Located within walking distance of major historical sites, etc. and with many dining options around that area. As dozens of others rightly noted, Mr. Aziz and his staff are uniformly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is immense and really a feast; kitchen staff are attentive and regularly refill as needed. Nice view of the Bosphorus too and has some outdoor seating. Enjoyed the hotel's restaurant a couple of times for drinks/snacks and meals such as when we returned late from a day trip to Ephesus. Staff seemed happy, a tribute to great management and training. Would gladly return.

Was given a much smaller room than what I had booked. after two days of stay, the room was changed to a bigger room - but this wasn’t sea facing room that I had booked. This was frustrating. They did make an attempt towards service recovery - they waved my breakfast charges completely. But, surely the experience did leave a bad taste in mouth!

From the moment we arrived the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Semsettin (Shen) went above and beyond with a very in-depth review of the sites and attractions around Istanbul. his knowledge was incredible and the tours he booked for us were amazing. He greeted us with coffee and drinks, spoke to all of us (including my 9year old son) about what he recommends and every day / afternoon we saw him he was genuinely interested in what we had seen. This was Gold class service and the best we had ever seen. Aziz whom we saw most mornings was also incredibly helpful with our days plans, traffic information and site closures due to the public holidays. Again always welcoming upon our return with offers of coffee and snacks. The hotel is brand new, beautifully finished and very comfortable. The breakfast terrace is awesome on the top floor and the food and service was great. Mariana was always very helpful and went to great lengths to ensure we were well fed. the location is perfect, easy walking distance to the sites and restaurants. This hotel and its staff were amazing and blew our well traveled minds away. Thanks for a great stay!

everything was amazing and wonderful very friendly staffs specially the manager shams he was very support we feel like we are in home that’s why we extend our stay in Istanboul they have very nice and delicious breakfast at the terrace with amazing view the room was very clean and nice smell everywhere staffs was very helpful especially “Meric” really was a very good choice special thanks for the manger shams i lost my bag in airport and he help me with contact the airport many times until i found it

This is a newer hotel and we were so lucky to find it. it was about a 10 minute walk from Hagia Sophia and all the sites, but on a quiet street. Rooms were slightly small but the beds were so comfortable. the decor in this hotel is exceptional and lots of restaurants nearby. bathroom especially was very clean. we had a minor health issue Saturday night after the pharmacies had closed, and the staff went above and beyond to help us secure first aid supplies. really great hotel in a great location.

Because it’s so close to all the sites, good luck finding a taxi driver to take you there during rush hour and getting stuck being large tour buses. We got kicked out of our taxi and had to walk 10 minutes to the hotel with our heavy luggage but were given an extremely warm welcome when we arrived.

Superb hotel located in the heart of Istanbul with a very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms (not too big though) equipped with everything is need for a short stay. Level of cleanliness is very high both in the rooms and in common areas. Lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel make it convenient to have a breakfast/lunch/dinner or buy gifts / snacks at almost any time of the day. Public transport stops are located 5-10 min walk from the hotel which is also very convenient considering the constant traffic jams on the roads and unreliable taxi services. Breakfast is served at the roof top restaurant which has a great view on the sea. Breakfast is quite standard; however, the selection of fruits is quite large. Soundproof between rooms is not 100%. Due to the hotel location, there will be no noise from the roads at night. Hotel staff can arrange city tours and assist with reservations as well as provide valuable advice on transportations, good restaurants nearby, etc.

An indoor area of a restaurant where breakfast is served is quite tiny and in case if it rains outside, there could be no table available inside. Rooms with a sea view (standard rooms in our case) have an obstructive view to the sea and this is something to consider. However, it's still a great view.

Very warm welcome to a beautiful property with Mediterranean vibes. Extremely clean, fantastic location in a friendly neighbourhood. Many terraces dotted around the hotel to just relax. Housekeeping was excellent as was Mr Aziz who looked after us on a daily basis ! Would not hesitate to return If they maintain same standards . 4 min walk from Topkapi palace , plenty restaurants right behind the hotel. Just an absolute gem in a lovely clean neighbourhood

The breakfast was not worth the 20 Euros. Limited selection and main emphasise on cheeses and meats. I didn’t like the fact that there were no individual portions of butter available but rather half a kilo in a huge serving bowl. Because the cost of breakfast was so high , to charge for Turkish coffee and fresh orange juice was also not a nice gesture. The egg station as well as the staff were very good and went out of their way to look after guests

Great staff, especially Aziz, the manager on duty. He took care of our bags since we arrived before checkin time. He also arranged for a very reasonable taxi to the IST airport (for only 550 TL). The hotel is only a 7 minute walk from the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sofia. Breakfast was good with a nice view of the Bosporus.

The room was a junior suite with a sea view, but the view was only partial due to a building next door. We were on the 2nd floor, the 3rd and 4th floor rooms probably had unobstructed views.

It was brand new and extremely well located. Azeez one of the managers was exceptionally helpful and very hospitable. His local knowledge about Istanbul was very useful and some great recommendations on things to do.

The location for Sultan Ahmet is excellent but if you are visiting other parts of Istanbul by taxi plan in advance as local taxi drivers can be very difficult.

The staff were really friendly, great service provided. We really appreciated the early check in, coffee/tea and Turkish delight on arrival after a very early flight. Our room was clean and comfortable with a partially obstructed sea view. The roof terrace where we had breakfast had a nice view and there was a good selection of food, including fresh omlettes. The location was very convenient for visiting the sites in the old city, such as the Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace which were all a short walking distance and it was quite easy to get a taxi to other areas that had better quality/less touristy restaurants.
