Breakfast was good loved that it was included along with the final price. The location was close to the city centre which was nice. The check in and check out was simple and straight forward. Loved the decor and the room was gorgeous the simple little touches such as the chocolates on bed were appreciated. Honestly couldn’t fault much about the hotel itself it was lovely.
The door to our bathroom was quite difficult to work. It was a slide door but everytime we tried to open it from inside the bathroom it would push out and get stuck. Also our view had a view of bins and rubbish and we saw rats right outside next to it which wasn’t nice. The hotel is lovely itself couldn’t fault much but unfortunately the location does let it down a bit, it had trash bags/rubbish along the street, and graffiti, along with a significant amount of derelict buildings, we didn’t feel very safe walking in the evening time, it is a rougher area.

The Warren is a lovely property just outside the main area of Belfast. While the srea is maybe a 10 minute taxi outside of the centre of town, it is really easily accesible. The self check-in process is very easy and well explained. Our room (for three people) was huge and with an equally huge bathroom. It was really clean and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast room was very clean and well stocked with lots of glasses if you needed them for your room and a basic self-service continental breakfast provided in the morning. It was really great value for money and very well decorated, finished and so clean with lots of lovely little details. Definetely recommend for a trip to Belfast!
Our room was on the ground floor and by the front door, which was noisy at times. It was fine for us as we were out that night so were back late anyway but if tht would annoy you, I would specifically request to stay upstairs.

It is ideally located within walking distance of Central Belfast, including sites like the botanical gardens and easy walking distance from the Titanic Museum. This is a contactless hotel, where you don’t actually connect with staff at check-in or in general (although we did bump into the kind fellow cleaning our room), but they are always available via WhatsApp and very, very responsive. Additionally, there is a nicely appointed kitchen where you can prepare your own breakfast, mainly continental, at any time between 7 AM and 11 AM.
There was nothing to dislike, however, the room we got, very clean and nicely appointed, simply didn’t match the vibe of the rest of the hotel, which had a more elegant air in the photos we saw online. That was simply our room. The property as a whole was as pictured and very nice.

Great value for money, I was a solo traveller so the room I was assigned was quite small, but this was not a problem for me. Beautifully decorated throughout, will definitely stay again! Also when I stayed, there was a big storm with travel warnings and although they needed my room back at normal checkout time, they did offer that I could stay at the property amd use the facilities until it was safe to travel again which was appreciated
Just a small note that the room was mostly clean, but there was considerable dust and cobwebs in the corners and on the hangers. Maybe just a deep clean is due.

Veeeeery nice house with extremely lovely rooms, veerrry clean. The breakfast is complimentary, and it is organized in an unusual manner: self service in a fully equipped kitchen, without staff. Even without staff, everything runs smoothly, abd the kitchen is clean all the time. They have irons, iron boards, hair dryer, even the washing machine and the tumbledryer! Luggage storage is provided, if needed. The owner is always there for any questions, tryung to give her best for the customers... 🥰 15 min by foot from the Belfast Grand Central , 7 by bus.
I don't have any complaints. To whom it may concern, parking is charged extra.

Check in was simple, staff was very responsive, everything was clean, the room was comfortable and the guests had access to a well stocked kitchen for a breakfast. Cereal, juice, eggs, coffee, tea, fruit assortment, bread and muffins were provided. Safe, onsite parking was available for €8 per night. We arrived late and stumbled upon Queens Pizzeria, which was steps from The Warren. Their authentic Italian, stone fired pizza was delicious! Try their lemon tiramisu for dessert!

Really cool room and a huge bathroom. Fun colors, furnishings, light fixtures...
There is no staff on site. Everything is self-service. You check yourself in. You make your own breakfast, which was a little awkward. The selection was limited. I never did find the eggs.

The room was very comfortable in its size and furniture (huge bed, comfy armchairs), with wall hangers for the coats and a TV as well. There's a cloth washing area, which we haven't used, but seem to be well equipped. Breakfast is self-service, with a choice of beverages, spreads, bakery products (bread, bagels, etc) and eggs to be cooked on the stove per your likings, there's also a bread toaster. There's a dish washing machine for the guest to put the used cutlery and dishes.
The room's boiserie was a bit dusty as the bedside tables, nothing too dramatic though. WiFi was unstable and we ended up not using it. The breakfast could have been more "intuitive" as to where to find products, and a few doubts with regards to the chocolate cream big containers being a sufficiently "hygienic" solution (possibly single-portion might be better). Not so sure the self management is the best option when it comes to the dishwasher loading (found often messy)... possibly some further instructions might help. A few more pans might be beneficial.

The Warren is well located 10 minutes walk from the centre close to the Uni and good eating places. We had a large front facing room. Very spacious, clean and very comfortable. Windows well insulated so little noise. Used the kitchen one night to cook a simple meal.
Thee breakfast was very basic. By 9am all that was available was cereals, cheap sliced bread, margarine and jam or chocolate spread. WiFi didn't really work very well. Those apart we liked the room. You can take in your own healthy breakfast choice and use the kitchen. Bit like an upmarket hostel.

I booked this hotel as it had parking and a room I could share with my friend. We were really impressed with the hotel and rooms. The kitchen had all amenities and continental breakfast items. The name Warren was reflected in the bedroom items, there were rabbits on the cushions which was a lovely touch. The room was really well decorated and very clean. The bath was decorative and the bathroom very clean, the shower was a walk in shower for my friend as she is disabled.
It would be great if a hot cooked breakfast was available, however the breakfast items were good.
