Enjoyed and helpful owners kelly and lewis was brill with me , 100000000000000000000000/10 and cause of them alone and the hotels i Will he back for sure little far for me to walk but worth it beds are really comfortable and clean been in 3 rooms and each one was worth the money happy i stayed here and not elmos again Under New management too so fixing up the place but still worth the money and stay in paid 130 for 6 nights here and extra two due to pain thank u lewis and Kelly made my stay and holiday complete ( " , ) Katie J

Has bad reviews but I don't understand why, cheapest in blackpool, friendly staff, also my room wasn't available and got an upgrade. I think the people complaining need to look at the price.

The host was amazing made us feel very welcome when we got into the room there wasn't a kettle soon we mention it they brought us 2 coffees and new kettle , was lovely and quiet in the hotel and beds was comfortable . For price of the hotel you carnt moan .

Once they redo it up be a lovely place they only recent started new management

It was clean and good value for money. 4 of us in the family room for £60 is brilliant. We needed a bed to sleep our drunken heads and it did the trick for a fraction of the cost.

The shower was unusable. None of us could work it. It was either too hot or too cold. No middle

Clean and comfortable, managers excellent, its basic but served its purpose, I was sceptical as I read reviews but our room was clean and comfortable, don't expect the ritz and you won't be disappointed, you pay for basic you get basic and that suited us, beds were clean room was warm and clean, so I have no problem in writing this review, I did read the reviews and almost didn't come but I'm so glad we did, managers are lovely and will help with anything. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back and staying here again, kids loved it , we had family room 7 beds bit small and no room to put suitcases luckily some of our family didn't come so we had a little more room utilising bed as storage, overall it was well worth what we paid .

First appearance when you enter isn't the best, the 1st floor toilet and shower weren't the best needs bit of work 2nd floor ones much better, but it served its purpose, there sister hotel the adina is a little better where rooms are concerned but again it's cheap and serves its purpose

We stayed in the Merlin hotel as we got changed over It was very clean the staff was very polite and very helpful especially Gary who was very understanding and let us stay a little longer whilst waiting for our lift back home
