The location is fantastic, near nightclubs, restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel rooms are huge, clean and tidy. The hotel staff were very keen on service, and to name a few, Alex and the Chinese manager(lady) were exceptional in their hospitality service. It is one of the best locations for vaccination, very close to the beach, and the beach was also fantastic. I was very excited, and I even extended my room booking stay.

Nothing to say as i got what I expected to get for the money I paid. There was value for the money

This is a great hotel at a great location, along the main road in Oyster Bay, and within easy reach of the waterfronts to both sides. My room was large, with a comfortable big bed. There was a good working desk, very good Wifi, fresh drinking water every day. A/C was functioning well all the time. Staff were very nice and helpful. There's a huge restaurant on the ground floor. Across the street there's a supermarket, there's many restaurants (try the great fish restaurant Samaki Samaki, but also the restaurant across from it has fresh grilled fish) and shops around, and an ATM, money exchange and pharmacy right next door. If you need a tuc-tuc or motorcycle taxi, they are all around. Big parking place on the hotel grounds too.

Everything was great. Just sometimes there was no one at the Reception, so you had to wait a bit - though never long -, which was fine if you're not in a hurry. The water for the shower could have been hotter (the water at the wash sink was nice and hot, so it must just be the routing to the shower somehow).

Infrastructure, cost

1) Some staff (man) had a bad behavior to me when I'm gone to pay the accommodation. I explained that I will pass 3 days instead of 4 days when arrived so they want to charge the 4days but I informed before when arrived that I will pass 3 days: 2) the USB machine was not working for foreign currency so, I'm imposed to go to take money on Bank and come to pay. Was delayed for check in due to that problem.

The rooms were excellent! Air con worked well. Wifi was ok. The location is outstanding if you like to walk to restaurants, bars, vodacom, suermarkets, the beach etc. It can be a bit noisy on the weekends, as Samaki Samaki is right next door.

You could defintely hear the bar next door on Saturday night, but it wasn't loud enough to disturb my sleep.

Very close to great restaurants and pubs

While the room was neat and tidy,cleaning under the bed seemed as if had not been done in ages and it was gross.The hotel should ensure cleaning under the bed is done from time to time.

Very comfortable, clean rooms, everything was working well. It's quiet despite the busy area. The staff are excellent.

The price for laundry was rather high. But they did do it very well.

I arrived at 3am with no issues, great guy on the desk sorted me with cold water and ice tea and the room was fine, value for money for the area would recommend

The hotel was incredibly lovely, and all aspects of it were impeccably arranged and coordinated, ensuring a delightful experience for all guests staying there.

Ideal location, friendly staff,good value for money

For elderly people the stairs should have hand rails. The existing hand rail was covered with artificial creepers

The room and bed were very comfortable, clean and quiet.

The restaurant has good reviews but I didn't enjoy the food I got from there. Lots of other nearby places.
