The hotel is right on the beach, and the beach is large and beautiful and when is low tide you can walk to other very nice hotels and restaurants that are on the same beach. We liked the room, it was big and spacious but a little outdated. Also, the staff is very nice and helpful. We also liked the big garden and the pool.

The restaurant is only ok, it has some good dishes but the menu is little, very few options. Also, breakfast is ok but not very reach.

Pretty much everything! Barali Resort is without question the best resort on this beach. It may be less "grand" than one or two of them, but its aesthetic, its wonderful staff, the excellent buffet breakfast, and the by far best stretch of the beach it commands make it stand out among them all. We would be delighted to return here! P.S. To correct a billing mistake I didn't even catch myself, Barali Resort sent one of their staff, equipped with a credit card machine, to the near-by town we had moved to. We were at the beach at the time, so they again sent this lady to reimburse us when we returned to our new accommodation! Needless to say, we were hugely impressed with their honesty and their service.

This is not Barali's fault at all, but the beach has some small rocks and stones scattered on the seabed. We cut our feet on them and would advise other guests to wear water shoes.

beautiful resort on a stunning cove of beach. amazing sunsets each night with the view of the islands in the distance. the resort is nestled in a lovely cove and every direction you look is just paradice. loved my room, such a comfortable bed and pillows. I seemed to have the best room amongst my friends, we all stayed in deluxe villas but I had a detached villa with a smart TV and larger room, and they had semi detached villas with smaller room and less windows and no smart TV.

the resort spa closed in 2020 and is still waiting to be reopened. wish they would turn this into a gym and have yoga classes or more activities.

The room was spacious, clean and featured an excellent bath and beautiful bathroom. The pool is clean and the sun loungers are plenty and comfortable. But what stood out most was the wonderful staff. We both have celiac disease and require some extra care, especially at breakfast or other buffets like during a special night to celebrate Loy Krathong. We could ask questions about the food and when there was little on offer that we could eat at breakfast they made us delicious fresh food. This made our stay much more relaxing and we are really thankful :-) Other staff are also great, like the cleaning lady who's smile seemed to get bigger each time we saw her.

The setting, the beach and the staff made for an exceptional vacation spot, especially if you enjoy the water and beach combing. A bit of a walk to the main road of Klong Phrao with restaurants, a few shops, etc but free rides there made it easy. The villa was lovely with the most comfortable bed we’d had in our six weeks away. Oh and the pool was lovely too - warm and clean and well tended.

While the breakfast (overlooking the ocean) was fantastic the dinners weren’t of the same calibre - maybe we just chose the wrong dishes to try. Also the hot water wasn’t very hot on the three cloudier days we experienced. But hardly something to complain about!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They always give advice on where to go and what to do. I checked out at 7 a.m., and they prepared breakfast boxes for us. I really like the resort; it is not too big or overcrowded, making it very quiet. I was looking for a peaceful place to relax, and this resort met my expectations. The room is beautiful, and the location is excellent. It is a bit far from the main street (but still walkable), which is very good because it provides a quiet and peaceful environment. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and delicious.

The pool is not that big.

The staff was very friendly and helped with any request! The resort has a beautiful and quiet beach. The little town ist just 10 minutes walk away and also some nice restaurants on the neighbouring beach! The room was clean and quiet big! The breakfast was big and offered many option from western breakfast to Thai breakfast! And they had a nice little bar for the evening with delicious cocktails :) You could lend a canoe for some hours to paddle to the little island close by. Couldn't wish for anything else!

Beautiful beach front location. The beach was quiet and really clean. Wonderful resort, lots of lush greenery, beautifully kept garden. Breakfast was amazing, we are both on a plant base diet, there was plenty on the menu to choose from. The staff went out their way to accommodate our requirements. Thank you for looking after us and making our stay unforgettable.

There was nothing we didn't like. There was a lot of rain but we were there during rainy season so it was expected.

the resort was great- quiet, peacfull, and everything we wanted from it. if possible i would reccomend booking the jr. suite or beach front rooms. location and facility wise. the girls working in the resort were just lovley! tip- if you're walking to town (7 min walk) go through the emty lot next to the resort. will save you a few min wal and much more peacefull

we upgraded our room to the jr suite and i must say that i was really surprised as to what a huge gap there is in the maintnance of the rooms and the amount of time and effort the resort gives these room in comperasment with the regular rooms. the only guy in the breakfast room wasnt the nicest, but no big deal.

The hotel is well-situated near the white and peaceful Khlong Prao Beach. Their room is nicely decorated and has a nice space for two which we do very much enjoy the coziness during the day. We love that every room has their own fountain to clean the sand off your feet before entering the room. Also the design of the bathroom is very impressive. Especially the use of natural light and the indoor garden.

The sign that shows the hotel location could have been a bit bigger. We miss the turn several times especially at night because it's very difficult to see the hotel sign and occasionally we need to use the entrance from the neighbor hotel to enter. Please improve the restaurant food quality. The taste is very not up to the standard of the hotel.
