The Hotel is in central location right beside the Geneva main train station ! It’s very convenient for city trip and good base for day trips . The area felt safe . The restaurants and shops are nearby . The lake and shopping centres , offices are walking distance . Gloria and Louie at front desk provided excellent customer service , very friendly and helpful to hotel guests .

The property facilities , furniture and fixtures need renovation . It’s long overdue in my opinion .

The best thing about the hotel is the location across from the train station and the fact that you get access to a full fledged gym nearby. Other than that the hotel is in pretty poor condition : the air con is not that effective , the equipment is run down (eg my shower head kept collapsing) and the hotel clearly hasn’t been renovated in decades. The staff does their best unless you’re Asian at which point you may discover that the staff are sick of Asian tourists .

More upkeep of the room outfittings .

Really lovely hotel with great sized room and bathroom. Location is good, directly opposite the main train / public transport station and a short walk to the Lake. Shopping Centre with supermarket on the next corner and car park for our car right next to that. Large bed was very comfortable! Small fridge, water supplied in room and kettle with tea / coffee making supplies. We were there for a week and felt very comfortable with plenty of storage for our belongings. A very thoughtful addition to the desk was built in UK / Euro adaptors so that you didn't have to have the specific Swiss style. Reception staff were very accommodating during our entire stay.

Our room cards continually stopped working and we had to have them replaced regularly. The reception staff were very helpful in re-issuing but was slightly inconvenient over our week stay, especially when we came back hot and tired and just wanted to get into our room. Breakfast at 30 Euros per person, while it might have been plentiful, was very expensive and there wasn't a lighter option.

We booked 3 Rooms, once we arrived at12pm reception inform us that the check-in time is 3pm and the Rooms will be Ready by that time .. But only 1 Room was Ready By 4pm!! Then after giving alot of pressure and request the Manger the other 2 Rooms got Ready at 4.40pm instead of 3pm. Other than this everything was fine

It was very easy getting to and from the airport. Only a 6 min train and it is free on the public transport card you receive from the hotel as part of your city tax. The hotel and rooms were of very hight standard considering the hotel is 40 years old. It does not feel like that and the interior is more like a 5 star hotel than a 4 star. The staff were all very friendly and provided very good service. I will definitely return next time I am in Geneva.

The city tax is 7.50 CHF which is high even considering it includes your public transport around the city.

The hotel located close to the Geneva's train station and the main bus station was about 5 minutes walk, and the lake was about 7 minutes walk. Restaurants and shops are in walking distances. The staff responded to queries immediately, and very important that the hotel has air conditioning!

-First of all the super friendly staff very helpful and professional. The kind of treatment I got makes me want to come again and again. -The hotel location is excellent very near to the airport (10-15) minutes away only and few steps away from the bus, taxi, tram and train station. -Every thing is available around you : supermarket, all nationalities resturants, pharmacy and shopping mall. -The breakfast was good -The room and the bathroom was very clean -The check in was very fast and smooth -The house keeping service was available all the time and was asking us if we need extra towels, personal care products or if we need any cleaning service -The hotel was very quite. Good for business men and university students visits (As in my case)

Breakfast was good, although it was not included in the price.

The stream of water in the bathroom was weak, and the amount of shampoo and shower gel were not enough for two.

The staff was outstanding, the were courteous and very helpful. They made us feel as part of the Warwick family. The rooms were very clean and quiet. We had a marvelous experience. By the way, the location is great, right across the Central Train Station. We used the trains to visit Lausanne, and to travel to Milan, Italy which is only four hours away. One can walk to Lake Geneva, five blocks away and see the water jet, and catch boats to go across the lake. We highly recommend Hotel Warwick.
