The staff were friendly and it was next to the beach

The cleansiness was bad

No breakfast included but the location was ideal just off the seafront landlady very friendly nothing too much trouble very pleasant enjoyed my stay there I will definitely try there again

As far as I could tell throughout my stay the place was cleaned on a regular basis a young lady was hoovering the stairs and the passageways and replacing milk coffee etc so all okay

The staff was very helpful and tried their best from the bottom of their hearts, the building which is beautiful in itself could be better looked after. However, I rate the stay quite high, I paid £19 per night and I had a large room with a double bed and a bunk bed. Literally a hundred meters away is the beach, restaurants, the very center. The downside is the collective showers, bathrooms - obviously, since they are collective, the cleanliness varies. The owners are very nice and helpful.

Great value for money. Round the corner from hotel have great value take aways. Staff are what makes the place! They are down to earth go out of their way to help ya and just really sound genuine people. Loved my room, it was clean, comfy bed and great value. Would stay again.

manager/ owner was amazing couldnt do enough to help. made stay a pleasure will defo stay again. very underated deserves more credit and should have a great future ahead and deserves it. treated great and anything we needed they gave 100% everytime. urge more to try as will be pleasantly suprised made break away far more enjoyable.

Nothing was too much trouble for the owner, Zoe. Had two teenagers and my 4 year old with us who has adhd but noise ect wasn't a problem atall. Staff were amazing with him. Room was basic but comfy and cldnt hear next door way u usually can in Blackpool lol. Definitely be using this hotel again. Location was brilliant aswell walk to end of rd and u r in middle of golden mile. Walk other way n there were local shops cafe ect. My elderly mum was with us and made all difference where we were situated.

Me and my 2 children had an amazing week stay here perfect location excellent room and facilities and the manager she was so kind caring and went the extra mile for me and my children we loved it that much we are booking up again to stay there next year again for our yearly week away thank you to all the staff for all see you next year!!!

I wasn’t expecting a Hampton by Hilton but it was clean tidy pressed sheets fresh towels and comfortable. It was also quiet . Zoe and Liam were so lovely kind and helpful . I will be staying again Thank you Michael Wilson

Nothing , I’ve read some reviews and they are very negative I think they were expecting a 5 star hotel .

Very nice hotel if you want somewhere to sleep for the night on a budget the room and facilities were very small but still useable the shower also worked with warm water very lovely and friendly lady was downstairs most of the time if I needed anything it was quiet with minimal noise from ither guests there was a few scruffs on the floor but really was nothing to whinge about the Excoetional parts of this hotel was the close proximity to Blackpool Promenade and a tram stop (St Chad’s Road) not far from Central Pier and it was exceptional Value for money I really couldn’t ask for much more for £16 a night overall very nice and would consider staying again in the future

Little more space in the room and shared bathroom and shower room however again I carnt moan or be negative with the price I paid for the stay it was to be expected

Been there twice now cheap cheerfull an execlent an clean we were both looked after nothing was to much trouble for them they went out off there way to make us welcome be going again next month can't wait keep up the good work would recommend it if you want value for money the effort they put into making you welcome makes your stay fly by 👍🍺
