Great and friendly customer service. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast on the rooftop was a fun experience and the food just kept coming. Lots of different things to try. So glad they had an elevator for my mom who doesn’t do stairs well.

This hotel has the best staff ever; their customer service is impeccable. The breakfast was more than you could ask for and the staff could not do more to make you feel welcome! Rooms are clean and location is also ideal for most touristic spots. If you decide to stay here, check out the small market (Şah Bazaar) nearby and buy your souvenirs from there, rather than the big bazar as everything is overpriced there. Location of the hotel is amazing. A lot of famous things like the bazaar and a few mosques are just a few minutes walking distance away. We had the smallest roomtype, the room was a bit small but it was allright. The great hygiene and service definitely beat that!

Best location in all of Istanbul! Walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and other landmarks! It's also very easy to find this accomodation, and an easy walk to the tram station which can connect you to the metro system and makes it simple to connect to everywhere else in the city and both IST and SAW airports. The breakfast is delicious, and provides stunning views across the city!

Absolutely everything! My first visit to Istanbul was approximately two years ago and I chose this hotel at that time, solely for its proximity to Haghia Sophia complex. However, Erhan and his fellow co-workers made my wife and I feel so welcome that this is the only hotel I stay at whenever i visit Istanbul. The staff are ALL extremely helpful and eager to help in any way they can. For people who are visiting Turkey, just so as to try authentic Turkish cuisine, then I would recommend eating at the hotel because there is a world of difference between the countless eateries in Istanbul (which is essentially geared towards a western palate.

EVERYTHING and EVERYONE, especially Erhan and his team of helpers in the kitchen are the embodiment of “hospitality” and a huge credit to the service Industry.

The price is excellent, and the place is very clean. The crew is very nice, and the hotel is very centric and well connected.

I asked the hotel for their taxi service for a pick up at the airport, and they totally forgot about it. It was very annoying, because I was travelling with my parents and they are old. It also happend on the way back. I asked for the taxi 3 times soo there was no problem, and in the end they call him just when we were already down with our suitcases and supposed to leave, it didn't take too long for a taxi to arrive and everything was ok in the end, but still...

The location is just perfect. It's just behind Blue mosque and Hippodrom. There are restaurants around. The Grand Bazaar is just 10minutes by foot. The breakfast was also extremely good with around million options to choose from. Staff was great and really helpful. Specially the guy serving breakfast.

Cleanliness of the bathroom. Had one small cockroach in the bathroom. There were also some stains on the toilet. There are also no wardrobes in the rooms (just one for coats).

Great area, lots of restaurants and shops right next door. 2 min walk from the Hippodrome, 5 min from Blue Mosque, 7 min from Aya Sophia. the area feels very safe and lively. Great staff - special thanks to Arhat, Gamze and Bushre (sorry if I misspelled any names). Nice breakfast.Everything was super clean.

Nothing really. The only recommendation to the staff - add some towel racks in the bathroom and an extra chair in the room.

Location, right beside the main square of Istanbul and only takes a few mins to walk to the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was filling and the best we had in our time in Turkey.

Breakfast times were quite late, meaning you cant have breakfast and "beat the crowds" at some of the attractions. But this seems to be the norm in Turkey so can't be too much of a complaint. Everything else was perfect
