I keep returning to this property because the staff are so, so thoughtful and kind! The location is a nice little retreat very convenient to the city. And there are good restaurants nearby to grab a meal away from the property.

The road leading back to the property is in dire need of some attention. But, I also know that this is common virtually everywhere in Arusha.

Breakfast was delicious, juices were natural and yummy. The pumpkin soup was nice.The team serving was polite and helpful. However there is need to include more variety like cereals, desserts etc

The location is not too far from centre in a more quiet area, even a little bit hidden. They have a beautiful garden, where it is nice to rest from the busy town. The suites are spacious with balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Again and again there was some technical noise at night, I suppose it is a water pressure pump. Breakfast quite simple, and the breakfast room is dark and ugly (but you can take your food into the garden).

This is a perfect hotel to stay while in Arusha. The room has everything one can wish for and the staff is very friendly. It has a beautiful garden and very good food. I would definitely recommend to stay here when you visit Arusha.

Nice hotel with a lovely garden in a very dry part of Arusha - a little oasis! Friendly staff, and they serve good food. Spacious rooms, maybe a bit dated bus ot has his charmes.

A swimming pool would be soooooooooo great! 😉 You can't get any alcohol in the hotel (but they'll buy some in the street for you) You can walk to town center but be prepared for a nice hike

Amazing hotel with the most friendly staff! Everyone is so helpful and will make your stay feel like home. They have a good restaurant and an amazing garden. I stayed there many nights and always slept very good. Everyone is just so friendly !

Kitchen could be slow as they prepare everything live (which is good), just make sure to order a bit in advance to give them time for preparation. Also at night it could be a bit noisy with door slamming. Location is also not the best but you can easily find moto-taxi at the main corner of the street.

Big room, big bathroom. Staff was friendly. Hotel restaurant was decent for breakfast & dinner. Overal very decent value for money. We had a very nice view of mount meru.

Bathroom had a bit of a weird smell at times. Shower was just a showerhead above a bathtub which didn't work that great. Laundry was expensive.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. The room was very large and had a patio. There is a kettle for making tea and tv if you feel like relaxing. They have a taxi driver at the hotel if you ever need to make a trip into town. The breakfast was great.

The power in the building was inconsistent. It came off and on a couple times throughout our stay for long periods of time. The food at the restaurant was excellent but the wait time for the food was quite long.

When we where not satisfied with our room we were able to move into a different room. Staff was very helpful with our needs. Comfortable bed and shower. Nice restaurant with many options for a good price. I recommend staying here!!

Bathtub in the first room did not fill up and kept draining. In the second room some light switches and the fridge did not work.

Great value for the money. Friendly staff, large rooms, confy beds, nice garden, good breakfast. The structure is actually pretty nice.

It´s pretty close to a large avenue, but on a small bumpy dirt street. The hotel is a bit rundown and some maintenance would be great since it's a nice building. The staff is very friendly, but it seems to lack a bit more organization.
