Renovated modern and very cosy hotel at the great location. Ticks all the boxes. Clean and loved little place in the heart of the old town. If I had to travel to Zurich again would definitely stop here. Was very sweet of the cleaner even with a "not disturb" sign would leave a bottle of water by the door.

The walls are a bit too thin. Can hear neighbours. Otherwise very nice

Location, Very good, just a leisurely 10 min walk with bags from the train station, Check in prompt with good service. Elevators to rooms. rooms have a lot of nice touches very modern. Bathroom great with excellent shower, super modern. Bed, linen and pillows clean and very comfortable. Plenty of nice toiletries, Appreciate the kettle to brew a tea. Room very quite with very effective soundproofing. Supplied Breakfast excellent with a great choice of foods to satisfy all tastes, also the breakfast area had a lovely view out into the courtyard. staff polite and courteous . Overall a great stay for two nights.

Yay, an elevator (lift)!!! The bathrooms were amazing! There was room to put your stuff on vanity...a rarity in Europe...and great, large shower. There was a nice fan in the room. It was hot while we were there, but the rooms remained comfortable. Beds were great w choices of pillows. Water bottles were replenished daily, and wow! a coffee maker in the room! Sure beats paying 5 or more CHF for a single cup of coffee elsewhere. Location excellent too, very close to train station, and especially to river w all the sights. Walked to Lake Zurich too. I would recommend and stay here again.

I spent nine nights in this hotel in the heart of Zurich. It’s been a very pleasant stay, as the staff are friendly, helpful, and promptly help as needed. It was always a pleasure spending a few words with Alberto, Lena, and Monique, and they all supported me in different ways during this work trip. The room is small but well-organised and clean. The place is quiet, but the neighbourhood is lively, so it was a great spot to stay. Breakfast is also minimal but very good. Got scrambled eggs made to order every morning, as well as croissants and yoghurt. The lobby and the breakfast spot are nice spaces, and I enjoyed spending time there. I had a great experience here in Zurich and at Hotel Scheuble. I highly recommend it.

I can't really complain of anything. Rooms are small but very functional. Breakfast is minimal but also great, so none of these were issues for me. All great!

Location was good, an easy walk from the train station. It was close to many restaurants and things to do. The staff was helpful and courteous. We elected not to include breakfast as it seemed expensive relative to how much we eat. This was based on experience with other Swiss Hotels. Also we appreciated that there was a fan in the room for sleeping. Other hotels were quite warm and had turned off the AC and had no fan.

We did not like the bathroom glass door design that did not allow for privacy, or the ability to leave a light on at night. The room was very dark without a light, but putting the one on in the bath was too bright with a glass door. We typically leave a bathroom light on and crack the door, but not possible here.

Location in the old town of Zurich, with a very cozy and warm hall and breakfast room. The room was not huge but clean, and well studied also for business travel in my opinion: Breakfast was good with a person cooking in front of you the kind of egg you prefer.

Only two things left me a bit perplexed: 1)During the breakfast there's only one person in service, that means, when lots of the guests want to have the meal in the same moment, a lot of confusion, missings and delays. 2)The room's bathroom: glass walls don't give any privacy.

The location is close to the main train station which has an excellent tourist information center with an excellent staff. They will arrange tours for you and make train reservations with cheer and enthusiasm. There are plenty of places to eat close by, a nice park is within easy walking distance as is the bus location for tours. The room was acceptable. Everyone speaks English.

The room overlooked the street which was noisy at night due to traffic - mainly motorcycles. The $25 breakfast was a disappointment for the money which is why I only used it my first morning. The taxi from the airport was $60 - 6 miles! Zurich is very expensive. Take the trams when you can.

Everything was great. We had to "emergency book" this hotel because of a missed connecting flight. The hotel has the best possible location, the beds are very comfortable, the room is super clean, the blinds allow to have a "black-out night" of full rest, free coffee and tea in the room are appreciated. The common areas downstairs are super nice and peaceful, we loved the breakfast room overlooking a garden. Bonus: the staff is genuinely nice and helpful. They gave us many useful tips and they even stood outside the hotel to wave us goodbye when we left by taxi. It was a great stay and we will go back when in Zurich.

The temperature was exceptionally high in Zurich (reaching 30 deg C) and our room got quite hot and humid at night. Apparently there is no AC (government regulations). I personally hate AC but I was really hoping to have AC that night. The next day, during the check-out, the front desk told me that they can manually try to reduce the temperature in a specific room if needed. This might be helpful information to share with clueless tourists like us :) This said, we had a very positive experience.

The hotel is located on the edge of the Old Town. It's great. You are away from the hustle and bustle, but within walking distance of the train station. The room are modern and immaculate. Attentive and helpful, staff. Great base to explore Zurich. Excellent breakfast with many items in a beatiful area that flows to the lobbly and bar.

Bathroom - You are basically in a glass container. No big deal. It's modern, spacious, and spotless with great graphic that covered the glass. Something to keep in mind if you have guess. There is bar across the street. It can be little noisy on the weekends. It didn't bother me. If you are a light sleeper, stay at higher floor room or a room that faces the other street.

Location, location, and location Espresso machine and hot water pot available in the room lobby area is nicely decorated and can be a good spot to sit around when the room only has one chair and the room space is tight

our room was on the 5th floor that has a slanted all and you have to dodge your head to avoid a bump to the slanted wall room temperature cannot be controlled so we have to open the windows at night to sleep more comfortably
