Omg.. This is a lovely family hotel.. Very warm welcoming couple, very clean room and bathroom, comfy beds, kids spent the night playing in main lobby area and watching TV in a safe environment, where the host played snow effects and lazer lights... It's was so fun.. The breakfast in the following day was lovely and generouse, toests and cereal and crumble eggs.. The couple were so friendly and we had lovely conversations.. Finally the location is brilliant two min walk from pleasure beach where we spent the whole day playing. Jusy off the main road and 5 min walk from the beach.

Parking is tricky as you need to sort out your parking and it wasn't an easy task where all parking's where full. But that's was it.

The owners are so accommodating and lovely to speak to Went out of their way to help store our luggage whilst we enjoyed our early start on the first day when we arrived way before check in and also storing the day of departure to allow us the freedom of enjoying the attractions down the north side of the promenade Plenty of tea and coffee in the room for anyone who consumes a normal amount of caffeine

Room was cold to begin with but heated up quickly with the radiator Would have preferred bunk beds and a double in the room but just personal preference No breakfast available at the property but was helpfully pointed in the direction of the local cafes and Wetherspoons Hot water took some time heating up when using the sink but when it did heat it up it was hot

Hotel is in a great location and only about 2 minutes to the Pleasure Beach and Sancastle Waterpark. Beds were comfy and had a great nights sleep. Despite the hotel being in a central location, it was quiet with very little noise. The owners were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We've already booked to go back.

We have no negatives for the hotel. There is no parking, but that is made clear when booking. There is 2 x car parks within a 1 minute walk at reasonable prices.

We loved our stay at The Moray house. We had the family minions room. As soon as we arrived we were met by Chris who was so welcoming and made our kids laugh. We also got to meet Georgina later on who was so lovely and welcoming too. The room was good value, had most things we needed including a kettle! The room was clean and was restocked with the basics. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay, Georgina checked in every day to see if we needed anything and if we did she had it waiting for us. Would highly recommend especially for the price and location. Great family hotel.

The room was a little small for our group which was our fault entirely as we booked for two adults and two kids but ended up taking a toddler last minute which we didn't need to pay extra for and had no complaints even though I know his tiny feet and crying was loud. There is a bigger room which I'd definitely book for next time if I have more than 4.

The hosts-Chris and Georgia, were welcoming.they both made you feel like it was your home. They were like you had been friends for years. Even though there were other families in the house you were not aware as it was so quite. The location was so close to the beach we will be visiting again.

The bed was really comfortable, 4 pillows and high quality cotton bed clothes. Clean new carpet in the room makes mornings that bit more pleasant. Bathroom was spotless , shower good pressure and temperature, hot water in sink at all times. WiFi connection strong. Georgina and Chris are very welcoming and chatty and cook an optional full English breakfast for an additional 5£, or you can have regular breakfast free of charge. Location is a stones throw from theme park, casino, promenade. There is a bar with a pool table also. All perfect - high value for money.

Both hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We were a little late to check in, but they were ok with that. We booked our cooked breakfast then went to our room. We booked the minion room for the kids, the room was lovely and clean and there was two minion teddys for the children to play with while we got settled, the kids absolutely loved the room, and so did we. The beds were comfortable. The room was warm throughout the night, even without the electric heater on. For breakfast we could have cearals, toast ect, aswell as a full English breakfast (if booked on arrival) which was also very nice. Would definitely book again, excellent value for money

Maybe could explain how to use the heater in the rooms. Maybe some new pillows

The hosts was very friendly and welcoming. My room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard. The bed felt new and was incredibly comfortable. I was soaked before I arrived but the heating was so good I was able to dry all my stuff. Plenty of tea coffee sugar and milk and the TV allows you to watch Netflix, YouTube etc which was a nice surprise. Lovley place I would recommend to friends and family
