Good value for money, functional for price point. Staff friendly and asked if I could change room from a room with a bath to shower room and they were very accommodating. Promenade hotel located near to tram stop so direct links to all the entertainment, tower and piers. if I stayed again I would book sea view room.

For longer stay the mattress is very springy. A mattress topper would be good. Electric heater not sufficient for room size, but in fairness the outside temperature was minus.

The location was perfect. Opposite the beach not in the midst of the chaos yet not far at all! It’s not as dingey and old fashioned as 98% of Blackpool hotels 😅

There’s no lift which to be fair isn’t a problem as there isn’t too many stairs but being on my own with a young child trying to guide him and carry what felt like a million bags was a bit stressful. Saying that the man that checked us in did offer me a hand that I stupidly turned down 😅 These aren’t complaints as such but what I would change if I could… There’s no blind in the bathroom and the door didn’t shut properly from the outside which meant light was coming into the bedroom, when I opened both the bedroom and bathroom window it left a sticky substance on my hand and the mirror was that streaky when the sun was shining through the window I could barely see whilst getting ready 😅

We stayed in a family room with 2 children. We liked the water bottles and biscuits that were left with the tea and coffee facilities. It was clean and comfortable with free WiFi and a lovely little balcony.

The mattresses and sheets really could do with being replaced as very bumpy and sheets had holes. The hotel is very dated but still good value for price payed

The roon was lovely and clean the beds were comfy, also it was nice to have a choice of a bath or a shower in the en-suite

Sadly the hotel no longer does breakfast, however we did find a nice little cafe around the corner, great food and prices. Also there was no evening falcilities in the hotel sadly the bar was only open on 1 night, however we found a nice pub with a family room around the corner called the Gynn really good food, really good prices

Booking.com states the room has a balcony, it doesn’t. There is a balcony which I think is communal, but it’s not near the room and it’s clear once you are at the hotel that not many rooms will have a balcony of their own, if any. Wasn’t an issue for us, we were happy with everything. But maybe it’s something that could be corrected on booking.com as it was initially a little disappointing. But again, we were very happy with the room.

Room and hotel very clean and looked recently decorated. They have terrace/balcony off first floor so you can sit outside. Parking outside the front door. Hotel is quiet away from the main bars and nightlife and right on the seafront.

We got what we paid for really but the room was only a seaview if you stood on the bed and looked out of a tiny window. Room very small and I dont think it was a double bed, probably a 3/4 bed. I have stayed here before and would stay here again. The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night wasn't good.

Everything about this little place was exceptional, from entering and having the warmest of greetings, to the room and facilities. The balcony was a perfect added extra with panoramic views of the sea. Was a lovely little find and had the best stay.

The room was a very good size. Loved that there was a nice leather sofa in the room. Bed was a good size and very comfy. Heater was on so the room was lovely and warm when checking in Staff were helpful and friendly. Good facilities. Nice bar area. Great location Nice check in time of 11pm

The hotel was right on the sea front so the views were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating an the beds were very comfortable. with a great lively bar in the evening.

The cleanliness of the hotel could have been so much better. Room was very dusty with cobwebs, dust all inbetween the bunk beds an the windows looked liked they hadn't been cleaned in a Long time.

The staff are brilliant and go on and beyond to make sure u have a great comfortable stay... had a lovely stay with my little girl..she loved waking up to the see view 😊 was due to go back but after a family bereavement I didnt 😔 but looking to book my next stay on my own 😁
