Cave like setting spacious room for our family of five . Very close to main tourist activity , amazing terrace to watch the city as well as balloons in early morning , we had balloons come so close where we greeted the ppl on balloon ! It was real awesome , the hotel staff including owner were very helpful . Tarek helped us arrange last minute tours which were very good. The staff was super friendly and so kind to kids . Saif was such a helpful and friendly guy, went overboard to provide us service !! Thank you Saif for everything ! Eve was super friendly and helpful , breakfast was delicious and amazing ! As you can see we have only good things to say about this place and staff 😊and highly recommend , very good price point and most value out of it !

The hotel is really beautiful, since it's built inside a cave. The same is true also for the room (a family, for 4 people) and the furniture. The bathroom had an hot tub, as well as a shower. The breakfast was very good and varied. The staff was kind and helpful in solving the problems we had. The hotel offers a lot of activities like excursions, trips and so on. The price for the room was very good considering everything.

Clearly it's a "cave hotel", but the room was very hot and humid, since there was a little ventilation (no windows). The same was valid for the bathroom. There were a few working power sockets in the room (we were 4). The beds were not really comfortable.

Loved the location. Very accessible from Goreme city centre and also in great proximity to the shops, restaurants and public transport buses. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Seyfullah who looked after us and was always ready to lend helping hand or offer helpful advice about the local area. They readied our room quickly and also let us leave our luggage all day, even after we checked out. Th breakfast was absolutely wonderful, there was something for everyone, we were impressed with the range on offer. We always started our day with a good breakfast. The breakfast room is great, you get to sit next to the windows and soak in the view. The room we got was very spacious and clean. The cave feel was fascinating to experience. Finally the terrace was just at the perfect spot, we could go there anytime and enjoy the beautiful and take great photos.

We could get very good sleep! Hotel let us leave our luggage after checking out and they were very kind. Thank you very much

There was one bin in the bathroom and no bin in the room. It would be better if they have a bin in the room. Wifi was a bit weak and we needed to go by the door when we used wifi to get better signal.

The staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful and so kind. The location is superb! The view from the terrace is out of this world and could not recommend more! The room has everything you need and the accommodation is perfectly situated close to all the restaurants!

During our stay we loved on the floor where the terrace is situated, the WiFi really struggled to connect while in the room but worked out on the terrace so really not a big deal. Also being a cave hotel if people are staying above you sand will fall from the ceiling

One of the best locations to stay in Goreme. The manager, Tarek, is very friendly and helped organise our balloon tours at a reasonable price. Breakfast was good. Saifullah at the reception is a cheerful and lovely person who helped carry our luggage and looked after us during the stay. View from the terrace is brilliant to watch hot air balloons early morning. The hotel is also one of the highest in the region. Goreme Main street with loads of restaurants is a 5 mins walk away.

A good location very close to all facilities, the turkish buffet breakfast was very delicious and copious, amazing view from the terrace and also from our room to see the hot air balloons, the staff very welcoming and helped us a lot with our luggages, with booking activities and tours and respond to all our requests (special thanks to Tarik and Seyfullah were so friendly). And top 5 for me is the room its decor was wonderful we stayed in a real cave with a bathtub and a beautiful view, and was clean as well.

Our 4-night stay at Travel Inn Cave Hotel was perfect! The location is ideal for exploring the Göreme region, with easy access to all the attractions. The rooms were cozy and clean, giving us a true cave experience. The staff were all amazing, and Seyfullah stood out with his warm welcome and excellent hospitality. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia!

What a unique stay! Very nicely decorated, we felt very regal! Bed was quite firm, which we like so would say it was comfy. Very good views of the balloons from the hotel terrace, and it's lovely to eat breakfast up there as well. Wifi was pretty good considering we were in a cave! Fairly easy to find as well, especially as the staff are so responsive, helpful and friendly. They reached out to me visa Whatsapp the day of check in to clarify instructions and we messaged them as we were 5 mins away and they were replied instantly to help guide us tot he front door. We had a car with us and we were able to park right in front of the hotel so very nice and convenient.

Bathroom doors are glass and have some frosting but would be good if they are fully frosted. Didn't bother us much but would be one thing to improve. Be careful with the shower water kind of flooding the bathroom floor (at least in our room), as the tiles can get a little slippery, but if you have common sense you'll be fine. Oh one last suggestion for the breakfast, maybe have some more gluten free options, as one of the people in our party has coeliac disease so can't have gluten and there weren't lots of options for him.

This hotel is the best in Goreme! I would absolutely recommend staying here for your time in Cappadocia. All of the staff are amazing and wonderful people who we became friends with and the property is just amazing with a balcony to watch the balloons from. Not to mention the balcony is usually quiet, so you pretty much have the whole space to watch the balloons to yourself. Also an amazing breakfast!! We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!
