Everything about the apartment , staff and place. We stayed for 2 nights , 3 days, booked a 2 bedroom apartment, was very kind to upgrade us. My wife was doing her exams, I informed this earlier, and they allocated a room away from the noise so she could study, and even provided us with an early check in, so we could settle in and go on and a about. * The staff was very friendly,very kind, professional and easy to work with. Hospitality at its greatest. * Cleanliness - Apartment was spotless and clean, has everything you need. * Parking - Very good safe parking, we stayed on during weekdays. *. Location - Was centralised, plenty of restaurants around to eat from, Tesco next door came in handy.

Coming from a Hospitality background, I had no complaints or negatives.

Dog-friendly stays are a must for our family's travel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were outstandingly clean, with hardwood floors as opposed to carpets, which retain dirt. There is a spacious kitchen and family area. The rooms also have easily accessible power main outlets on both sides of the bed above the nightstand for any electronic needs. Access to the building is secure and requires a room key for scanning. An attendant is available as an alternative. There is also a gated and secure parking area.

Bus or taxi is the preferred method for travel to the City Centre as it is a bit too far to walk.

Unfortunately, the owner of the apartments, Holiday Inn, cancelled our accommodation without notifying us and we arrived on a late flight from England to find we had nowhere to stay. A google search enabled us to book with you. We ended up paying more for two nights compared to the three nights that we had booked back in March for the hotel! However, we did like the additional space.

It smelled a little. The pigeons meant the door to balcony could not be left open and the settee was dirty. There was no hair drier.

The view was amazing and staff were great helped me with making sure I had facilities that met my needs as I have motility issues. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Every thing was supplied and only had to take food for breakfast to cook plates , cutlery, pots pans and utensils supplied. Washing machine available and a dishwasher also. My room was ensuite and a bedroom also with a separate bathroom. Iron and ironing board supplied . A very comfortable stay.

Slept in and called to say we had just woke up and didn’t mind having to pay a late fee but the member of staff was quite rude but the lady that greeted us for late check in went above and beyond to accommodate us to our needs due to our late arrival which was out of our control. She is an asset to the company and also a service with a smile on arrival.

Contact with staff was superb with fast response to online queries and exceptional in person service. Parking facility is great. Large tv was super. Tea, coffee, biscuits and milk pouches left as well as a couple of dishwasher tablets and shower gel and shampoo was really appreciated.

Nothing. A few soft cushions in the living room and an option of having spare pillows in a wardrobe for those that like more than one pillow would be ideal but a minor thing really.

I cannot tell you how perfect this apartment was, we travelled with my 88 year old mother in law for hospital appointment and it was perfect, spacious, immaculately clean, warm, cosy, plenty of channels on tv, bright and comfortable, and the little things like milk, sugar and biscuits this company have gone above and beyond at a reasonable price, I would highly recommend. There was a lovely fella at reception who gave us great advice and was cheerful and helpful even though he was busy working, a huge asset to your team.

Everything Apartments are modern and clean and has a lot of facilities and equipment, also very spacious Very welcoming staff specially Nadeen , Very flexible in extending stay if needed You will feel home I was. Moving house and had a lot of luggage’s which was nicely accommodate in the apartment and staff helped me with early check in with no added fees , also had modern lift . I thing apartments will easily be better than some of 5 start hotels . Many thanks ….

It was in a convenient location. The apartment was well set out and all rooms were a good size. There was also a separate shower and a washing machine which were a bonus. Great restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance

Some of the fixtures and fittings could do with updating and the car spots are really narrow making parking challenging.

Everything was to our liking, just the right amount of space, beds were lovely, couches were so comfy that my sister, mom and myself fell asleep on numerous occasions. The view is so beautiful, overlooking the mountains during the day and at night the city with all the lights, I found myself just staring out the window for ages. I will absolutely recommend it to everyone and will definitely come back for another stay.

The property communicated well with regards to collection of keys etc. Upon arrival at the Cordia Serviced Apts, it wasn't easy to get parking on the busy road so that we could figure out how to access the underground carpark. We phoned the complex and the door to the underground carpark was opened. The apartments are very clean and spacious, wifi was excellent and the location was ideal for our needs. Tesco supermarket being situated 30 feet from the complex was super handy!! The underground carpark is very secure.

Unfortunately the lifts were broken for 3 days of our stay. Walking up the flights of stairs to our third floor apartment was not very pleasant, thankfully the lift was fixed before we left.
