I loved that there were options for food and drinks on site. The restaurant and bar was serving a limited menu during our stay when a large scale horror convention was being hosted, otherwise their menu typically would have been more well rounded. There is also a gift shop with a Starbucks inside; again the Starbucks didn’t offer a full menu.

The price I paid seemed a bit steep for a one night stay, but our room was rather large and comfortable for my family of four.

We did not take advantage of the breakfast but I know that in the past, it was excellent.

Booking.com booked us for a handicapped accessible room. we didn’t asked for that.

the room was 1122. My mom has a condition called MS , which causes for the temp in the room to be low . However we discovered the air wasn’t properly working when contacted the staff they advised us that nothing could be done. we then attempted to sleep and became extremely hot/ overheated , called the staff and was advised at 3am the only thing we could do was change rooms. Extremely disappointing and the lack of urgency is breathtaking. first and last visit !

Sleeper Sofa was very uncomfortable. Pillows were sad. Shower had rust stains from dripping and wouldn't shut off completely. Breakfast closes to early for families. While eating the last day one of the staff started cleaning off our table before we finished eating.

I loved everything about it. We went on Easter weekend and they have an Easter egg hunt for the children. I really enjoyed the activities they had for the children. I had a very comfortable night of rest beside the fire alarm going off and woke me up to go downstairs. The only complaint which is not major is it was super cold in the lobby area but I wrapped up as much as possible. I just didn't come prepared for the children to stay warm.

Had a problem with my credit card, so I went outside to call the company, came back in within 20 minutes, the receptionist had give my room away, which I had already booked online a month in advance., their wasn't anymore rooms available like I booked online because they had a taekwondo competition that weekend, so therefore I placed in a HANDICAP ROOM.. SO THE MORAL OF THIS STORY IS IF I WANTED A HANDICAP ROOM I WOULD HAVE BOOKED ONE....

Breakfast was great, front desk assistance were very friendly and helpful.

Website stated a two bedroom suite with two queen beds. Whe we arrived to checkin at the front dest we were told that it meant 1 bedroom with 2 queens in a room and the living room was counted as a bedroom because of the pull out couch. This caused some confusion because it was two separate rooms needed.

I stayed here for a convention and the location was perfect. The hotel was large enough that I didn't feel like I was right up under everyone else and the room was a great size. Breakfast was delicious--I couldn't believe how great that was. I also enjoyed the fitness center and the grab-and-go salads they had at the front desk.

The lines for the cafe and restaurant were very long (possible side effect of so many people there for the convention), so I opted for the cold cuts sandwiches and salads for lunches. It would've been nice if their restaurant had been easier to get into. This is a minor complaint, though, because everything else was perfect.

We were very happy with the accommodations considering we are still dealing with Covid. The restaurant was closed, but the bar was open and had a limited menu that was very delicious. They had the 2 free drinks for happy hour and the free breakfast buffet with a made to order omelet station. The rooms are very spacious. We didn’t utilize the pool, but it was open. The Spa and salon were closed, which was a bummer, because it would have been nice to be able to get a treatment or 2 done while I was there, or my hair done for the wedding we were attending, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. All in all, a very nice resort!
