We booked a twin room which was really nice with two comfortable beds. The bathroom was amazing with the biggest shower I've seen I a hotel room. The room had plenty of amenities, tea/coffee, a safe, hairdryer, iron, TV and toiletries. The reception area was nice to sit and have a drink in and the hotel can cater for snacks (Pizzas/Chips) etc 24/7 which is a nice touch and also sell snacks, juices, crisps and chocolate. The staff were very pleasant and made check in very easy. We were able to leave our bags prior to and after our stay. We had breakfast the next morning which was complimentary and included hot food, waffles, a range of pastries, fruit etc and was very tasty. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Victoria Street Station and 10 minute walk to City Centre.

Pillows were too hard. Other than that everything was perfect 👌🏻

My stay at this hotel was truly delightful from start to finish. The prime location allowed for easy access to all the facilities I needed, making my trip incredibly convenient. The room itself was very comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the centralized AC, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The stunning view from the room was an added bonus, adding to the overall experience. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the morning breakfast, which offered a wide variety of healthy options, catering to different preferences. In conclusion, this hotel offered a fantastic experience, combining comfort, convenience, and impeccable service. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in a prime location.

This hotel stands out because of the very helpful, friendly and well organised reception staff, who welcomed us and went to considerable lengths to make our stay a memorable one. The hotel is right in the city centre and only five minutes walk from the Europa bus station, making it very convenient for walking round the city. Breakfasts are plentiful and well organised. There is a bar and even pizzas! The bedroom was comfortable and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel. Thanks to all the staff.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. Hampton Inns are very reliable and always comfortable, but our stay in Belfast was exceptional. I also appreciate the 24 hour gym, a big reason we chose to stay at Hilton. I really appreciate the switch to the shampoo, lotion, etc dispensers instead of the tiny bottles to avoid waste. What I love is the caliber of the products used! Great location, great value, wonderful staff.

It is a tiny thing, but would have appreciated hot brewed decaf in the morning with almond milk. The good news is that Starbucks makes it and they are just around the corner, so no big deal. An instant decaf and soy milk are offered... and surprisingly good.

Greeted by friendly and efficient staff on arrival. Our room was spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed including iron ,hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. The temperature of the room was controlled by us and the air condition which was very quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable. The door was modern and unfussy with a lovely bathroom with shower. We had a pizza from the 24 hour snacks which was perfectly cooked and able to enjoy in our room. The view of the mountains from our 6th floor room was fantastic. The hotel was quiet throughout the night. Fully booked but able to easily find a seat st breakfast time and other holiday makers were polite when using the lift etc. Having previously stayed in 5 star accomidation in Belfast this was perfectly adequate for our two night stay. The location is great for central Belfast and access to buses and best of all just across the road from the brilliant Ginger Bistro.

Nothing really at all. It was as described and had no comolaints.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great location and worth the price. Staff were very good and welcoming. Got a room upgrade, which was very welcome. Thank you! The room was spacious and clean. Great views as well, as the windows were looking out towards the train station and the hills. Had all the right amenities. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of things to choose from and plenty of table space. You can also drop your bags off before your check-in or after check-out, free of charge, if you are seeing Belfast.

This is just a suggestion. The current arrangement with the check-in desks is a little confusing. There is a desk facing the entrance, which has a Hilton Honors sign next to it but does serve other clients as well. There are also multiple desks to the side. There is no queue sign, so if there is one desk open (which faces the entrance), you will naturally stand behind the person being seen to. The queue hits the entrance pretty quick, so people start moving inwards and closer to the side desks. In my scenario, a member of staff jumped on the side desk and people who came in a lot later were seen to first. Not ideal, no biggy for extra wait. If something can be done to manage such situation, I think it will keep things a little more structured.

This hotel is in a first class location! I would strongly recommend to anyone for business or leisure but especially if you are planning to travel the Province. Even if you are coming up from Dublin, it is the best hotel in terms of transport connections. The bus and train station is right next door so for me, it's a winner. Despite it being so central, you can't hear a thing outside! The hotel is modern, yet cosey and has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. . I love the fact that it is so nicely decorated with lots of pictures of Northern Ireland, especially the room number plaques which is a really great touch. The rooms are lovely. Quiet, comfortable with everything you could need and again, lovely pictures of Belfast on display. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated the warm welcome and it's great to see the best of Belfast hospitality on display. Breakfast was good with lots on offer but GET DOWN EARLY as it was really busy.

Unfortunately, the toilet had been missed during the cleaning process so we had to phone down to reception and ask for house keeping to come up. Having said that, the cleaner was up immediately and got it sorted.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable with good amenities and space, but nothing exceptional The early check-in and left luggage were a plus. Also the gym had good and well maintained equipment

The shower isn't strong enough and the shower space was small. The breakfast was like a battlefield. Totally unorganised, messy and dirty. The staff were not able to clean and refill the food according to the demand. And the food was poor and tasteless. There was no bread and pastries, the eggs were pre-packed, the toppings for the waffle were only syrups and jam, no fruits or cream. The only good thing was the expresso machine.

I cant rate this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived the staff were probably the friendliest we have ever come across, each and every one of them were so lovely and so helpful. The room is a standard hotel room however the cleanliness was fantastic ( with beds made and towels changed every day aswell ) The beds were super comfy and the shower was great. All the toiletries you need are in place in the room aswell. The location is pretty central to anything you need to access and the station is right next door if you are travelling out of the centre ( which we did to visit Giants Causeway - about an hour 20 mins by train then a 20 min bus journey, all very easy ) The breakfast was truly superb, so much choice and the hot stuff was all freshly cooked. Really a great stay and should we return to Belfast we will definitely stay here again. Thank you

Nothing - we liked everything about this hotel

Very clean. All areas are cleaned to a very high standard. Quick and easy check in/check out experience, reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. 12 pm check out is very generous. Location is great, so close to public transport services.

Not a dislike but merely a personal observation... Breakfast staff are perhaps a little too enthusiastic about clearing tables.... We were a party of 4 intent on enjoying a leisurely breakfast and I found the hovering a little off putting, I prefer my table to be cleared when I have finished eating, not someone ducking in and clearing plates before the whole party have finished.... Like I said, this isn't a serious complaint but an observation.
