Absolutely everything, spotlessly clean, so modern, staff are so unbelievably kind and go above and beyond for your guests and never without a smile. Rooms are so stunning and comfortable so much so we ended up not going out and ordering room service instead! The steaks are some of the best we’ve ever tried! Thank you so much and we can’t wait to come back! Please thank your incredible receptionists that worked the evening of June 26th and the morning of June 27th x
It would of been really handy if their was an iron in the bedroom but we didn’t dislike anything at all our stay just wasn’t long enough!

Beautiful hotel. Staff in public bar were atrocious !!! Shocking in fact. Staff everywhere else were amazing. Room was small, THE BATHROOM HAD GLASS WALLS. A SEE THROUGH BATHROOM!!! WHY ? I had to wait till my daughter was at the other side of the room to use the toilet !!! Had to wait till she was gone out to have a shower! Rediculous !! Who wants to see someone using the toilet? Obviously designed to creat the illusion of space in a tiny room but I would never stay here again because of it .
The see thru bathroom and the ignorant Barman in the public bar.

Perfect location in the heart of Belfast, and it has a very unique historical context. Also, a nod to the concierge who was very patient and helpful - we travel a lot and have seen quite a few. When we needed a taxi to the Titanic Museum, he was very pleasant and efficient. He also helped us book a Black Taxi tour of the Troubles with an excellent driver/guide. Several times, this concierge went above and beyond what is typical, greeting us warmly each time we entered the Europa, helping with our Troubles guide, assisting with our bags, etc. We really appreciated having a concierge who seemed to be looking out for us, making sure we were safe and that our needs were met. Our stay at the Europa Belfast was perfect in every way.
Everything was great. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and well-appointed. We especially liked the wall in the lobby that outlines the Europa’s history and the famous guests who have stayed there during the Troubles and more recently. It certainly helps guests to understand the unique and integral role the Europa plays in global history. We loved it all - no complaints!

Incredible staff. Great location next to train station superb breakfast buffet ( I mean, are you ready for a splash of Bushnell’s on your porridge each morn? Delicious!)
Bathroom. The tub/shower is a fall risk for those whose flexibly climbing over a 2 1/2 foot tub into the shower with no hand bars and a very slick tub floor. This type of configuration is common in Europe. But most have a grab bar to help with getting in and out. Our room was directly above the roof of the entrance. It has artificial turf on it and is a gathering place for seagulls and pigeons. Having windows open for air circulation during warm nights was incredibly noisy after 3 am particularly on the day rubbish collection occurred. Be sure to bring ear plugs!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The concierge was also great, we highly recommend having them schedule a black cab troubles tour for you!
Be aware that the only privacy in the bathroom comes from a see-through curtain and a glass wall. Also they’ve tried to make the elevators too efficient to the point it confuses everyone and makes it so much worse (you have to enter your floor on an iPad and then it tells you which elevator to take depending on what floors they are currently going to…but the other patrons couldn’t understand that so we were constantly getting our elevator filled with people going to the wrong floors. Unfortunately my friends did have an incident where one of the cleaners stole medication from their bathroom.

Fantastic night’s sleep. The concierge staff were particularly helpful and cheerful.
Under another booking, same property, same date ( due to air traffic control problem flight delays), my daughter and partner were woken by the cleaner at their door at 8.30 and then again before 9.30, suggesting both times that they thought they had checked out. They had not put a do not disturb sign out and maybe the system had a mistake between reception and the cleaner, but they were very disappointed at the recurrent fault. Maybe the cleaner could have rechecked the check out following the first time!

The hotel is GRAND! Taxi dropped us off to an elegant property (reminded me of NYC hotels). Everything about this hotel is wonderful! Check in was easy and smooth, the lobby is beautiful; a bar and restaurant on main floor are wonderful (there's another restaurant upstairs that we did not go to). Our room was so pretty and looked over the bustling street (the window opens!!) and the bathroom was spacious and lux. I've never seen such modern elevators! The bar is so lovely and was a welcome resting place after 15 hours of travel to reach Belfast. Breakfast in the restaurant across the lobby was very good - everything you could want - full fry up to cold selections - just awesome! Such a memorable stay and would so reccomend this superb hotel to anyone going to Belfast (which I LOVED)
There is nothing to say here - we loved the hotel and loved Belfast

Everything from an early check-in through to the size, view and bed in our room was fantastic. Quiet and peaceful stay with no noise from other rooms at all. Reception were at hand to answer all concerns promptly and efficiently. Absolutely loved the red velvet cupcakes on arrival in our room!!!
Slightly bigger bottles of toiletries that would last the duration of our stay would have been nice and we did have issues when returning to our room on two occassions with the keycards not working - resulting in us heading back down to reception for them to be re-issued.

It was clean and easy to get around. The entrance was never crowded and there always someone to greet us. The view from our room was amazing and it was quiet during the night with no outside noise annoying us or any noise from the corridor. Very easy to find from City hall. The staff were absolutely amazing going above and beyond from the moment we checked in to enjoying our breakfast and checking out as well as the concierge for looking after our bags while we went about Belfast.
These are not something that we didn’t like as such but something to mention. Our room window could of been cleaner but I can imagine it be difficult. we did have to ask for towels however this was solved with no issue and again just makes your reception team a credit as they were lovely even when we asked for more water and milk since we are English and love our tea. Again not something we didn’t like just to mention the shower as lovely as it was the temperature was still quite burny even when turning to cold however was still lovely just abit hot for comfort maybe because it was warm day.
