really quiet place to sleep - everyone was quiet and very respectful. Easy to get here from the train/airport as well.

Nowhere really to sit or hang out outside of the dorm room/your own bed. There are just a few chairs they’ve put out in the lobby, but they should put some tables and more places to sit. Never saw a single person that worked there either which was odd. FYI not a hostel feeling socially - which was completely fine for the trip I was having - but don’t expect to interact with anyone!

The check-in process was easy and the location was pretty good. The capsules were pretty big, and I loved that the capsules had their own ventilation system built in. Facilities were okay and the bed was good enough.

The only real negative I experienced was that the capsule I had was extremely creaky, to the point that even with earplugs I would startle myself awake when trying to fall asleep. Granted, I did not wake up to it after falling to sleep, but it was still something. Of course, I can't say if it is same with every capsule, I did not hear that much creaking from other places so hopefully not.
