The service we received was amazing nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We all would love to stay here again. Son said “food was delicious and the beds were comfy” Daughter said “bed was comfy and room was big and food was great”

We were watching a show at winter gardens. This is straight facing so ideal Really comfy beds and very clean. Breakfast was great. When I burned my toast they offered to go make me some in the kitchen which I thought was nice of them. Overall would stay here again.

The property was very clean on entry and the man who greeted us at check was warm and friendly. My husband struggles walking so the lift right next to the check out area was ideal. When we got to our room it was immaculate. The location is perfect about a 5 minute walk from the centre and the car park across the road was brilliant at only £19 for 24 hours. When we came back after being out the hotel was easy to get into with our key card and once in the room we couldn’t hear any noise coming from the entertainment and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely be booking again soon.

Friendly welcome, easy book in . Clean tidy and had everything I needed. Plus biscuits, which you don't get in most places now, lol. Single room yet still had tea making facilities, hairdryer, TV, shower, shower gel, and body wash. Great for the price. It's really close to the tower, only 8 min walk. Everything is close by.

There was an air freshener outside my room that went off every 30 mins. I'm a light sleeper, and I heard every single one of the puffs! Not their fault, but for half the night, I thought it was a deranged seagull outside my room!

Great staff. Very nice reception and bar area. Very clean rooms. Refreshed every day which I wasn't expecting. Good supply of tea and coffee each day. Great value for money.

It's clear they have spent a fortune on the reception and bar area but the rest of the building feels very old. Well decorated but in need of complete modernisation. My room was very cold with the smallest radiator I have ever seen. Not a problem once you are under the covers. The shower flooded each time it was used. The fire doors close with a loud bump which woke me a few times each night as other guests came home late at night.

Amazing staff, always happy to help with all our requests, very friendly and fun to chat to. Great location for winter gardens, lovely and clean throughout. Good breakfast with a good choice, all freshly cooked to order. Lovely bar area and drinks were a good price too.

Bathrooms were very small, especially the showers which were hard to move in. Double and single bed in room, would prefer a king-size as double is a bit small for us but I don't think this option is available. However, to be honest, we didn't spend much time in the room so it served the purpose sufficiently. Everything else was great.

The young man that checked us in was extremely helpful and informative. for two single rooms costing £41 each per night including continental and full English breakfast you really couldn't fault the accommodation or the food, less than 5 minutes walk to the Tower made this an ideal location that i would be happy to visit again. Very well stocked hotel bar

Not much really, the view from the single rooms wasn't spectacular, but what do you expect for £41 a night. My only suggestion would be to replace the window blinds with curtains.

it was located close to the shopping centre and only a short walk to the sea front! hotel was clean and beautifully laid out, the rooms were really beautiful and spacious. bathroom had everything you needed! the staff couldn’t be more helpful, in the short time we were there, they helped with any and all accommodations, full filling our every need. Chloe Byrnes the singer was fantastic, the karaoke was amazing too so thanks for allowing us to entertain! Andy, Karen and Andrew, thank you for all your help this weekend! we will be back! oh and the breakfast! don’t get me started on how utterly beautiful that was!!!!!

The location of the hotel was perfect. The room had a modern décor and was spotless. the EnSite was slightly dated but still spotlessly clean. All the staff where friendly and helpful and the bar offered a good range of snack foods such as pizza, sandwiches and jacket potatoes which was ideal after a long day sightseeing. This hotel is very family friendly orientated, Myself and my Son both had amazing time will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Blackpool

The downstairs of the hotel has been refurbished, with a lovely bar and restaurant.

Refurbishment will hopefully continue 'up the stairs', as it has the usual Blackpool shabby look. Not sure how genuine some of the staff are as we were charged extra for breakfast one morning then told it was included by another the next morning. Also, as we were having problems with the pay machine on the carpark opposite, they told us we could park on essentially a pavement at the side of the hotel and charged £20 for the privilege
