Amazing service from the staff! Upon arriving they upgraded our room to a family suite for free! The complimentary breakfast every morning was to DIE for! Another bonus was the fact that everyone was given a water proof bracelet to access the room instead of a key card. The view was amazing and they have a private beach access that really only the guests from the hotel use. There's plenty of shops in the hotel and a store that stays open pretty late with everything you could need. 10000000/10 would recommend.

Double beds are too small. Please switch to Queens. Lack of affordable food options.

Room just a little small and everything for us was pricey as our Aussie dollar is poor atm.

The location is superb. Love the pool. Everything was nearby and so convenient.

When we went to go get towels from front desk because it was before 8 am to go to beach, we asked for 3 towels and the front desk person said we can only get 2 towels because it’s only 2 people registered in the room. And we should have gotten the towels night before. I was kinda put off by that.

Great view from the ocean view rooms and from the infinity pool. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great location, middle of Waikiki with tons of shopping options and restaurants nearby.

The breakfast options are limited and not suiting for anyone with special dietary requirements, also breakfast selection is quite weak for a 5 star hotel.

The location is fantastic as was the view from our room. The infinity pool is great although a little chilly. The staff was friendly.

It’s great that the hotel will store luggage for you if you have a late flight but there definitely should be a complimentary area where people can shower and change after the beach, before their flight. A lot of hotels have this. Also, I don’t think the chairs with the red coverings for shade should be at the front of the deck by the pool, as the canopies completely block the view from everyone else behind them. Like at the pool deck, there should be some complimentary lounge chairs for Sheraton guests at the beach as well.

We had a newly renovated room on the 28th floor looking out to the ocean, stunning view and the room was nicely decorated. It is great that they have ice machines and filtered water (in a room by the lifts) for you to use rather than bottled water that you always run out of, they do supply small bottles to refill but handy if you have your own big one to refill. The staff were all very friendly and helpful 🙂

Absolutely everything. From the sheets, to the deep bathtub, to the view from the oceanfront balcony (of sea turtles eating in the morning!), to the incredible infinity pool, and the amazing beach with beautiful water, the rocking chairs by the koi pond, the staff at every point, this is luxury at its finest.

There is one elevator (close to Rumfire) that is perilous (it shakes). Kids screaming through walls and parents not doing anything to correct behaviour for proper public discourse. The restaurants are VERY expensive. But, the view, the pool, the weather, the sun, the beds -- they're all worth it.

The pool area was very crowded, and often challenging to find a chair. Several adults lingered around the pool one evening and probably had too much to drink. There is an ice cream shop nearby and games for children; several families were around the area. The adults at the pool (by the way, the pool had closed) were loud and used a lot of foul language. I reported it to the front desk, but it continued for a long time. I stayed at this hotel in 2018 and found it very lovely; for some reason, the clientele this time was different, and I did not enjoy the environment it created.

The location was excellent. You’re in the middle of the best shopping and plenty of places to eat, all within a few minutes walking distance. The room was updated, spacious and clean. All the staff at the hotel are very friendly. The hotel has a nice place to pickup coffee and quick breakfast but also has a cafe for full sit down breakfast.

We only ate lunch at the hotel once and full breakfast once. Lunch was not very good at the pool area and pretty expensive for what we got. Breakfast was also very expensive but the portions were quite big and the breakfast was good. There are so many places walking distance to eat so it was not a big deal.
