‏Wow! ‏this is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been in. The design is modern combined with a clear local ecstatic which produces a gorgeous get away from life and your troubles. ‏Second the view from the rooms is breathtaking. ‏So much green and blue and the mountains. It really doesn’t get any better than that. ‏The place super taken care of at all time, ‏Every corner is just beautiful. ‏Breakfast was good and available. ‏You have free drive from the hotel to the Main Street in phi and back every couple of hours and the driver was available to us even between. ‏Last but not least, what made this stay excellent was the wonderful stuff! Each and every one of them was super nice, attentive and smiley. ‏I really can’t stress this enough. ‏Especially gob and mei at the reception was absolutely wonderful!!

We loved this property and even extended our stay here. Great location - property was so quiet and peaceful but you could still get to town with a short drive (we rented a car). The whole property is so well kept and stunning. We liked the unlimited filter coffee at breakfast. Staff was very kind and accommodating towards us. They allowed us to have our own alcohol and food by the pool. The healthy green smoothies were great! The views of the mountains from the pool deck were just EVERYTHING! I could really find peace here.

Our water temperature in the shower at our first room was not working well. The manager ended up upgrading us to a new room where the water temperature was much more stable. Breakfast was good but sometimes they had a whole salad bar and other times they didn't. I wish they had the salad bar option every day. They didn't have any cocktails available and very small selection of beer and wine. Treadmill was very old and even stopped working while we were there. But I like that the staff provided me with a yoga mat. We didn't like that you couldn't get a fancy coffee (latte or cappuccino until 11am).

The view of the hotel is stunning, looking at the green hills in the back. From some of the rooms, the pool and the breakfast area all amazing views at the valley/hills. To get this you are a 10 min drive away from the town of Pai but if you like the quietness that’s worth it

Hotel is 10 years old and can see maintenance has been done soso. Water tap is loose, paint wearings, things like that Breakfast was ok but not great. Limited choice beyond the menu of egg dishes Staff is less attentive than in rest of what we seen so far in Thailand. English understanding is not great

Such a lovely hotel with a special view. The hotel staff is super friendly. We even got an update since the water wasn’t running in some parts of the hotel. The bed is super soft.

The hotel is a bit old and not well maintained. The water from the shower or sink is brown (maybe because of raining season). The furniture is looking very much used. We decided to skip the breakfast mostly, because the quality is not good and it doesn’t taste yummy. The breakfast options are very small for such a huge hotel.

Nice remote location with good views in the mountains surrounding Pai. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The shuttle bus to and from Pai allows you to venture into Pai despite the remote location. Helpful and friendly staff. They arranged a private driver for us to visit some sights like Nam Lod Cave, Ban Cha Bu, etc.

If you’re hoping for a range of Thai food, this place may not be your best option. The menu covers rather western than Thai food.

I am sensitive to electromagnetic fields - and this was by far the best room I've had in a while. The antenna panels visible were a concern initially, but they didn't actually radiate much because they are receiver antennas for TV, it appears. So I will be back for sure.

Some of the staff could have managed discussions better, others were great. The breakfast needs to be boosted a little bit - selection of fruits, maybe some yoghurt?, gluten-free options?

The view of the hotel was amazing! They have a nice pool area where you can sit and get food and drink with a stunning view. Breakfast was good! The rooms were great. Beds were clean and very comfortable! Staff were great.

A little far out from walking street and taxis aren’t readily available until you get a number from walking street. However, there is a Moped rental place literally next door which is what we did this allowed us to travel all over Pai, definitely recommend that.

The room is very spacious and has good facilities including the options of showers. The balcony has two chairs and a coffee table is very convenient for a relaxing area with a great view of the mountains.

The mirror is too far from the washing basin and the counter. The gaps in the partitions on the balconies doesn't give much privacy as you can see through them.

This property boasts the most spectacular views. It has recently reopened after a three-year hiatus due to COVID-19. The setting is so captivating that you could easily enjoy an extended stay of weeks or even months.

As the property has only just reopened, some of the room equipment and facilities may not be fully operational yet. However, the staff is attentive and makes every effort to resolve any issues promptly as soon as they are reported.
