The food was great. Sampan Chinese restaurant was exceptionally great Chilly Chicken to Die for .... Was a bit disappointed with the Buffet restaurant not the Food part but Service although the staff was great but needed direction,training to be More customer Focused on basic stuff like water cutlery, although it's not a big thing can be improved if senior F& B professionals can give them basic training it will be a exceptional place

Warm hospitality overlooking the breathtaking beauty of the Arabian Sea. Superb cuisine and delicious Sunday spread. Highly attentive Management. Best part is that it is close to the best places of JUHU! The swimming pool is gorgeous, overlooking the seashore and perfectly designed to balance your day and nights. My room had the view of both the sunrise and the sunsets, so highly recommend getting a nice room view at the property. Property has an on-site salon which is managed independently and the owner is great and highly adept at styling. Highly recommended to world travelers. My purpose of my trip was leisure and capturing the world of hospitality experiences.

Spa rooms need improvement compared to the rest of the amenities offered by the hotel and adjacent properties.

The hotel and room is clean and nice. Western-style and standards. It is a refreshing visit for us who just came back from the Jaisalmer desert area. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Pool is nice. The beach access is right outside which is awesome. The beach is clean and nice. The hotel is also near many good restaurants and it's safe to walk around a bit.

The reception staff was busy and not attentive to our requests. Perhaps it's the end of the year and they are overwhelmed. I ordered breakfast box to go but they were not ready when we need. The check-in and check-out process took a long time.

Staff is good but stubborn, especially Ms. Ruhi, the 5th December, 2023 morning Manager. My booking was done on booking.com. Unfortunately they reserved for one person rather than two. So, I paid for the second person at check in time. But Ms. Ruhi pulled out some more discrepancy, requesting additional money using excuse of system not working, which I did not like. Moreover, 3-4 times encounter with office staff, excuses were given about “system is not working “.☹️ sad! Check in & check out processes were a little longer than what it should be. By the way I called your facility for direct reservation, before making reservation on booking.com, but unfortunately no one answered.

The location of this hotel was very convenient. It is especially useful when it comes to travelling to the airport. The hotel is also based in a safe area in Mumbai with lots of interesting shops & eateries to explore in the area. The provided room was a comfortable size and has a really nice view of the beach. The rooms were also well equipped with the essential amenities. The bed was very comfortable and room cleaning service was really clean.

The smell of the lobby is unpleasant. Also, the constant need to go through security checks is a large inconvenience. No direct access to the beach although it was advertised as such. Some amenities such as the blinds are broken in the room. It was also hard to use Wifi as you need to fill in long feedback forms many times before being able to use it. Check-out time was not clearly communicated.

The restaurant was very good, excellent choice of food available at the buffet for breakfast and lunch, and the quality of the food was very good. We did not eat dinner at the hotel so I am unable to comment on this. The staff were very helpful and attentive in the restaurant and on reception. We had access to the premier lounge and this was very nice and comfortable.

The room was quite small and did not provide much space to store our suitcases, the bathroom was small and did not provide hooks for hanging towels etc. The pool area was very poor, the seating area wasn't very clean and was most uninviting, sun umbrellas were not provided near the sunloungers.

Staff was untrained. A customer in line during check out was rightfully frustrated because there was some technical error and he needed to get to the airport urgently. The staff ganged up on him and were almost threatening when he had every right to be angry and frustrated. I had to intervene and help the poor guy. The staff was apologetic after I intervened, but the staff run the place like they are the mafia, and prey on customers who are not assertive.

The room was well-appointed for business travelers on a short visit. There was a desk and a small couch where a visitor could sit. The bathroom fixtures were modern and the bed was comfortable. Overall, not a large room but adequate for short stays.

The reception staff wasn't very competent. I checked in early and left my bag with them before they could assign me a room as I had to be somewhere. When I returned, they had trouble locating my bag. I also noticed that they left several bags in the lobby next to the reception. This is unpleasant and makes incoming guests raise their eyebrows.

The hotel rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were helpful and polite and attended to everyone request promptly. The hotel had good facilities and would definitely recommend it. The hotel is on the beach front, about 1hr drive to the gateway of india, but this isn't an issue as taxi's are cheap in Mumbai .

The room service menu were expensive. Other than that can't fault hotel.

no extra facilities such as Kids Playing area/ Games,, very long time taken at reception,,,,,
