This place is immaculate. The room we stayed in was a large family room with 2 showers 2 toilets and sinks. The room was easily divided with the curtains to separate the kids 2 tvs so kids could watch if they wanted to. The room also had kettle and tea coffee making facilities. The host was very friendly and the whole atmosphere was very welcoming. We will definitely return to this place nothing was a problem. Value for money ! Yes without a doubt very good price. Breakfast was made per request lost of choice including a smaller portion for children. Selection of cereals and fresh juice aswell as coffee or tea. Parking outside not to far from promenade, a little set back so no unwanted noise.

The weather 🤣 we did have that unwelcome storm arwin,but hey its blackpool at the end of November (what did we expect). Very cold 🥶 however the Withnell was very warm inside to warm us up.

Warm atmosphere as soon as we arrived, excellent location for the pleasure beach. Very good sized room for a family of 5, spotlessly clean with plenty of towels. Kids loved the pool table! Excellent breakfast each morning. Lovely hosts and fantastic value for money, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and, would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for somewhere to stay by the beach.

Nothing really. I didnt sleep too well as the mattress was slightly springy but that was more my preference of having a memory foam at home. Overall we could not fault our stay.

The hotel was really clean , I liked the fact that they had lots of plug in air fresheners smelt bloody lovely , the room was spotless loved all of the decoration and was really quiet . The hosts were absolutely brilliant , I couldn't fault them at all. On our arrival the host moved his car and gave us his parking permit so we could park . The breakfast were lovely , well presented . I will definitely be coming back . We had a lovely time .

Nothing I didn't like at all everything was perfect.

One of our favourite places to stop at blackpool, great hosts and lovely breakfasts. Arrived about 11am, wasn't able to check in till 2pm but was able to park the car round the back in their car park and went for a bite to eat and chill till 2pm. Rooms are a bit on the small size but suits us fine for the 3 nights we stopped. Only a minute away from the pleasure beach so can't go wrong with the location. Will be going back again. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed breakfast, plenty on offer cereals, yoghurts, fruit and a full english

No complaints with room, ideal for one, bed was comfy and had own shower and toilets, fans were available plus hairdryers and irons if needed. Billy was very accommodating helping us to carry our suitcases to our roons. Tram stop is short walk from hotel with plenty of restaurants nearby plus shop around corner for any essentials. One thing to point out if you have any mobility issues are that the Single rooms are on the top floor so there are about 3 flights of stairs to navigate.

The location is brilliant for the Pleasure Beach. The hotel was clean and welcoming. We were allowed to park at the back of the hotel for the duration of our stay, which was excellent as it saved on parking fees. The breakfast was very good with a choice of breakfast and cereal, yogurts, fruit etc. We were offered extra toast and tea too. The hotel has a pool table, which my adult children loved.

Great selection of breakfast. All cereal was brands. The Full English Breakfast was delicious and cooked to a high standard. Location was perfect and very close to Sandcastle swimming and Pleasure beach. Accommodation was spotless. The rooms were warm, walk in shower and nice decor. Billy and Leah were friendly and very helpful. The bar had a great selection of drinks and reasonable prices.

Great that we walked in at 11.30pm all the nights we stayed unfortunately we didn't use the bar as we was shattered when we returned at night. Breakfast was great and owners/staff was welcoming. 12am quiet time was great for family's with children. Right next to pleasure beach too and south pier

Dovet could of been alittle bigger but it wasn't a majour problem.

Clean safe environment bar facility pool darts area TV seating area. Tvs in rooms which were clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were great nice big shower not squashed into a.corner like some b@bs we have stayed in. First b@b we will go back to..... Great breakfast too

Breakfast choice was excellent and plenty on the plates. Overall the hotel is clean and well maintained. The hotel is located very conveniently for tram, bus and taxi. The seafront and all amenities are only minutes walk away. The car parking is in a resident only zone, but the proprietor provided a parking permit for the duration of our stay.

Everything was fine.
