Honestly the hotel was so so lovely. Room was really nice, and staff were amaaaazing! We came to Belfast for a wedding and had flown in super early on the day, staff at Ivanhoe were so so accommodating and got a room ready for us very soon after we arrived, helped us with cabs when ours didn’t turn up (!) and overall were just fantastic. I didn’t catch the lady at receptions name but she is so lovely!!! The best stay, so perfect and relaxed and fuss-free. Thank you so much!!

Slightly out of centre of Belfast but ok if you’re happy to bus / cab it around

The hotel was lovely clean and great location bus stop over the road straight to town center .staff are lovely Especially the house keeper and his staff friendly and nothings to much trouble bar staff were also lovely .

The fact there was a few kids slamming doors at 7,8am in morning i do understand wasnt hotels fault but no one wanted to tell them to stop .they also knocked our door at 830 same morning as we were there for my mums 80th birthday and had no kids this was nippy .however we could not have faulted hotel other wise (maybe just deal with the parents instead of asking if we had spoke to them when wasnt our job to do so thanks )

So comfortable and clean. The room was so spacious and absolutely spotless. The dinner we had was amazing and all the staff we encountered during our stay were so friendly.

the only downside was our room was above what I believe was a function room and the music was really loud! It did stop totally at 12am and it was a Friday night so I wouldn’t like to complain. But just advice maybe if booking and you would prefer no noise ask for a room at the opposite end of the hotel!

Nice room had just been refurbished, so everything was new . The bar was a nice friendly place had a nice pizza and a pint.

Unfortunately the hot water took absolutely ages to reach the room for some reason ,we had to run the hot tap for at least 5 minutes for the water to be bearable or brave a cold shower , felt guilty about the waist of water . We were room only and when we enquired about paying for breakfast in advance we were told that there was no need and to just turn up in the morning and pay on the day . Did this just the once and found it very expensive . Make sure breakfast is included. Paying for each individual item not good .

Convenient parking, spacious rooms with comfortable bed. Great restaurant for dinner, always trying to help, nice menu, very affordable cost. Friendly staff.

Although breakfast options were interesting and very well prepared, there was not an option for a regular breakfast with bread, toast, butter; options of juice were limited, may be better. Coffee was not good at all.

Wish I'd known about this hotel 8 years ago as I frequently travel to Northern Ireland for business. It was a breath of fresh air at every point from staff who are very helpful, room (which gets serviced), bar & restaurant with great menu and car park. Location is within a reasonable distance from the city but very nice to be in a location just outside the city.

I could not fault anything during my stay.

Have stayed here lots of times. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Food in the bistro is always amazing! The newly refurbished rooms are lovely! very modern.

Love everything about the Ivanhoe as we are regulars but if I had to chose something. The last time we stayed and paid for a late checkout unfortunately the cleaner came into our room while we where still asleep.

Front desk friendly. We ate in the bar bc we didn't have a restaurant reservation. Turned out to be an ok thing as they had the TVs on and we learned of the Queen's death and soon as the news was televised. Our only issues involved the fact that we stayed two nights. Housekeeping tidied our room after the first night but did not replace soiled towels we wanted refreshed. They also did not replenish the instant coffee packets. These were minor inconveniences.

Everything perfect from the moment we arrived, cannot fault the hotel or staff in any way. Staff were brilliant and special thanks to the girl who went out of her way to make sure we got a taxi back to the hotel on Saturday night. Spotless room, comfy bed and topped off with a fabulous breakfast

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Everything we could need for an overnight. We would absolutely stay again.

Some loud noise from wedding party outside the window until 9pm but it did stop then and it was very quiet for the rest of the night. Thank you for keeping it to a reasonable hour.
