Location at sea. Breakfast nice and good mix Thai and European Umbrellas good to have

Smokers must be restricted in areas. Not smoking in places while others are eating or banned from social areas.

My family and I enjoyed the water slide and pool bar, as well as the delicious buffet breakfast. The cabana we were in was very cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. We also experienced an outside shower! Also enjoyed the bath. Surrounds were beautiful and relaxing and cabana was a nice chill place to stay when it rained. We enjoyed the free activities too such as yoga and muay Thai. We also got late check out when we asked.

It would be a little better if rooms were ready for 3pm (check in time).People reserved loungers early in the morning and it would be great if staff didn't allow this and removed their towels.

rooms need renovation, they look torn down, a lot of broken little things with pool stage, walkways , dirty pool matress , really worn out towls at splash pool and there no matress for sunchairs at all what is not ok for an 4 star hotel.:((..was there 3 weeks, ask several times and alwys told tmr then:((

Environment, garden, swimming pools and beach. Christmas atmosphere was great. The staff was nice and helpful.

Resort seems a little old în some pieces of furniture, towels and bathroom.

It’s in the quieter part of Ko Chang, however there are several good restaurants within walking distance so it’s not entirely cut off. The ocean at the location was very calm, not very deep and quite suitable for kids to swim in. The property has lovely tropical trees and plants which have a very soothing effect, feels green and vibrant. It’s a beautiful place to relax in. The staff puts in a lot of effort and happy vibes to Your stay. Loved the yoga on the beach.

The food has a lot of scope for improvement. Lots of variety is there but not necessarily great quality of cooking. We were in the premium cabana room which was very spacious with an outdoor bath tub as well, the room was tired and in need of maintenance. Pools also have several loose tiles. Too many geckos but that comes with the territory.

Friendly staff big room comfy bed. Quality smart TV with no English speaking channels. Poor TV connection. I spoke to the hotel management team & they quickly put an excellent fix in place for my room. I was then able to enjoy watching TV.

Needs more electricity points in rooms. Lots of small fixes could be done easily ie curtains being adjusted (put back on hooks to run smoothly, loose fixtures in bathroom, light fittings made secure. Quality materials use, but not regularly maintained.

I locked myself out twice, attended to quickly on what is quite a large property. Reception prined out material for me readily and in colour. The jammed float in the toilet was fixed within minutes. And an alert housekeeper reconized the problem wih the second lockout was a flat battery in the door; called the appropriate person; fixed before I could leave for reception.

There was bacon at the breakfast buffet but you had to ask. Everything else there was excellent. I would like to see salt and peppergrinders in the condiment trays on the Restaurant tables, but thats a personal foible. The beer could be colder its cool, it could be colder.

We loved the setting, large grounds with lots of trees and birds, right by the sea. Very tranquil. The location is great, enough restaurants and shops in the local village but not too big or busy. Our deluxe double room was spacious and had plenty of room for everything. It had a separate seating area as well as a front porch. Breakfast by the beach was great. The pool at the front is lovely but tended to be quite busy; we used the Splash pool at the back, which is large enough to do a few laps and usually quieter than the front. We also used the gym, which was OK, not big but enough to keep your fitness up. Especially liked the large outdoor yoga area adjacent to the gym, fantastic place to do your stretches while being close to the treetops with the birds and a nice breeze. We originally booked for 5 nights but ended up staying for 10 because we enjoyed it so much. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling.

The resort is getting a bit old and the maintenance seems to have been a bit neglected. The mattress was super hard so we had to ask for a comfort layer to be added. The various activities (yoga on the beach, aqua aerobics, crafts etc. were not well publicised. Other than that everything was great.

The location of the hotel is great. The staffs are very friendly and attentive to serve everyone. Since checked in, during the stay and checked out. Their spa was great too Khun Ta and her team were amazing thank you for the wonderful massage especially for my son first’s time massage! Our room is spacious and pretty private as well thanks for assigned that room to us family for this stay!

Let down part was the F&B. Breakfast was not that great, dried chicken stir fried, lacked of flour on the food. Experience raw bitter melon fried egg wasn’t pleasant. But staffs there were all lovely and hard working.

The room was big and clean, Good location on the beach. breakfast was great, and the staff were nice. its a good place to stay with a family. the kids loved the slide in the pool,.

The upkeep in the hotel wasn't the best ,the first room we got the AC wasn't working and at 35 degrees its a must.... the staff Gave us a different room that was much better. the decking around the pools aren't in good shape, and need repairs. and the pool has some cleaning issues also.
