The location is perfect to move around Fahidi. Metro access is very close to the property, which is a plus. The size of the room is good. Its a known hotel in the area, so that's also a plus.

- The property does not always provide fridges in the standard rooms, but this time the staff at reception was helpful (I forgot the name of the reception guy; thanks to him, he arranged a fridge on request). - The property always charges a lot in the name of cleaning services, but in actuality, that is a lot more than the room charge itself; moreover, cleaning needs to be done properly.

everyones coming from diffrent place.and when i was enter that hotel .i ask them i need some extra acces from friends . becouse i have some friends in the bur dubai .they want to meet me.but hotel staff are not alloeed to meet there with friends. and they show the price 59 on that time and when you booking you get 166.dhs.. when you ask them they said sir you are right but we maintened our extra charges. that time that amounts was not there .when you are paid that 59 dhs amount they diduction 166 dhs from your account. thats why i dont wanna go there anymore

Good for sleeping for couple of days and very good for 3 stars hotel also the room was good and renewed but the reception area very old

The lobby area look old and the front desk back area should not be applied for guest it should be a private area for Front desk and for back area wok Anybody can see what they are doing in the back area

The hotel is a very good location, close shopping areas like mall day to day supermarket metro being closer to it, and reception staff helpful, and specially thanks to Mr Javed He provide me refrigerator after request because standard room no have refrigerator.

Room far exceeded my expectations for the price. Daily servicing & cleanliness Virtually next to DG Sharif metro station. Price included good Wi-Fi connection & international tv Could not have asked for better

It was good and friendly reception staff, and very close to metro, little bit crowded at night but still very nice, front office incharge mr Aqib always help with smile and respectfully good customer care. Mr Santiago receptionist also very helpful .

Hotel located at prime location near to Sharaf Dg metro station as well as Pakistan or Indian restaurants are near to this hotel location

Everything was good except club music sound after 12 pm to 4 pm become very loud due to this u can’t sleep properly I think hotel management should work on this

The location is very close to the metro station. Very convenient.

I had a room on 3rd floor. There is a pub and disco on the ground floor. I can hear the low pitch sound until 4AM. I requested to change to a higher floor and was moved to 6th floor. The noise level was better but I can still hear it. Also I was told that I can have the room change around 1PM, but I waited until 3PM to get to move into the 6th floor room. The shower was barely warm.

Hotel location is very good. Its very near to Saraf DG metro station and many food options are available near to hotel. ATM machine is just at the downstairs of the Hotel. Day2Day is just opposite of the hotel. Staffs are co-operative and Breakfast was tasty.

Pub is at the ground floor and soo many drunk people around. Staff and management do not control them. As a result, one midnight someone was knocking our door for more than 15 min and that wasn’t staff of the hotel. It was some badly drunk woman. My wife and I were really disturbed as we had a long day and had slept late.
