We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, the receptionist immediately came to assist us with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options, and the staff were quick to refill anything we needed. We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace, which offered a stunning view of the sea and the Blue Mosque. The terrace was also a lovely spot in the afternoons, where the staff would kindly serve us Turkish tea and nuts. When they learned that my husband was unwell, they thoughtfully brought him free soup in the evening, which was a kind and much-appreciated gesture. The rooms were cleaned daily, and complimentary bottled water was always available. We stayed in a 4-bed room with a double bed and a bunk bed, both of which were quite comfortable. While the room didn’t have windows, it had excellent ventilation, and the air felt fresh throughout our stay. After we checked out, they kindly kept our luggage for us, and when we returned at 6 PM to pick it up, they invited us to wait on the terrace until our taxi arrived.

Amazing breakfast, as everyone says, and wonderful hospitality from the staff. They are generous servings and you can always ask for more. Every day you have a slightly different thing for breakfast than the day before. All were very kind and helpful, as everywhere in Istanbul! Lovely people! The design of the room is modern, clean, and comfortable. They provide you some water, coffee and tea, shampoo and body wash (no conditioner), and hotel slippers. Its a quiet street so no bother with the noise. The standard double room is pretty small, but didn't bother us.

The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport took us the long way (they didn't take the Euroasia tunnel which would have taken at least 30-60 minutes off the total time). It took us 2.5 hours to get to the SAW airport and we almost lost our flight. The trip was very stressful. The hotel employee told us it would take about 1-1.5 hours, which is why we didn't leave earlier. We didn't take the shuttle when we arrived and wish we had since the metro + taxi ended up being the same price but 3x as long. All this to say, if you are coming from or going to SAW airport, ask the driver to take the tunnel (which costs them about 300 TRL - some taxis and ubers will lie and say it costs more).

Excellent Location in centre of town, behind the Blue Mosque. Close to tram line and 15 min walk to the Grand Bazaar. Great restaurants around and we highly recommend “Mom’s Garden” around the corner - food was great and service even better. Triple Room with Sea View was a nice size and facilities were good. Beds were quite soft and sheet situation was a little strange with only a sheet and no quilt or blanket. We were able to get more bedding from reception who were very helpful. The included breakfast was AMAZING. No words so have included a photo. The hotel staff from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast room were wonderful. So helpful and always with a smile. Just a tip - we flew into the new airport (IST) and made the mistake of using the very cheap public transport. It took us 3 hours to get to the hotel! Spend the money on the airport transfer organised by the hotel - it is worth for the time save (less than one hour) and not sure if every time but the transfer we got back to the airport was deluxe with massage seats! Worth the extra $$. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staying at RW Boutique was the highlight of our trip! It was so comfortable and clean and the breakfast is absolutely amazing. However the stand out feature is the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. We felt like we were family. In particular Arham made us feel so well cared for at breakfast, bringing us anything we needed. He’s an asset to the hotel! The beds are so comfortable that you just sink in and relax. We had the 2 bed suite and it was on the ground floor. Very useful for my 86 year old dad. The hotel is within walking distance of the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. There is a kettle and abundant tea and coffee sachets as well as complimentary water every day. There was also a huge jacuzzi in our room! 2 toilets and 2 showers was useful for 5 people. Large flat screen smart tv too. There are so many places to eat within a short walk. The Arasta bazaar is very close too. The view from the rooftop breakfast place is breathtaking. You can see the see and the blue mosque from there We absolutely loved our stay and will certainly re book if we return to Istanbul.

Everything was beyond expectations. Hotel is located in a very touristic area, behind the Blue Mosque, very close to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern and tram station (5 minutes walking for all of them). The rooms are very clean and well organized, the personnel was very friendly and attentive and the breakfast was the best that I ever had in a boutique hotel. The receptionists also helped us with the transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port and we booked with them a Bosphorus dining cruise which was amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel for everything mentioned already and for the quality-price report. In case we'll travel to Istanbul in the future, we'll come back to RW for sure.

This hotel in Istanbul is an absolute gem! The location is perfect, the rooms are spotless, and the delicious local breakfast was a highlight of our stay. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. I want to give a special shoutout to the guy who served us the breakfast in the first days, to Serkan for the accurate recommendations to visit the city, and a big thank you to Ahmet who was extremely kind and helped us arrange a special surprise for my mom's birthday. We had a lovely experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We will definitely be back if we have the opportunity to visit this city again!

Everything about our experience was great! Starting by the its location. The hotel is located in the heart of Old Town and it was easy distance walk from the main attractions with tons of nice restaurants around. The room was very decent and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect! It is served on your table with variety of items and everything looks so fresh (we loved the butter with honey). The staff is amazing! The guy from night shift was very helpful and the team from breakfast were very friendly. Our experience was so good that on our way back to Istanbul (to take our flight back home) I decided to stay again on this hotel (even being on night and far away from airport). Our overall experience was great and I would highly recommend it. Note: My room was the 103 and had window facing street. We loved it! But I read some people's comments about rooms without window. So if that is a problem for you, please just pay attention while booking yours and be sure to pick what suits better.

Great and friendly customer service. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast on the rooftop was a fun experience and the food just kept coming. Lots of different things to try. So glad they had an elevator for my mom who doesn’t do stairs well.

This hotel has the best staff ever; their customer service is impeccable. The breakfast was more than you could ask for and the staff could not do more to make you feel welcome! Rooms are clean and location is also ideal for most touristic spots. If you decide to stay here, check out the small market (Şah Bazaar) nearby and buy your souvenirs from there, rather than the big bazar as everything is overpriced there.
