The entrance was beautiful and sets a really nice impression. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything you needed and more. The host was superb with communication and also fantastic when it came to being flexible with times, really appreciated this thanks.

The walls were thin so we could hear guests outside going to and from their rooms which is a little unsettling. There were no actual locks on the door. There is a latch as well as the door handle but it did not fully lock, it only locked on the latch. There was old tissue in the toilet brush which was not nice to look at. The remote was a little grubby. All minor things which do not take away from the lovely hotel and great touches such as the Prosecco!

Hours before I arrived I received a welcoming text message containing the door codes and phone numbers to call if I had any issues, along with the WiFi password and instructions on operating the heating. The apartment was warm and clean inside with modern fixtures and fittings, and although I don't drink, I thought the free bottle of prosecco was a lovely gesture. The bed was extremely comfortable but was on the firmer side, which is what I prefer. Anyone who likes a softer mattress may not find it as comfortable. On the whole I cannot fault my stay at this apartment. For a similar price I could have stayed at a hotel, in a small room, but instead I got an entire apartment to myself. I really enjoyed my stay and will return when I am next passing through Blackpool.

I only had two issues. The first issue was noisy neighbours. They weren't making so much noise that it was unbearable, but it was still louder than I would have liked at night. The second issue was finding somewhere to park. The apartment block has 4 spaces outside and these were full for the entirety of my stay. I realise that neither of these issues are a reflection on the quality of the apartment though and it clearly states that parking is first come, first serve and cannot be reserved. Thankfully there is plenty of parking available nearby, and in the evening, there is ample street parking nearby

The place was really cosy and worth the money, more quieter than a hotel and really handy having cooking facilities, it's in a quiet area as well. It's only a 10-15 minute walk from Blackpool North station and a short walk to the winter gardens and shops, the shopping centre is just down by the bottom of the street, pubs and restaurants are nearby, the tower is about a 10 minute walk and so is the promenade. I'll definitely be back here again, the cleaning staff were really nice and thanks to Laura for getting me fresh towels when i messaged her.

Great location, walking distance to all the attractions. Stayed with my little girl and it was perfect for us, very clean and modern. We were on the ground floor and it is a quiet road so no disturbances. The bath is very big with relaxing jets. They provided tea, coffee, sugar and a couple of washing tablets if you want to wash any clothes during your stay! There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Also a hairdryer and iron/ironing board and cleaning products.

They do provide parking at the front of the property i wasnt made aware of this until half hour before check in which by this point i had already paid for parking at a nearby car park. It's quite hard with a trolley on your own getting in the property as the front door does not stay open and you have to get up a couple of steps. Not really anything the property can do about it but just bear it in mind if you are going alone with a small child.

The bottle of processco that was left for us. The hot tub which my grandsons loved. My partner who is disabled, we had bought his fold up scooter with us. but on the Sunday both batteries had dies. We phone the tele phone number of the owner who confirmed we could plug the battery into the mains to get some charge and call back later. Which we did. All the instructions on how to use the hot tub along with the heating.

The view from the back yard. There was a room with a frosted window looking out onto our back yard. They had the window open where a baby was consently crying. Also not enough parking spaces. The smell of curry in the morning when you come out of your room out onto the hallway.

We were lucky enough to get a last minute booking/ cancellation for an apartment after we were very badly let down by another hotel locally. The host was extremely helpful and gave us the perfect experience. We were emailed and text instructions for how to get in (door code) and spoke text to let us know when the room would be ready. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, a lovely gesture of having a bottle of proseco left for us and plenty of towels and cleaning supplies too. They're perfectly located to the promenade that you can get there within a couple of minutes but far enough away not to be disturbed with any noise either. Will definitely be recommending returning too.

Had a little trouble checking in as I hadn't received the email or text the owner had sent me, had to ring the number on the booking and the owner Rachel was lovely and re-sent it over for me. The apartment was perfect for us, located a few minutes walk from The Winter Gardens and Hounds Hill Shopping Centre. We managed to park right outside the building. The apartments are perfect for couples or families as all amenities including kitchens, fridge, kettle etc are supplied. After years of looking for decent places to stay in the area, I think we have finally found our regular spot! Will definitely book to stay again when we are next in the area.

Its a nice property in not the greatest of locations. Clean but because you have to put a safety deposit down then you have to ensure you photo all the marks and potential issues at the start, and the end of your stay, just to ensure you get that deposit back which adds some stress to the stay. but for the price point its good value for money.

Having to navigate a PIN pad to entre the apartment with a seperate door handle whilst holding on to luggage on the stairs whilst trying to keep quite is a task in itself. Damage to the bath cover was concerning and stressful as i didnt know if i would get blamed for the damage when i left the apartment that had been done before me.

The Jacuzzi bath and the shower did not disappoint. Perfect location, very easy to find and quick to walk into the centre of Blackpool. Well maintained apartment, thought about requirements, iron, ironing board, fan all.pit to use. Quiet apart from outside traffic, easy to relax. We got a parking space outside and there is also a new council.carpark opposite. Love the welcome bottle of prosecco. Perfect little couples escape.

Needed the prosecco to be chilled to enjoy on arrival and I'm fussed so would have preferred a flute rather than a wine glass. Couldn't drink.our own wine as there was no corkscrew but 4 bottle openers. Could figure out how to get into the garden so no hot tub. No staff around to ask and too late to text in the evening. A separate towel for my hair would have been a bonus. I'd definitely return.

Racheal was very helpful and someone you could have laugh with and the housekeepers were helpful if I needed more towels it wasn’t a problem would stay here again brilliant
