Very central, clean, coffee machine with good prices, huge locker

The staff were pressuring to clean the dorm even before the checkout time, which is at 10am. Didn’t appreciate that

I felt it was kept clean and was quiet despite being near a busy part of the city.

The staff was miserable. I asked for recommendations for restaurants and i was told to just google it. She eventually did give me a post it note with 3 restaurants on - though one was closed permanently.

Location.

No kitchen, not even a table to eat something. I had to go to balcony to have a chair and table to eat in december..

Great location for short stays. The price in Zurich are totally crazy and this structure will allow you to survive to the city! We were there with a friend for a couple of day and we cannot ask for a better accomodation. It's an hostel, with shared bathrooms: the showers were perfect, towel and hair dryer available, all was really clean and functional. Great the availability of automated lockers for every bed. Wonderful position too, near the Stadelhofen train station to reach the airport, the lake it's just 3 minutes walk. Near you will find also Migros supermarket to have breakfasto or dinner to their restaurant. For our need was simply perfect.

As you can imagine, everything of your stay will depend on the education of the people you will meet in the sleeping room. We were lucky, perfect sleeping, thanks to ear plugs.

In the bathroom there wasn’t enough towels and a proper place to keep or hang your clothes while you were taking a shower . At the reception is just one girl , but only from 2pm to 10pm so you have to wait until that hour to ask for help , to do the check in , you can’t enter the property to leave your luggage until the check in cause the reception is “closed”, which is a really inconvenience when you have an schedule to follow , have a doubt or need help before the business hours.

pros: we're talking about Switzerland, especially Zurich, the world's most expensive city, so this is def value for your bucks here if you're traveling on a budget. AC in the room stays on during the summer, so inside the capsule it's comfy and I had a good sleep for the 2 nights I stayed here. I brought a proper earplugs (a must if you stay in dorms, IMO), so didnt hear noise at all. location is very perfect, right in the old town, near the lake and all the others that you must see in Zurich. I also arrived just in time for check in, so around 2pm, so can check in right away.

only 3 shower cabins in the female bathroom for the entire hostel, so i waited once to use it in the morning. no proper waiting room/lounge in the lobby, nor kitchen, for that matter.

The instructions are very simple when you get there (about your locker, room, passcode and everything). the location couldn’t be better. I choose the female room, it was quiet, organized and clean, plus we had a balcony. They have towels for free, which really helped me.

Unfortunately there was hair on my bed sheet. In the bathroom guests don’t do their part to clean the sink after using.

Comfortable beds. A lot of space in your little cubby hole with shelving and a mirror! Little hooks to hang clothing. Excellent location!!! Perfect for exploring. 20 minutes from the main station and main bus stop for tours but goes quickly as it’s a stroll along the lakeside. Cheap vending machine (well not cheap but cheaper than anywhere else you will find things!) Free towels

Lockers outside the rooms. But kept my bag with me in my bed as there is so much room and just locked away passport and coat! Expensive for a hostel but cheaper than anywhere else! Showers you have to keep pushing the button or it will turn off.

The location is excellent. The most located in the bustling business district, only a few minutes away from the cathedral attractions. In a way private space. Easy to check in. There are light plugs in the capsule space, which can be conveniently lived in. There is a balcony with a view of the river. Good price.

Wooden bed so there is noise during the night. The bathroom is with the toilet and had to shower in a small space.

The location is awesome, in the middle of the old town. Clean towels at the shared showers always! Very kind staff! You could at reasonable price to leave luggage there after stay of you want, Enough space for averaged sized man.

The mattress was too soft, if you are a bit big or tall(i am above 1.99cm) you will feel the wood bottom of the capsule. But i could stretch there pretty ok although no perfect, if you dont have sleeping issues you will be fine Also the lockers where you store your luggage is a little far from sleep so you will need to stand up and take a 1 min walk outside of the capsule zone but for me, didn't bother
