We arrived Saturday with storm Darragh battering Blackpool. When I closed my car boot lid, the wind caught it & it came down rapidly to cut my nose open. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful, she got the first aid box out and gave me two plasters straight away. We parked on the hotel car park ( £10 Fee) and checked in at 3pm. The room was clean, very spacious and warm. We didn’t use the bar, but it was busy and there was entertainment on. Breakfast next morning was lovely and even though it was very busy, we didn’t have to wait long. Would definitely return to this hotel again and to be honest I have, as we stayed here last year.

Can’t really think of anything that we didn’t like.

Happy helpful staff. we had a good size room, which did have a sea view to our surprise. The room had everything we needed for our stay, everywhere was clean. our room was lovely & warm, There was a fan, extra heater and blankets available in the wardrobe. We had plenty of towels, tea & coffee in room. The cooked breakfast was able to switch out items as this was cooked to order, We enjoyed the evening singers.

The décor in upstairs hallway & our room was a little dated, but the 2nd room we booked had a more modern taste. The main entrance dose have a number of steps. But you can ring a bell to get assistance there's a side entrance.

Had a two night stay with breakfast included. Which was very nice and had option of cereal fruit yoghurts. Fresh fruit juice and tea and coffee. A clean comfortable stay here and would gladly return in a future visit.

My only gripe was we had a bath in our room we were in room 133. And my partner took the option to enjoy a nice bath. However the hot water was sadly only warmish no where near hot enough for a nice soak in the bath. But the shower over the bath was warm enough despite being fed by same tap. So as water for a bath was only warm enough by the time bath was ran it was already going cold. So for me maybe have the hot water hotter but understand its a safety issue. But surely common sense would prevail.

From my arrival it was a lovely experience ..after a days travelling it was a quick check in with the staff at reception all very welcoming I got a lovely surprise when i walked into my room very modern and spotless! every day my room was topped up with coffee and sugar the towels were seen to and my bed was fixed The staff were Great! I was all inclusive (which I highly reccomend ) Breakfast was great ..choice of cereal or cooked breakfast or both 😊 again staff excellent service.. The food in the restaurant 10/10 and if it is just a snack the bar food was the same standard. I had a lovely view from my room, and so peaceful!even with the entertainment in the evenings the noise didn't carry.. My overall experience was excellent ..no complaints and couldn't find fault at all..I will definetly be returning next year. Highly recommended 👌

That my stay wasn't longer lol

Staff are friendly and helpful. Entertaining is fantastic. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Blackpool. My kids loved it too. Have to add the host Liam Halewood was exceptional. He went above and beyond with my youngest son when he heard he was having a rubbish night to make it better and he really did make his holiday. His act Waterside Wondershow the following night was definitely a huge favourite of ours.

I have tried to think of something but there really wasn't anything that we didn't like on holiday. Even the Blackpool weather was good for us. And through experience sometimes there can be unfriendly guests at hotels however all guest me.met while there were also very nice and friendly.

Location fine and decent view.Room clean and warm (too warm, turned the heating down!). Easy parking.Plenty of coffee and tea. Comfortable bed.Lots of hanging and drawer space. Good value for price.

Real ale on the bar.Lugging luggage up the entrance stairs.Need to display or offer Porter assistance more promenantly. Cobweb top R of window.Finger prints on tiles behind toilet( only males will notice)! Water ingress staining above window.Small section missing on lamp( a bit picky). No 5 amp sockets by beds.Toilet roll holder needs replacing its coming apart.

I liked how all the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed the beach view.

The room was never hoovered whilst there, and the wardrobe and draws had a lot of dust on them.

The staff were amazing! They were really funny, cheerful, treat our little girl like royalty and really made an effort. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels since my daughter has been born (not even 2 year old) and never came across staff so great with her. They gave her free milk, and talked with her which I thought was lovely. They were amazing with us too, made sure we got a table in the ballroom for our party size, none of the staff could have been any more helpful and we spoke to a variety, the bar staff in the food eating area around 8pm yesterday (didn’t catch the name but he broke his arm recently and came back on a busy Saturday) he was a really lovely member of staff and a credit to your team. He was funny, fast service, and really friendly. Credit to the hotel. The hotel was also spotless, the prices for food and drink were excellent, the rooms were amazing, the beds were comfy, food was nice, entertainment was great, I’ve stayed in Blackpool hotels before but I will definitely stick to this one from now on, and will be looking at the all inclusive option.

Bar service a little slow

All hotel staff were excellent The room was a nice size, as was the bathroom Bed and pillows were comfortable Had 2 fans and an electric heater available if needed Enjoyed the evening entertainment, which was a bonus I wasn't expecting when I made the booking Only booked B&B but could upgrade to include dinner plus have a small bar menu for snacks. Couldn't fault breakfast. It had something for everyone. Even with the water pressure issue, I would go back, and it would be great if something could be done to solve this.

My only criticism was the shower. Whilst the enclosure was a great size, the water pressure was terrible. Washing my hair wasn't too much of a problem as I have short hair, but anyone with long hair would struggle if they used too much shampoo. It wasn't just my room my sister-in-law's room was the same.
