Really comfortable rooms. Friendly staff, with nice comfortable bar area. Food was very good with a good choice of evening meal.

Very little to criticise, apart from the bath water being a bit brown and silty on the first morning but that is expected for a seaside hotel. I also had to move hotels for the final night and there was a breakdown in communication between the two hotels about the immediate availability of a room at the new hotel. However, this was quickly resolved and the staff at the Doric couldn’t have done more for me, excellent service.

Beautiful decor in the main hotel. Lovely bedroom. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff

The only thing I think that could have been better at the breakfast (The only meal we experienced) The area to the left of the dining room entrance is used for cereal and juices, It might help if there were a second area on the far right hand side of the dining room as well. The area was very busy with people getting the cereals and waiting to use the milk urn. When walking back to our seat on the opposite side of the room I was bumping into people coming into the dining room and staff coming out of the Kitchen. There was not alot of room at each entrance on the front of the hotel . One of our party used a mobility scooter and a car was parked very close to the door on the lefthand side and the little wall was an obsticle on the righthand side.

Hotel was immaculate, food was fresh and served very hot. No waiting between courses. Staff were very friendly and willing to accommodate any needs you have. All inclusive is a must!

If you're not keen on walking, it's a long walk to centre or south pier. There is a bus stop and tram stop outside the hotel though.

I liked how all the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed the beach view.

The room was never hoovered whilst there, and the wardrobe and draws had a lot of dust on them.

I asked for a single room with a sea view, I was only really using the room as a base as I was attending a function at another more expensive hotel up the road. Inexpensive doesn't mean cheap though, my room was small but functional, it was spotlessly clean and that includes things i always look for like tiling grout and plug holes in sinks. The staff were superb and very helpful for my stay which included me asking them for a few things such as an Ironing Board, Access to the Snooker Room (Fantastic!) and a couple of other queries but nothing was any trouble for them. Some may deem certain things as old fashioned but I personally view it as attentive service and classic furnishings. If you want soulless places with floor to ceiling windows and non-existent staff, draughts and dirty tiles then this isn't the place for you.

The parking is in short supply but thats what you get with a sea front hotel at Blackpool. I found it better to park overnight in the Banks Street Car Park which was a 5-10 minute walk away from the Hotel.

Comfy beds, good location, warm

Hairdryer had no blow and made a funny noise like it was going to blow up. So unable to use it. Very low water pressure in shower & sink so having a shower was difficult. I did tell staff about both of the above but it wasnt sorted. I booked a sea view room but i didnt have one unless they count me looking out the window and turning my head to the left then i could see the sea. I actually had a building opposite my window. Photo attached if you are a larger person you will knock the toilet roll off the holder Not enough milk left to make several cups of tea. Had to move kettle to a plug socket, it makes more sense to move the unit closer to the sockets. No photos on the wall It would be nice to put a little fridge in there

Room was lovely, we were in one of the newly refurbished rooms. Breakfast was very good, staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The entertainment was great and a fabulous option if you don’t want to be out in the town all night. I would recommend the Park House Hotel and would stay again.

Didn’t realise in the small print that there was a deposit of £50 per night. I understand the hotels reasoning for implementing this, but I feel that this should be made clearer as not everyone has spare money and maybe could be caught off guard. I also felt being asked to pay £10 per night to park the car is a bit steep and should be included into the price of your stay. This was also in the small print. I feel the hotel should be upfront with the additional costs. But as they say, you should always read the small print!

Lovely rooms very modern. Service in the resteraunt for breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Staff were very lovely and helped where they could.

Not a lot. All inclusive only valid between 12pm and 10pm. Limited drinks on all inclusive. Decor on way to room very dated. Not very suitable for young people.

New refurbished room which was spacious and clean. Bathroom had large shower. Bed was fresh clean and comfortably soft. Breakfast was expectional service as shown to are table provided information or where to get cereals and juices from. Cooked breakfast was just right not too small or too big and tasted great. Would happily return 😁

Only thing that was problem was upon arriving at hotel car park was a mini bus blocking access to be able to park car and had to wait quite longtime for them to move and I was stopped on double yellow lines. Is no fault of the hotel and will become less of problem in future as scaffolding around hotel to make improvements will be gone and more space will be available.
