I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel with my Mom, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The staff was not only friendly but went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The reception service was prompt and efficient. Breakfast was good. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job. The location is perfect, there are a lot of restaurants too. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication to customer satisfaction.

The hotel is fantastic. Location is excellent choice. We liked the stuff, the room was great. The breakfast we enjoyed every day. The last day we have to depart earlier, and we asked the stuff, and the lady was ready for us about 7:30 instead of 8:00. If you have questions, the crew is always at your help. I will choose it again, if we get a room at the one of the top room(s). Hopefully less noise (more info at the other comment). The view from the top mranwhile breakfast is ok.

The only one thing we dont like, that the noise cancelling is not really exist in the hotel, we heard the upeer neighbour, the neighbur next to us, and the upper near neighbour. So if you are a bit sensitive about it, prepare yourself. That is the only one thing i can say.

The location was really convenient for the main tourist sites and for a huge variety of restaurants and yet on a nice quiet street - just perfect. The staff were lovely and willingly carried our suitcases up and down the 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast was simple but freshly prepared and the breakfast terrace had great views out to the Bosphorus. All in all an exceptional stay and really good value for money!

The walls were a bit thin but we just put some music on and then it was fine. The replacement of water and tea etc was a bit hit and miss but the staff were very helpful once we pointed it out.

Perfect stay for a first time in Istanbul. The staff is incredibly nice, you get a very clean and tidy room, all you really need if you will be spending the day exploring. Very close to soem main attractions as well as restaurants, if you’re feeling tired and dont really want to stay too far from your hotel for dinner, this is a very cost efficient option. Breakfast was very varied and included some traditional choices.

It was mostly perfect, I just wished the breakfast buffet had been labelled for us to learn the names of the typical turkish pastries but also to understand if we had some intolerances.

Location is just perfect! You can walk everywhere and yet is extremely peaceful, which is quite rare for the neighbourhood. Rooms are pretty good!

Breakfast could be a bit better: the selection got limited, cheeses left outside the fridge for a long time, the worst part are quite large and intimidating birds outside, which are encouraged and sometimes even invited by employees to hang around the terrace where guests have their breakfast.

The location was the best, staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice.

The sound isolation on the economy basement floor was non-existent, I could hear everything happening in the lobby. I'm not a light sleeper so it was not a big problem for me, but it could be a problem for others, or for couples who would like to keep it more private. Later I was moved to the second floor and there everything was perfect.

Its breakfast was so delicious, and the view from the rooftop was spectacular. The room was very clean, and we could feel the Turkish atmosphere. The hotel was located in a convenient place to enjoy sightseeing.

We should take care of the outside because our room was located on the 1st floor, which was nearly similar level to the road in front of the hotel.

The location is fantastic just a few minutes from the main attactions (Blue Mosque etc) Breakfast is delicious The room assigned to me was spacious The receptionists are so helpful and always smiling I would call this location home away from home

Cleaness should be more accurate

The personnel was extremely helpful. The location was very close to Sultanahmet Mosque and Ayasofia just within walking distance. The Bosphorus view is beautiful from the hotel terrace while having breakfast.

Usually, I would prefer fewer options and a quality breakfast. There was more option but not fresh as expected. But They even offered breakfast upon arrival even though we arrived very early from a far city. No Elevator in the facility.

Very central position, a stone's throw away from Topkapi and Aya Sofia, yet on a quiet side street. Amazingly kind and helpful personnel, who go above and beyond. Very nice room décor in a traditional yet comfortable style.

The shower head maybe could have a more powerful jet.
