it was our 3rd stay at this place. location was good for us, area of the hotel is beautiful, own pond with fishes. good breakfast(Thai and european style)

some visitors left a plastic bag with garbage near sun bed on the beach, this bag was laying there for 2 days the staff didn’t pay any attention to it(no nice words to the visitors who let the plastic back, but the staff should monitor the beach time to time)

The location, beach and pool area are idyllic, the staff are 1st class and always willing to help if required. The rooms are a little dated but always clean and comfortable. There is a resort next door that plays exceptionally loud Asia/ rave music, with lots of "whoop whooping until 11.30 pm at weekends, unfortunately our superior room was the closest to the P A system if 150 decibels plus is your thing then fill your boots.

This resort was just great. Staff was very friendly and spoke english enough to help with anything we needed. Pool with a smim up bar was very nice. Breakfast was very good with a huge selection of anything except there was no yogurt. We had two of the beach villas and they were the best A4 and A5 with just the most beautiful view on the sea which was like 20 meters away. The villas are very comfy, equiped with everything you might need. WIFI was the best we experienced in Thailand. In most hotels it works like 50% and its not very dependable. Here it always worked. Villas were cleaned daily and also all towels including pool towels were changed every day, which was very nice. Our stay here was exactly what we expected and it was awesome. Thank you!

There was a lot of ants in the villas. We talked to the front office and they sanitized the villas about three times duruing our 9 day stay. It always helped but not for too long. It made our stay a little comfortable but it was not really the hotels fault and they did everything they could to prevent this. The worst about this resort was that about 50% may be more of the hotel guest were Russians. They are like a plague and you can see them anywhere you go in the resort or anywhere on the island. Again not the hotels fault but it was just disgusting to see these people enjoy a vacation on this beautiful island when their nation wages war on a peacefull independent country.

We stayed over New Years and attended the New Year Gala. Everything was really thought through, and we had such a great time! Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Lovely pool just by the beach. Pool bar, great restaurant, mini market.

The fireworks at midnight were sooo amazing, right until something happened and one rocket didn't make it off the ground. One guest was hurt very badly, and many people were frightened. I sincerely hope you find a better, more secure way to launch your fireworks next New year.

We stayed over New Year and the party held by the Hotel included in our stay was excellent and a surprise as we weren't expecting it. Our party stayed in the villas and these are very well located near the bar and the beach. The pool is lovely and great for kids and swimming.

The bathrooms could do with updating a bit and one of the villas had ants in the bathroom, which we got rid of but not very pleasant (apologies to the hotel as we forgot to let them know as I am sure they would have dealt with).

Just being there. Good location for exploring both ends of the island as well as the immediate area.

Disappointed with the staff manning Reception. Doubt that we saw a smile during our 6 day stay. When I checked our party in, the gentleman serving me turn as quickly as possible to dress a Thai, continuing in Thai for almost whole process. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our room was fantastic, we booked a deluxe room with spa bath room 112, right on the corner next to beach on the first floor so was private. Clean towels and bedding everyday if you wish. Beautiful surroundings. The food in the restaurant is very good. The location was good in between two small resorts with restaurants and bars. This isn’t a place for groups of young people probably too quiet, so perfect for couples, young families, and retirees

Excellent location with direct access to the beach. Your room is merely 100 meters away from the waterline, - it's simply amazing. Nice pool with two jacuzzi sections. Friendly and helpful hotel staff, very clean and comfortable room. I rented a scooter and had a glimpse of other beach areas on the island. Must say - Klong Prao is still my favourite.

To fight off mosquito I would suggest electrical plugin devices to be added to the room amenities

Beach area is sometimes overrun by guests of surrounding hotels/hostels without access to the beach. They're harmless but the extensive photo shoots they do pretending to stay at a luxury hotel can be a bit awkward, especially since they clearly get annoyed when you walk into the frame.

Lovely wide white sandy beach. Our room had a sea view with stunning sunsets each evening. Beds are comfortable. Good showers.The Rim Had Restaurant served up some great meals with reasonable prices. The Lakes Bar at the top of the driveway is owned by the hotel and there is live music most evenings, worth a short walk up the drive.

When we arrived at our room we were disappointed as it was very tired looking, the floor varnish was peeling. The room hadn't been clean properly before we arrived. The duvet cover that we had on our bed had rips in the corners. Having said all that the positives out weigh the negatives and we missed it when we moved on to the next hotel !
