The property is beautiful and clean, our room is spacious for couples, all the things you need are complete, like hair dryer, clothes iron and coffee maker with complimentary coffee. They also have complete toiletries. The staffs are very accommodating. The hotels location is near to every tourist spot and there is a bus station across the street

What we didn’t like is just the housekeeper didn’t vacuum our room everytime they changed or clean our room. It would be perfect if they vacuum our room.

It was lovely! They surprised us with honeymoon decorations in the room, which made it so special! The staff were helpful and accommodating! The close proximity to the river and to the MRT station were great and made the stay super easy.

Great hotel, with confortable and clean room. The staff was excellent and kind. The breakfast was delicious and very complete. Quite close from the Quay area, 1 block away from bus and MTR and 40 min walking to the Marina Bay area. Great view from the bedroom facing the Quay area.

The staff felt overwhelmed during breakfast area, they should be trained to do specific functions in specific areas. They were so kind, but looked stressed because they were extinguishing fires everywhere. And the bathroom has glass wall to the bedroom. Ugh. It has a blinder but every sound can be listened.

I like this hotel because it just 5 minutes walking distance from Fort Canning MRT Station. The bed was very comfortable. Also you can reach clarke quay on foot. The breakfast was good.

I almost charged twice. Because i've paid in the apps, but the reception charged me again. But thats clear already, because i complained directly after i checked again in the apps. Then they refund it directly to my card. I booked the room with the breakfast but in the morning, they didnt have my room on their list, after i showed the booking, the staff in the restaurant have to check first to the reception, and finally we got the breakfast after waiting the confirmation. Please be aware of this.. Thank you..

We had an issue with the noise. In our room we could hear the people talking and coughing in the room next. This kept us awake.

After the renovation the hotel looks really nice and provides big rooms (for Singapore standards) with nice views of the city and the pool. The bed was comfortable and the cosmetics provided by the hotel of good quality. We have also enjoyed the complimentary tea and soft drinks from the mini bar. The pool area is big and nice, I just regret that the bar wasn't working during our stay.

A bar in the pool area would be nice (there was one, but closed during our stay). The check-in process was very long, not sure why - this could be improved.

Location next to Robertson Quay with a lot of restaurants and bars. Location on walking distance (5 min) from Clarke Quay with even more restaurants and bars. Directly on the river which provides nice walks and views. WiFi is complementary and faster than the 4G mobile internet which I had. It also allowed my companies VPN acces.

Rooms are somewhat noisy, close to the elevator is not recommended. From the 9th floor upwards there is an extra roomcharge because it's higher up. Rooms are exactly the same as lower floors. Also the amenities are the same.

- Location is great, few mins walk from Fort Canning MRT (Downtown Line) and the Clarke Quay area. One of the most accessible locations in Singapore. - Staff are extremely polite and welcoming. Everyone there was helpful. - Bathroom comes with soap, shampoo and towels. We also got sanitizers on the way to the room. Nice shower space with glass door. - Overall cleanliness was good. You can also ask Room Service staff to help you or you can leave the DND sign on before leaving during noon. - There is enough space to leave your luggage and clothes. There is also a closet with some hangers.

- AC vent was pretty loud and there was constant thudding noise coming from somewhere. Construction maybe? - Dust/hair in a few areas. Barely noticed them until the last day of our stay though. Possibly something to watch out for. - Some scratches and marks on sheets/bed/faucets. Not an issue though. - Mini fridge was barely cooling and there was an empty beer can from previous guests.

Location is great. Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown and Little India are all quickly and easily accessible by tube. The hotel is clean and is near restaurants and a seven eleven, which is very convenient. The heated pool is a great treat.

It doesn’t have the wow factor of a 5 star hotel but it was perfect for us.

That we could have a shower in the afternoon before we went to the airport. All the employees were very friendly, especially Shane Chia. He gave us very good suggestions what do do during our trip and also helped us with Google Map and buss stops.

That the charge for a few hours early check in or late check out is 150 dollars each
